This was a funeral but felt it needed to be said here. Grew up on Staten Island. I live on the West Coast now thanks to the Marine Corps. Amen. A family member had passed and I...

did not get the info for the funeral until the last moment. I found the Bouquet of Love florist and gave them a call thinking it was too late to get a lovely flower arrangement to the funeral home in time. However, I explained the situation over the phone, he gave me my options (which I was glad there were options), and in less than 30 minutes, for a very fair price, a beautiful and large arrangement of flowers found its way to the funeral home for the service/viewing (see pic). They actually received many compliments about their beauty as noted to me by my sister who was there. All I can say is that was an outstanding effort and the best florist experience I have ever had. If i can give negative stars I would... I only needed bouquets and boutonnieres for my wedding so this order was small and simple. Every time I reached out he was never available,...

and whenever I got a hold of him he seemed confused and ill prepared. I followed up the week of my wedding like we discussed to go over flowers and he wasn't even ready! The day of It all seemed thrown together and the flowers were a MESS. I don't know how but they were actually ugly. I HAVE NEVER SEEN BOUQUETS AS BAD AS THE ONES I HAD AT MY WEDDING. I was beyond SHOCKED that he felt comfortable bringing them to my house. I also said no roses for the boutonnieres and each man had a rose! The entire order was nothing I asked for..he clearly didn't listen and even after I said how disappointed I was he didn't seem to care. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE OR EVER USE THEM AGAIN! DO NOT USE THIS STORE FOR FLOWERS. YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY WITH HIS WORK.
