If you’re thinking of choosing Amanda for your wedding makeup don’t hesitate too! She was absolutely amazing to work with, accommodating with allergies in my bridal party. From the initial communication, to the trial and days coming up her and her team were fantastic to speak to and work with. She made us feel absolutely beautiful and makeup stayed all through the night! 

I had the best experience having A Beauty by Amanda and Amanda be my glam team for my wedding day. All of my girls were obsessed with how their makeup came off AND how well it stayed throughout the entire night! One of the staff at my venue asked me at midnight who did my makeup because she had never seen someone look the exact same after having the same makeup for 12+ hours. Beyond that, Amanda is such a sweet person and was truly so much fun to get ready with :)

Amanda is amazing to work with! She is so easy to talk to and has such a calm energy which is amazing for wedding day nerves. She made me, along with my mom, MIL, and bridesmaids feel so beautiful. My makeup was flawless and lasted the whole day which was a miracle for a humid end of June wedding. I also want to give a special shout out to Melissa who was our other MUA for the day. Melissa, part of the A Beauty team, is an incredible makeup artist. She is so sweet, professional, and talented and made me, my bridesmaids, and my mom feel so beautiful on my wedding day. She knew exactly what colors to use to make your best features pop (for me, my blue eyes) and gave us tips on how to touch up our makeup throughout the day and night if needed with the summer weather (mine stayed all day and night!). Every guest I spoke to at my wedding said they’d never seen me look more beautiful and that I looked like a movie star. Melissa made that happen. Plus, she’s a girl’s girl, genuine, so funny, and a blast to be around. I absolutely adore her, and it was an amazing experience working with her.

I can not speak more highly of Amanda and her team! From initial conversation to the day-of, everything was so seamless and she was always so attentive, sweet, and above all extremely talented! I have truly never felt more beautiful in my life and she listened to all my wants and needs and exceeded my expectations! My entire bridal party (10 bridesmaids and 2 moms) were all in awe of how their makeup came out and every single one loved the way they looked! On top of that, the makeup stayed ALL day and night! Artist Sylvia did my bridal makeup and I could not have been happier with the results and have never felt more beautiful! I showed her inspiration photos at the trial and she gave me the exact look I was hoping for. The makeup not only looked amazing in person, but also photographed beautifully. Artist Melissa did the bridesmaids' makeup and they all looked stunning. They were so happy with their makeup and got so many compliments!!! I could not recommend Sylvia and Melissa more!!!

Amanda and her team were AMAZING. I had 14 girls getting services done and not only were they done on time, but EVERY SINGLE PERSON LOVED THEIR MAKEUP!!! That shows you how amazing this team is. My bridesmaids all had different looks and vibes and they brought every single vision to life. As a bride, I felt the most beautiful I have ever felt. Amanda really listened to the type of look I was going for and just blew it out of the water! It looked so beautiful in person and so amazing in photos. My makeup also stayed all day & night - from 10AM when it got done until 3AM when we got home! The team is very communicative and gets back to you so quickly with any questions you have which I really appreciated as a stressed out bride :) You need to book this team! Amanda was the absolute best. I knew I wanted to book her after she had done an amazing job on both of my sister-in-law’s wedding days. She absolutely made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day!! My mother, mother-in-law, Nana, and my bridesmaids looked amazing as well (we had Melissa to help!) Everyone's makeup lasted all day and looked like perfection till the very end of the night (some to the next morning for those who fell asleep in it 😂) To top it off, she is so sweet and so lovely to work with.

It was an absolute HONOR having Amanda and her team be my glam squad on one of the biggest days of my life! From the start, Amanda and her team were great at communicating with me, explaining the process, and what they could do for me and my girls to make our day special! My make up & hair were the first vendors I booked after securing our venue and I knew I wanted to work with A Beauty by Amanda immediately after I attended a friend's wedding, and her makeup was flawless (at the end of the night!) I wanted a very natural but beautiful look and that is exactly what Sylvia delivered. She was INCREDIBLE. I had two trials with her- the second because I changed my mind and wanted more of a bronze/wanted her to trial that on me while my skin was tan/more accurate to how it would be on my wedding day. She was so accommodating and efficient and lovely to work with. I left the trial SO happy. The morning of my wedding was seamless, and she did beyond incredible makeup on not only myself, but all my bridesmaids, etc. Her sister was her assistant for the day and did just as amazing. They worked so well together and added such a fun touch to our getting ready morning. I am so happy I had such a stress free and amazing experience from day one.

I booked Amanda and her assistant (also Amanda) for my wedding on 11/08/2024. Amanda was absolutely amazing leading up to the big day. She always answered emails and made me feel at ease the entire process. She absolutely killed my trial, but changed it a little on the big day to further satisfy my requests. She was on time and super sweet. She had a little emergency which landed her in the ER the day before my wedding, but she still pulled through the next day for me as if nothing even happened. Her makeup skills are next level. Not only did not makeup stay throughout the entire night of dancing and sweating, but it also didn't budge when I was in a room full a steam because everyone was last minute steaming their dresses. If you don't hire Amanda for all your makeup needs, you will be disappointed!

There are many reasons I would want to relive my wedding day all over again, but one main reason is so I could have Sylvia do my makeup!!! I had my good friend (a prior makeup artist) do my makeup for the big day, however, I had Sylvia come do the rest of my girls' makeups and OH MY GOODNESS, everyone looked flawless, not one person had any bad things to say about their makeup application. I have never been part of a wedding where EVERY SINGLE PERSON didn't have to tweak anything after the makeup artist was done. Sylvia listened to everyone's vision and adapted to make everyone feel their absolute best. I did a lot of research so that my mom and MIL would feel comfortable with their make up (my mom hated the last time she got her makeup professionally done) and the moms' makeup were some of the best! No makeup settling into fine lines, no blotchy or not blended edges of the face. Each girl truly felt that their faces were perfectly airbrushed. Don't hesitate on booking Sylvia!!! Aside from Sylvia being the best, so kind and professional, the booking process was so seamless and easy. The team responded to all of my emails and questions promptly and were flexible with the couple of changes i needed to make as we got closer. Thank you Amanda and team for bringing all the beauty!!

This was my first vendor I booked because I knew I NEEDED Amanda for my big day. She did not disappoint at all. She is absolutely amazing. I felt STUNNING. The sweetest. All my girls looked amazing, some said it was the best makeup they ever gotten at a wedding. All the crying I did and you couldn’t even tell I balled my eyes out on my father/daughter dance for 3 minutes straight… truly the best. Absolutely loved working with them & highly recommend! They are responsive & friendly via email! On the day of, Melissa & Olivia truly felt like an extension to the friend group, they were so funny & made everyone feel comfortable. They had amazing attitudes & worked with each girl to make sure they loved their make up. Everyone felt beautiful & their make up held up all night. They came prepared with so much make up to ensure they were able to accommodate each and every girl. Amanda and Melissa are extremely talented makeup artists. I worked with Melissa and her team - the makeup was absolutely stunning! Melissa completely nailed my vision and went above and beyond, my makeup has never looked so good! We had so much fun working together and she was so helpful with finding the right products for skin allergies. The team went above and beyond and all of my bridesmaids were thrilled. I would recommend this team to anyone of my friends. I'm still raving looking at the girls makeup in photos!

Amanda is such a talented and professional artist. She made me feel my absolute best on my wedding day and I was in awe of how stunning all of my girls looked! Amanda is so sweet and uses her best judgement when applying makeup and lashes, we ended up switching out my lashes a couple of times before she felt we found the best shape/length for me. Amanda and her team worked so efficiently without making us feel rushed and ended up getting us ready ahead of schedule which helped so much to ease the stress of the day. I had the privilege to have Amanda and her team work my wedding on 03/23/2024. I had been following her on instagram for years prior, so when it was my turn to look for a makeup artist for my wedding, I knew exactly who I wanted. Amanda is kind and very professional. She helped bring my vision to life for how I wanted my makeup to look on my wedding day, even with changes I made from our trial. We started getting ready early in the morning for my 12pm mass ceremony and the makeup was still looking amazing at the end of my reception at 11pm! Mind you, the weather on my wedding day was horrific with torrential downpours and my *now husband and I could not stop crying the whole day from happiness. For any bride looking for a makeup artist, Amanda and her team get the job done beautifully. As a side note for prospective brides, please make sure you have ample room where you are getting ready for all beauty vendors as well as extension cords (this was definitely needed)!! Having some extra folding tables was a huge life saver on my wedding day as the hair and makeup vendors bring a lot of their items with them :)

As I approach my one year anniversary, I am reflecting on all of the vendors involved on my wedding day. Time has given me a very clear perspective on which vendors truly made my day perfect. AMANDA was ABOVE & BEYOND AMAZING!!! Her work is top notch. I'm not sure how she manages to make everyone she touches look like a Barbie doll. Not only is her work amazing, but her personality is so enjoyable. I didn't know anything about make-up, but she made me feel comfortable right off the bat in my trial. She was even dedicated enough to drive to Pennsylvania 7 months pregnant for my wedding day #commitment. Thank you Amanda for making me feel so special on my big day. When I initially had my trial with her team member Melissa, we instantly bonded and she was so easy to talk to as well listened to every detail. A Beauty by Amanda was so lovely to work with! Melissa, one of Amanda’s lead make up artists, did the make up for my wedding and I LOVED working with her. I’ve always been hesitant to get my makeup done professionally because it never turned out right so I wanted to get a trial before committing. I was shocked at how well Melissa did my make up at my trial, she nailed it. I wanted soft glam but I didn’t want to look made up, which is a hard balance to strike but she really listened to what I was looking for and executed it. For my wedding she did an amazing job on all my bridesmaids and my mom. Everyone was obsessed with how they looked. She was able to strike a perfect balance between glam and natural and everyone looked so beautiful and naturally sexy. She really knows how to highlight your natural features without making you look too overdone but still look like a model. She is also so sweet and fun and accommodating. She is so patient and caring (especially important for a bride freaking out in her wedding day) and I would recommend her for anyone who needs professional make up done. I’m about to make up a reason to need professional make up done again so I can have her do it!

Me and every girl in my bridal party LOVED OUR MAKEUP. It was 90 degrees out and my makeup stayed perfect through the night. I am so amazed by Amanda and I will 100000% use her again. 10/10 recommend!

Working with Amanda was nothing but a wonderful experience! I booked Amanda for my wedding, after having my make up done by her at my best friends wedding. Communication was extremely easy throughout the whole process, and Amanda and her team are nothing but professional. For my trial, I was able to bring someone with me which made me feel so calm. My trial makeup was wonderful- and Amanda was so easy to talk to.. it did not feel like the typical "small talk" you have when you get your hair or make up done. Amanda is personable. The day of my wedding, Amanda had a family emergency- however she still showed up. (I would have for sure cancelled my plans if I were her) However, she showed up, took her time with everyones make up and even helped to calm my own nerves! Amanda showing up this day not only shows her commitment to her job, but speaks to who she is as a person! She is beyond wonderful. I have never felt as beautiful as I did on my wedding day, and I still felt like my self. I did not feel like make up was caked all over my face. I still felt like me, which was so important to me. All of my bridesmaids looked just as beautiful. Amanda is wonderful, as are the women she has working with her. I highly recommend having Amanda as your make up artist- she is genuine, reliable and beyond talented.

Amanda is hands down, the best Makeup Artist I have ever worked with, and I have gotten my Makeup done many times for many events, but she is truly an ARTIST! I have never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day and a lot of that had to do with Amanda! I booked Amanda for my December 2023 wedding in NEW JERSEY, and it is a decision I recommend all NEW JERSEY Brides make! I went to her studio for my trial and knew it was the right decision when I had left. The day of my wedding, she arrived early and ready to go with all the supplies she needed! She did my makeup, my bridesmaid’s makeup, makeup for the mother of the Bride and Mother of the Groom. My girls STILL are talking about how she was the best makeup artist ever! All my girls have different types of skin and makeup preferences and Amanda adjusted to each of our needs flawlessly My mother, being older, felt that the makeup was very natural and didn’t look too much so she was very appreciative of her! Melissa and Sylvia were amazing! From the makeup trial to the morning of they did exactly what I wanted. The girls looked beautiful, it lasted all night and the timing of everything was perfect. I made sure they really contoured everything how I want and they didn't leave until it was perfect. Provided last minute touchups and just good energy and vibes all morning. The makeup in the pictures were flawless. True professionals

What can I say about Amanda? She has done my makeup for three weddings now, including my own, and I wouldn’t want anyone else touching my face. Not only is she kind and sweet but her work is perfection! The proof is in the pictures!

To start off, Amanda and her crew are the sweetest, most attendant to work with. Any email, question, or concern I had throughout the process leading up to my wedding- she answered and with pleasure. This is beyond helpful as a bride, having many things to take care of. Second- my wedding day was absolutely amazing and a huge part of that is because of Amanda. I FELT and LOOKED my absolute best. My makeup was gorgeous and exactly what I asked for. We even changed it from my trial, and it was no issue. After my make-up was complete, I also asked her to change one thing on my lip and it was with no issue that she did it. I was told numerous times that night that I was the most beautiful bride that anybody saw. I knew my bridesmaids are picky and was worried about how they would feel after glam, but needless to say, they LOVED it. One even reached out to Amanda’s team for her occasion after. Our makeup lasted the WHOLE night.. until 3:30am when my after party was finished. I am so happy we used Amanda. The vibes were there from the second she arrived. Everybody was friendly, comfortable, and ready to send us off looking fabulous, which she did!
