A Bupp Event is a wedding planning company offering day of coordination based out of New Orleans, LA. You have done all the work building your dream wedding. We are here to ensure it is executed flawlessly so you can enjoy your special day with family and friends. Owner and lead planner, Ashley has over 15 years of event experience, starting at a DC based hotel and moving into fundraising events at the Smithsonian's National Zoo. Once her family relocated to New Orleans, she established A Bupp Event sharing her expertise for special occasions. A Bupp Event offers day-of coordination and full-service wedding planning and design as well as destination wedding planning. Do you find you need some additional planning support? We also offer hourly consultations to assist with anything from vendor selection to providing timeline guidance.

Ashley. We could not have had the wedding of our dreams without her. She brought our aesthetic and vision to life. Ashley is very communicative, but also great at taking initiative when the bride and groom are busy. Her service was the best money we could have spent and our wedding would have not been the same if it weren’t for her. There is no one better to have on your team and in your corner for your wedding day. I’m still in awe of how much she hustled, helped, kept us on task, and was incredibly sweet during the whole process. It’s difficult as a bride and groom to eat and drink on their wedding day. Ashley made sure we had a drink in hand so we could enjoy our day—which was beyond the scope of her role. She went above and beyond, we are incredibly grateful

Leading up to the wedding, she was on top of everything and made us feel like we were in great hands and could relax a bit. She is extremely organized, professional, easy to work with, & thinks about the small details you may overlook. One thing that stands out in particular was the detailed and easy to follow schedule she put together that was shared with everyone so everyone knew what was going on. She made sure include me in all emails sent to vendors and the day off she worked with my MOH to be sure all was as seamless as a wedding can possibly go. he was great and helping us decide what’s best for us. Ashley was so communicative throughout the entire process and even helped with recommendations that we used and we’re amazing! There was a lot of flexibility and last minute things that Ashley handled with such grace and positivity. On the day of the wedding there was a lot of transitions and locations involved and I know she worked so hard to make sure it all went perfect, and it did! Ashley brings to the (sequined covered) table over 15 years of event experience. She started her career at a hotel in Washington, DC working weddings and corporate events followed by planning several years of events at Smithsonian's National Zoo. After her family relocated to New Orleans, she started A Bupp Event, where she thrives off timelines, excel spreadsheets and 17 hour wedding days!
