Jessie and Jessica were absolutely unbelievable to work with throughout our entire wedding process. Their extremely patient and positive attitudes made them a joy to interact with ...
and consistently lowered our general planning stress levels. They clearly love what they do, which in our opinion is one of the most important qualities to look for in a wedding vendor. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the potatoes and steak kabobs. One of my foodie friends even said the Caesar salad was the best they'd ever had. Wait staff was great and all very friendly. Their pricing is extremely fair for how good the food was and how great their service is. We went back and forth on having potatoes up until the week of the wedding and they were super accommodating, and encouraged us to bring any and all concerns to them at any time leading up to the big day. Struck me as really genuine, good-hearted people. The initial tasting was also a lot of fun and they had a lot of great gluten-free options. Offered to pretty much make anything we wanted gluten-free. If you're reading this and are on the fence about hiring them, I couldn't recommend it more to just go for it. You won't be disappointed! Huge thank you to Jessie, Jessica, and their whole staff!!

A Catered Affaire was a preferred vendor of our venue (Michigan Wildlife Conservancy) regardless, we would definitely be happy to work with them again. The food was simple and del...
icious. At the tasting they answered all of our questions and provided us with good examples of the food we were going to have at our wedding, as well as went over different options for cocktail hour and dinnerware. The staff was extremely professional, and followed my request to wear masks with no complaints or problems. They always say people will remember the food at your wedding, and if they do they will have nothing but nice things to say about mine!
Very affordable and delicious food! Our guests were all so happy with the food, and so were we. There are a ton of options. The buffet style is also definitely the way to go!

135 guests. The price is super reasonable and the staff is great. We met with Doyle for a trial before the wedding and he was very accommodating. Cannot recommend this catering company enough!
Keith/Doyle were very easy to work with! They answered calls quickly and responded to e-mails in a timely manner. The food was delicious and I didn't have any issues with delivery ...
or timing. We even requested to pick up our linens early so we could set up decorations even earlier. They were very accommodating.

way possible. The cherry chicken we got was delicious. We had been craving it since the tasting and couldn't wait to eat it at the wedding! We received many compliments from our guests about how great the good was. We could not have chosen a better caterer for our special day. They were kind, accommodating, professional, reasonably priced, AND served delicious food.

alads). The whole spread was lovely. We got our table linens and napkins from them as well, and everything was set up nicely the day of. We also used their bartenders- be careful, the bartenders we had poured heavy-handed. My guests appreciated it, but I'm not a fan of strong drinks. My only real complaint is that they were supposed to provide water carafes at the tables during dinner and they did not.
They were great to work with! The tasting was great and they answered all of my emails before the wedding very fast! The food was great and everyone loved the fall selection they o...
ffered for our October wedding, we had the Michigan Cherry chicken and the caramel apple pork chops!! and they are VERY affordable!!
GREAT JOB. everyone ranted and raved about our food!
Very cost effective catering. I think it cost about $18 per person. Cheaper for the children's menu. There pasta was a little runny, but everything tasted great.
Food was great and reasonably priced!!!

sy to work with. All of our guests enjoyed the food, however there was one complaint that was given by several of the guests which was the coffee. During our reception after dinner, the wait staff was not available and had failed to make coffee which was to be served during that time. Other than that we were happy with their services.
When I talked to their coordinator, I had asked about needing to try the food in advance but she was very clear in saying, "our food speaks for itself."
This was not exactly true...
, it was so-so, the food would probably be a lot better in a smaller setting, about 50 people or so. But, in bulk, it wasnt anything to be bragging about.
It was however affordable, and my aunts cake more than made up for not having a mouth watering meal.
