A Day in Provence

Tara is truly an artist that captures the desires of the customer, while highlighting the beauty of the textures, colors, and sentiments flowers bring to life. Working with her was a dream. She brought my vision to life, and was so graceful, thoughtful, and deliberate about the execution. On top of that, the flowers themselves literally brought me to tears they were so stunning. I hope all brides will be fortunate enough to work with the genius of Tara, owner of A Day in Provence. Merci, Tara!

Perfection. Breathtaking. Unique. These are words I would use to describe my floral pieces from A Day in Provence. Tara, the owner, truly listened to my ramblings of what I envisioned, and when she showed up the day of my wedding - she had captured it - perfectly. The flowers were stunning and we actually had guests comment on them. Thank you Tara for your talent and the beauty you brought to our special day.

Tara is a master of her craft. She has traveled the globe seeking inspiration, and has perfected a one-of-a-kind look in floral arranging that stuns. These are not your typical arrangements. Her breathtaking bouquets are lush, elegant and divine, and her attention to detail is beyond beautiful. One tip, I brought in a color palette and a few photos for inspiration, and she nailed the look on the day of. Our venue was a beautiful countryside barn in Wisconsin, and my bridesmaids wore a mixed palette of soft blush pinks and purples and light Ball jar blue hues to go with my ivory dress with beaded sleeves. Each dress was pleated and floor length in a different style, with floral crowns and small bouquets to accessorize. We went with a mixture of deep red and purple floral, with dusty sage and thistle blue, as well as plenty of ivory and lavender to pull inspiration from the setting. Tara was incredibly accommodating, and because the salon was not far from her studio, she came the morning of the wedding to drop off floral crowns to inspire the stylists. She also worked closely with the bakers to decorate our cakes. Each table had its own cake, one of four flavors, and Tara decorated the tables with different floral according to which flavor cake they had. For example, bright orange floral for a carrot cake or rich ivory garlands for a champagne cake. Not only was Tara's work stunning, she was a pleasure to work with. The floral was truly my favorite detail of the day, and we've preserved as much as we can. I will absolutely work with her, if I can, for any future events.

Tara is an absolute master with flowers. I gave her only the slightest direction and she managed to fully express my flower dreams at my wedding. She was not only open to the idea of using flowers from my family's garden, she managed to craft a large portion of my bouquet from them. It was the most amazing grouping of flowers I have ever seen. She was a pleasure to work with before, during and after the wedding. Thank you, Tara!

Tara did an absolutely beautiful job with our floral on our wedding day. I gave her a general idea of what I liked, but seeing her past work gave me complete faith in letting her do her thing. Tara has such an amazing creative instinct, and not to mention how sweet she is too! I adored working with Tara and we received so many compliments on how beautiful everything turned out!

Tara is wonderful. She uses cool, unique flowers, and we were married in in the winter, so she incorporated berries, rosemary, etc. She was very flexible and designed arrangements on site due to some last-minute needs. We got lots of compliments on the arrangements.

Tara did an absolutely beautiful job with the flowers for our wedding. We told her some general guidelines for our vision, and she brought the magic to life. The bouquets and altar pieces added the perfect touch to make our day special. Also, they photographed wonderfully!

Our floral arrangements literally took my breath away. When I first met with Tara, we instantly connected. She is a passionate professional that is truly amazing at what she does. I gave her a color palette along with our overall 'modern-vintage' theme and she did the rest. Her floral aristry is stunning! I highly recommend Tara to anyone and look forward to working with her again!

I am not a flower lover so the fact that I cried when I saw the arrangements is quite significant. Tara is so talented at what she does and is quite creative. I never thought of flower arrangements as an art until I met her. She even worked to help to get the flowers into our budget
