I give Sharla 5 stars for customer service and friendliness. She listened to what I wanted. After they were done customizing the piece of jewelry for me I was helped by someone else who was very unfriendly and seemed to just want to get rid of me. If you choose to shop here and value good customer service deal with Sharla only. She is a big asset to the store. The other salespeople seem interested in one thing, $. So unfortunate

Terrible customer service, owner (Jeff) likes to yell at customers over the phone when questioned why they don't stand by their products.. Even went to the extent of telling me to "come say it to my face" when talking about their poor customer service, real class act. Go ANYWHERE else but this establishment.

We had our engagement ring and wedding band soldiered and dipped here. Best option out there. Very affordable (compared to the mall prices). Awesome customer service too. Thanks Gail!

a Cutting Edge was fantastic in preparation for our wedding, from assisting the Groom in picking out an amazing quality ring to ensuring my bands fit and looked perfectly! It was a great and seamless experience!

My husband picked out my engagement band here and we went later to pick out the wedding band together. I loved the unique styles they provided as my requests for my engagement bands consisted of it having a unique band. Rings here range from traditional to unique. They have good deals and service as well.

I love A Cutting Edge. Locally owned. If you need it sized they have someone to do it in house! They don't take/mail your ring anywhere. A week after I got engaged a small diamond fell out, they fixed it for free, replaced the diamond and it took 2 hours. I have had friends go to Kay's or other chains and their rings are gone a month or long, get lost or send them back the WRONG one! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone... Ladies, in five years if you want to upgrade your diamond they will trade you center stones and you pay the difference! This place is amazing.

My husband bought my engagement ring and wedding band from A Cutting Edge. The staff - especially Chelsey - was so nice and helpful. We couldn't find the ring we liked anywhere, but A Cutting Edge created just what we wanted. I have the ring and man of my dreams!
