From the moment I spoke to her at our initial consultation and decided to use A Day to Cherish, I felt at ease knowing she was going to be the one to help me through the planning process. She was easy to communicate with, SO quick to respond whether it was a call text or email, was so organized and provided me with the most detailed checklist with dates to have things booked by or finished by, and never once batted an eye at any of my crazy ideas. She wasn’t just my planner, but became a friend and someone I could turn to to help with every aspect of the planning process. She attended each of the meetings with my vendors providing suggestions and recommendations of how to achieve the vision I had for our wedding day. The weeks leading up to the wedding I expected to be stressed and overwhelmed, but with Corinnes help through it all I was nowhere near stressed and was able to just enjoy the process. The day of the wedding was absolutely perfect and that is thanks to her and her team. They were so organized and made sure everything ran smoothly while also making sure my husband and I were taken care of. Again, we were not even a little bit stressed which is exactly what every bride wants on their wedding day. I cannot say enough amazing things about Corinne and A Day to Cherish. If you are looking for a wedding planner, stop because this is who you want to use you will not regret it!!

ere both very excited to plan our own wedding and pick our vendors but Stephanie was there to guide through the entire process! Even though we only had month of planning she was available throughout our entire planning process to help answer any questions we had and provide vendor recommendations. On wedding weekend Stephanie and her team did an outstanding job making sure our vision came to life and everything ran smooth. Stephanie provided our wedding party with schedules so everyone was aware of where they needed to be and when. Everything we asked Stephanie for she made happen and it truly was the best day of our entire lives! We would highly recommend Stephanie and A Day to Cherish as she was very professional and worked very hard to ensure we had the perfect day with no stress!

The day of our wedding was stress free, 100% enjoyable and came off as entirely effortless because she was on top of every single detail. There’s no way we could’ve done any of it without her. My only regret is that we somehow forgot to have any pictures taken together! We’re so thankful for her tremendous hard work and incredible can do and will do attitude!

, 13 days before our March wedding, the state of Arizona initiated their stay at home orders and we had to postpone our wedding. Stephanie called me on a Sunday night and was frantically texting all of my vendors and venue to find a new date for us. It was the most frantic and overwhelming hour, but that's all it was. Within one hour she found us a new date that ALL of our vendors could accommodate. We signed the revised contract with the venue that night and woke up Monday morning feeling so at peace. She handled absolutely everything, I didn't communicate with any of our vendors (although many reached out after and were also so incredible and kind), sent us all the revised contracts, and more. She's also been the most patient and kind person to work with during such a stressful time. I can't wait for our November wedding and know that no matter what the world brings in November, Stephanie will help us have a special day. I cannot recommend A Day to Cherish enough, I feel like people's true selves come out during a global pandemic and I know many friends that have terrible experiences with postponements, and I feel so grateful to have been working with a truly unbelievable team. A Day to Cherish was supposed to be my wedding planner for my wedding scheduled for April 4th and we paid it all up front. The Arizona Governor banned large gatherings on March 15....
My contract with ADC has a Force Majeure clause that says ADC will be relieved of services in the event of an epidemic, but ADC took the position that they technically owe me nothing because I didn't cancel within 30 days. What kind of a policy is that??? They charged me a non-refundable deposit of $500 even though I paid a fair rate of $700 for pre-wedding services.
Deposits are supposed to be applied to future services, I've never have a company not apply a deposit to the bill.
Be careful, if an act of god ruins your wedding inside 30 days- you'll be out your deposit too the way this company operates.

ed the day of. Cara is the ultimate professional, responsive, flexible and patient. The planning of a wedding has an immense amount of moving parts and pieces that we could not possibly have handled on our own. She was understanding and accommodating as we made numerous changes. Cara and her team far surpassed any expectation I could have imagined, as well as the rest of the vendor teams. The ceremony was absolutely lovely, and the ballroom was pure perfection. The team made sure every detail was perfect to include the ceremony, place settings, florals, dinner. The bridal party was extremely well taken care of and the team made certain they had everything they needed. We are still receiving texts and emails every day from our guests, thanking us for a wonderful night. All of our guests have commented that our daughters wedding was one of the most beautiful weddings they had ever attended. Cara's execution is impeccable and it is without hesitation that I recommend A Day to Cherish!

Our planning process was never stressful but having someone else create the timeline, work with vendors, she set up all areas with the decorations and created a dream space for us. We had to do nothing except enjoy the week and day, I repeat we were not stressed and had the best few days leading up to the wedding and our wedding day was enjoyable. I could relax and just focus on our guests and our day! Living far away from Sedona, having someone you trust take over your day and make your dreams a reality is a feeling I can't describe. She worked with us from the day we booked her to even past the wedding when we had some issues with vendors. The day of the wedding she was there right next to us making sure we had everything we needed, making sure everything was running smoothly, and making sure we were having the time of our lives. She succeeded above and beyond. We even had a crisis when my brides contact messed up and she drove the 15 minute drive to get her new ones. That gesture made my brides night. Thank you so much Cara for all your guys help. I would highly highly recommend A Day to Cherish Weddings for the future couples.

There are a lot of moving parts to any wedding and everything seemed to come together harmoniously on our wedding day. We were able to actually enjoy our wedding and not have to worry about the tedious details. The night was amazing and surreal, everyone enjoyed themselves. As the dancing concluded, Stephanie and her crew had everything packed up and loaded for us in our car. We were able to enjoy the party until the last minute. In the weeks leading up to the big day, she kept all of the details organized after several email exchanges. We did a walk through at the venue and she helped me to imagine how the day would flow.
On wedding day, her calm demeanor made me feel so comfortable and confident in her. Her team was so pleasant and wonderful to work with. She brought my dream wedding to life! I'm a detail person so I felt so lucky to have someone like Cara there knowing that she would have the same attention to detail and make sure everything ran smoothly and as planned. However, my venue required a planner, and suggested Cara, and I could not have lucked into finding a better day-of planner. Her services started about two months before our wedding, and she was amazing up until our wedding was over. She even went so far as to make sure room service tidied up our room after the girls got ready there, had waiters bring us drinks or hors d'oeuvres while getting our photos taken, and exactly where and with whom everything was at the end of our night (ie marriage license and car keys). Hire her- you won't regret it!

I was in touch with Cara leading up to the wedding and she worked on contacting vendors and creating a seamless timeline. I am very detail oriented and so is she, so it was a perfect match! She was also very patient with my questions and when I changed my mind on certain things! Stephanie and two other wonderful ladies were by my side the day of the wedding and were more than amazing. NOT snobby at all (like some other wedding planners in the area). I was planning my wedding from the East Coast and had to rely on my instincts, gut and phone/email communication to make a lot of decisions. Even though I could only afford "day of services," Cara was always very responsive with questions and provided contacts to help me with planning it until it was time for her to take over. I was VERY IMPRESSED with her professionalism and overall passion do a great job and to keep me - the bride - happy! If you pick A Day to Cherish, you WILL NOT regret it.
