There isn’t enough we can say about Ashley! Her professionalism is second to none! Ashley had our rehearsal and wedding day planned out and executed to the minute. She was very honest and transparent throughout. There was never a time where we could not get ahold to Ashley for any questions or concerns. We highly recommend her!

Ashley was an amazing day of coordinator for our small-ish wedding that still had a silly number of little details to tend to. From our planning call to the days leading up to the wedding to the day of, Ashley was on all of the little things (including all the details we would have forgotten that would have blown up in our faces day of!) in a way that was just right - nudging us to get things done and also giving feedback and ideas about what might work/etc. since we are not wedding professionals ;) She had the East Coast Energy combined with the NOLA local experience that we needed planning a wedding in New Orleans while being from and living in NYC. I highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding who wants a super organized and easy to communicate with planner/coordinator!

If you are questioning if you need a day of coordinator…the answer is yes, yes, you do. I had a micro wedding in December of 2023. I wanted to have a stress free wedding day…or as stress free as possible. My fiancé and I interviewed a few coordinators early in 2023. We really liked Ashley’s demeanor and vibe on the phone. She asked thoughtful questions, listened to our answers, and asked good follow ups. Through out the process of creating the timeline for the wedding day, she asked questions to figure out logistics that I didn’t even think about. My fiancé and I were using the same car to get to our venue and she helped us map out that timeline. I am so glad she did because we needed to do some slight adjustments to the rental timeframe. That’s just one example of the attention to detail that she has, which made our day go great! She was involved in every aspect from the transportation company, photographer, venues, etc. She asked questions to understand guest dynamics and if there was anything she needed to be aware of in that regard. I didn’t even think about that until she posed the question! There was a very minor snafu the day of due to the bridesmaids making an unplanned detour from the ceremony to the reception. Ashley listened to me vent, had 2 different solutions thought though, helped me change into my tennis shoes from heels, and above all…kept me calm! Though we only booked her for the day, she sent follow up messages, a holiday card and is helping us nudge along one of our vendors for their deliverables, post wedding. Do not underestimate the value of a day of coordinator! I am SO extremely happy that we booked Ashley. She feels like a friend at this point!

Ashley was great! We had most our big vendors picked whenever we hired Ashley. She helped us pick all the smaller, detailed vendors like renting furniture, linens, brass band, hair & makeup artist, etc. Every vendor we hired was excellent! I spoke with Ashley frequently about how we want the wedding weekend to be in New Orleans. She was very professional and accommodating with changes made to the plan. I planned a New Orleans wedding while I lived in Nashville. Ashley was always happy to call, text, email, call, FaceTime, anything Anytime! When I flew to New Orleans, she was always able to meet and help with any details and walk through. The weeks up to the wedding, Ashley was a game changer!!!! She had a detailed itinerary of the whole day and contacted all the vendors! I didn’t talk to any vendors about timing or logistical stuff. Ashely handled everything and it worked beautifully. Our whole day was perfect because of Ashley. To my knowledge, not a single thing went wrong. She had great advice when it came to choosing vendors, and she was so organized for all the logistical parts of the day. Brides have enough to worry about, and Ashley really lightened our load!!

Ashley did an amazing job to make sure every aspect of the reception was perfect, despite the unique challenges of the wedding venue! We were the band booked for one of the receptions that Ashley was coordinating earlier this October. She made sure the whole night ran smoothly, and we can't thank her enough for her hard work in making the reception a resounding success!

Wow! Best decision we made was hiring day of coordinator. Ashley was on top of it and was such a great help. We were able to enjoy our wedding to the fullest. She should also highlight her decor skills because our sweetheart table was gorgeous and a great focal point.

5 stars is just not enough. Ashley deserves all the stars in the sky. I planned a destination wedding in New Orleans and hired her as my Day of Coordinator. I can’t imagine having had anyone else but her taking charge of the day. I’m an anxious person by nature and I don’t think I have ever been so completely relaxed and present. She took care of absolutely everything day of. She is such a calming presence and made it the most incredible experience. During the time leading up to the wedding she helped me organize what I needed to get done, found flaws in my timing and vendor contracts, and reassured me that it would all be ok. And it was. It was perfect. She is perfect. Just stop looking and get in touch with her.

We simply could not have had a better wedding and Ashley was a huge part of everything going smoothly. From making sure no small details were missed (like who's cutting the cake and tweaking our timeline to give us more party time), vendors arrived on time, had everything they needed a week before, and even breakdown (making sure everything was in the right box because we rented flowers). She even made sure we had a plate of food waiting for us after our first dance. Everyone she ran into had nothing but kind things to say about her and how amazing she did with handling our wedding as she organized our day and made sure we didn’t have to think about timelines, where people were, and when to start cleanup and who needs what box. She went above and beyond for our day and I cannot sing her praises enough. She's such a kind soul and extremely professional - thank you, thank you, THANK YOU, Ashley!

You were amazing, kind, professional, attentive, on point answering back to emails, calls, changes, and concerns. You helped make our son and daughter-in-laws wedding beautiful and more than what we expected! Thank you for all your help handling the vendors as well as the day if coordination. You are incredible! This is the SECOND wedding that we hired Ashley for and could not have planned this wedding without her! We would highly recommend her to help you with all your wedding planning. I mean it when I say I could not have planned my wedding without Ashley! Not only did she make sure every single box was checked, but she made planning fun and easy. She paid attention to every detail and was always responsive at all hours of the day. We had a very large bridal party and I did not have to think twice about making sure everyone was where they had to be the day of the wedding. I really can't thank her enough, if you are looking for a planner who is professional & knowledgeable with a great personality, Ashley is it!

Ashley was SPECTACULAR. Being from FL, our wedding was technically a destination wedding during French quarter fest—there were a lot of moving parts to our special day including a second line. It could have been very stressful had we not hired Ashley. We could not have had the wedding of our dreams without her. She brought our aesthetic and vision to life. Ashley is very communicative, but also great at taking initiative when the bride and groom are busy. Her service was the best money we could have spent and our wedding would have not been the same if it weren’t for her. There is no one better to have on your team and in your corner for your wedding day. I’m still in awe of how much she hustled, helped, kept us on task, and was incredibly sweet during the whole process. It’s difficult as a bride and groom to eat and drink on their wedding day. Ashley made sure we had a drink in hand so we could enjoy our day—which was beyond the scope of her role. She went above and beyond, we are incredibly grateful

We were given Ashley information from my MOH when I was searching high and low for a day of coordinator. Up to that point everyone I contacted were only offering full wedding planning services. From the minute I spoke to her, I knew she was perfect for the job. She came with an extensive background, prompt in responses, and was familiar with where we got married. She made sure include me in all emails sent to vendors and the day off she worked with my MOH to be sure all was as seamless as a wedding can possibly go. She was always checking on me as well and making sure I was doing ok and if my husband and I need anything after each of our timelines event. I’m so thankful for her guidance and assistants. I couldn’t have done it without her

For us being out of town and wanting our day to be as smooth as possible it was very important we got a day of coordinator to help make that happen. There was a consultation call to help decide what would be best with our plans and budget and she was great and helping us decide what’s best for us. Ashley was so communicative throughout the entire process and even helped with recommendations that we used and we’re amazing! There was a lot of flexibility and last minute things that Ashley handled with such grace and positivity. On the day of the wedding there was a lot of transitions and locations involved and I know she worked so hard to make sure it all went perfect, and it did! I had the smoothest day possible with the help of her and wouldn’t have it any other way! I’d recommend her for anyone looking for a planner for their big day! Thanks again, Ashley!

Ashley made sure our plan was fully executed for the wedding. She listened to our ideas and shared some valuable ones of her own. She was VERY organized and professional. She handled all the details and worked with the venue to ensure that wedding day was flawless. She even followed up after the wedding! I have heard horror stories about wedding planners…not so with this gal! I cannot say enough positive things about Ashley! Highly recommend, we loved her

I hired Ashley for my wedding reception and am so glad I did! Her coordination amongst staff and vendors, incredible attention to detail, and magical ability to have the reception site perfectly executed and ready for guests in a short amount of time was amazing. I didn't have to worry about a thing the entire reception, I was able to simply arrive and enjoy time with my guests.
