The tent had holes in the top so we could not set up until the day of once it had stopped raining...The bars were not at all as pictured on the website and the tent was not placed ...
where it was directed to go. They did, however, provide sides of the tent for free. The staff I organized the contract with was great.
From my mom: I ordered table cloths from ‘A Complete Rental’ in Lansing for my daughter’s wedding. They didn’t have the color I wanted, but the company was able to order them with ...
no extra charge. The table cloths were ready for pick up the day before the wedding in plastic bins. The color was exactly what we wanted and they were beautiful. The whole rental process was easy and seamless. I highly recommend them for any event needs.
Very nice rental items and have a lot of items to choose from. They were very accomodating as we needed to make a few last minute additions / subtractions and they did so with no c...

Our Reception was in Grand Ledge, MI and A Complete Rental is located in East Lansing so it wasnt close. We rented some linens and their popcorn machine. Both came clean and ready ...
to be used. We had popcorn at the reception so it must have worked well. My only complaint is that our wedding was on a Sunday and we had to pick it up on Saturday by noon which was terrible because even though my wedding was in East Lansing on Sunday I live in Big Rapids, which is tell and a half hours from Lansing. So even though my rehearsal wasn't until five I couldn't sleep in, which at that point of the wedding planning I wasn't getting any sleep, and be rested and alert for my rehearsal I had to wake up early after going to bed late (last minute wedding projects and packing) and speed down to Lansing, which was NOT fun!
Kim was great to work with . She was accomodating and very friendly. The Nacho Cheese machine was a major hit and a Definete for any party. Wish I had gone with 2 bags of cheese in...

Kim was great to work with. We visited the showroom months in and advance and only need table clothes and skirts. She told us not to worry about ordering anything until 4 months in...
advance. They have a huge inventory of the "normal" items but not too many of the "dress your table up" items (ex runners and things). They let us pick up our items on Thursday afternoon for a Saturday wedding and we were able to return everything on Monday. Great experience all around
I was so surprised by this rental company. I walked in by mistake and I'm so glad I did! The lady at the counter was always happy and helpful, she even bought a new cake stand for ...
me to rent because they didn't have the one I wanted in gold! How awesome is that!! She had the color skirting I needed and the table runners were an exact match.
