The team at Bird's Eye View Events was FABULOUS. Many brides say the day of the wedding is so stressful that it is tough to enjoy the day. I felt completely the opposite. Because of the help that Bird's Eye View Events provided, the day-of was not only peaceful, but an absolute blast.
The team helped bring our entire vision to life, make sure our vendors were all on top of their roles, coordinating with the venue, making sure I ate and drank water, and keeping the schedule rolling throughout the night without adding a stress factor. Things are going to change day-of, and having a partner like Bird's Eye View to help quietly and quickly adapt is key.
If you're in the Charlotte area and looking for an event coordinator/planner, look no further!

detailed oriented as you are. You were an absolutely Gorgeous Bride. Your day was by far one of the more fun weddings I have ever been a part of. The band truly rocked the house and I loved you all's energy. Looking back over your wedding photos makes me smile as your love and chill demeanor shows, you two are meant for each other. I loved your sense of style and how the outfits showed your unique personality. The nontraditional take made everything perfect from the unique design, the venue and down to the three cakes, simply amazing. The Father Daughter Dance and Dinner that Birdseye teamed to setup was phenomenal.
I can't express enough thx for the quick on the toes adjusting, the beauty of the decorations, food etc.

I don’t really know what to write because words truly cannot express now grateful my husband and I are for Cherrisse. I got married in October of 2022 and my wedding was in North Carolina but I live in Japan. There was a lot of last minute changes to include the venue and catering. Oh and did I mention I was pregnant. Cherrisse not only handled everything for me but really went above and beyond because I wasn’t able to visit the venue my self and it was under construction when we booked. she had my vision of how I wanted things to be. Everything turned out exactly how i hoped and it was all due to her. Being that I live on the other side of the world and had to rely on someone else for the site visits and the food tasting definitely made me a bit nervous, but when we found Cherrisse it was like I was sending my best friend to do it for me I trusted her completely. when I say her description of absolutely everything from the venue to the food to how the decor would be was unbelievable it was amazing when I arrived thing we’re just as good as she was described if not better. Not to mention I probably have one of the most loud and difficult family’s to work with and she was my absolute rock during the entire process. I truly got to feel like a bride with no stress and really got to enjoy every moment instead of being stressed from planning and my family then finally just wanting the day to be over from all the stress. I couldn’t have picked a better person to have planned such an important day. She took the time to work with the time zone difference she sent me pictures and videos of everything I wasn’t able to be there to see I felt like I could just sit back and watch it all fall in to place. I not only got the day I’ve always dreamed of but it felt like my best friends did it all for me she is so professional but at the same time such a rock and a friend thought it all if I ever need anything planned again she’s gonna be my go to.

bq dinner for free based on my husbands and I going out there and trying it first. I made wonderful connections with stomp comp and roll!!! Then the contract review that caused a whole another issue lol It was all worth it. You showed me what type of service ABEVE was birthed to do. When I was told this business was divinely ordered I wasn’t quite sure what that meant but having clients like you and a few others who trust me to listen and put their needs before my own to ensure what they want comes to pass! Not everyone will be for us, but when we can connect with people like you it warms my heart knowing we are doing what we have been called to do.

A Birds eye View Events is Amazing!! Cherrisse makes sure everything is the way you want it. And brings your vision to life. We planned a wedding long distance and she was perfect for this Job. she helped us so much with everything and we couldn’t of asked for a better person to help plan our Daunters wedding . Cherrisse and her team was so helpful I can’t even express how helpful and thankful we are for Cherrisse. She went above and beyond. the decorating was AMAZING!!! I highly recommend A birds eye view.

My husband Walter and I got engaged in October of 2020 and it was without a second thought that we decided to hire Cherrisse to bring our wedding vision to life. I am so so glad we did! Cherrisse is DOING PHENOMENAL! Rewind to a few years back, Cherrisse was the day of coordinator for my older sister Courtney and brother in law in 2014. After watching her support my sister with her nuptials and assist with the execution of everything from the organization of the bridal party to the reception and vendor support, I knew she would be the person I could lean in when the time came for me. I tell no lie when I say, she did not disappoint! Working with Cherrisse from A Birds Eye View for our wedding was an AMAZING experience! Cherrisse was punctual, attentive and went above and beyond to make sure our day was one to remember. We planned our wedding during the months following the peak of the pandemic and Cherrisse immediately jumped in and did everything we asked of her and more. We did a long engagement and even had to change our date due to the birth of our son and Cherrisse was more than accommodating and facilitated all aspects of our planning process without flaw. From vendor appointments to weekly check ins and biweekly follow ups there was nothing that Cherrisse did not help to do. Her knowledge of wedding processes and attention to detail are stellar and it is without any doubt that she will join the ranks of the most effective wedding planners and coordinators within the Charlotte area.

Cherrisse was wonderful to work with. I didn’t even realize I needed a wedding coordinator until I had Cherrisse working on my team. My wedding was amazing and honestly I would not have been able to get thru my special day without her and her wonderful team. The day of my wedding there were some hiccups with what I planned and had written down versus what arrived and needed to be setup. When I tell you Cherrisse handled every and anything that came at her she did it as if it were her own. She never called me stressing me out about things not working instead she took charge and I walked in to a beautiful ceremony and reception. I would recommend her to any one who is getting married because she makes the process so much easier. Thank you so much for everything!

Cherrisse was absolutely hands down the BEST wedding planner I could have asked for. She executed EVERY idea I had and added her own touch to it. Our wedding day was PERFECT. I would definitely recommend A Bird’s Eye View & I will use her again for our anniversary party.
