A Custom Look Photography

We hired them for our wedding and every step of the process was very difficult. During the initial phone call he was short and angry with me, then at the wedding my guests kept coming up to me to tell me how "rude that photo booth guy is" it was humiliating to have to apologize on his behalf over and over. Anytime someone took a photo and wanted to keep it, he would kick them out after. Anytime someone wanted to do more than 1 retake, he kicked them out. Anytime someone looked at the screen instead of the lens he would yell at them - It was very uncomfortable. Then, despite paying for him to send us all the photos he took that night, he never sent them to us! I haven't heard a word from him or received a single photo. I emailed him asking for the photos but he ignored my request - literally HOLDING MY PHOTOS HOSTAGE. It's very upsetting, the photos were part of our package and we paid for them, yet he wont send them to us. Like I said, throughout my wedding guests were telling me the photo booth man was rude - a photo booth should not be an issue at a wedding.
