A Delicious Catering Service Event and Design

weren't served until 5:45 PM. The caterer blamed our planner, despite a waiter telling us directly that the chef was still warming up the food. The chef we originally met wasn't even there. His replacement was extremely rude to others, including my father, who paid for the wedding. When my father asked for plates at the grazing table, the chef yelled at a waiter not to bring them, saying, "Because I am the captain." He only apologized when my father reminded him who was paying. A guest also reported being given the middle finger by a staff member. The bartenders hired through the caterer were TERRIBLE. Multiple guests complained about rude remarks, feeling uncomfortable, wasted alcohol, and excessive ice. TWO HOURS into our reception, they ran out of water and soda, both INCLUDED in our package! Our planner had to send her own staff to buy more, and the caterer refused to fully reimburse her. They also used the venue's expensive ice instead of supplying the ice we had already paid for, resulting in an additional $180 charge. We also paid for late-night tacos that guests barely knew were available. When I went to get some, there were NO tortillas and nobody attending the station. My husband checked multiple times over an hour with the same result. The caterer claimed they were "refilling tortillas." For an HOUR? Meanwhile, my father reported seeing tacos being taken to catering staff to eat. The worst part was the complete lack of accountability afterward. The caterer repeatedly blamed our planner, even though there was apparently no communication between the caterer and HIS OWN bartenders. We lost valuable hours of dancing and celebrating because of their mistakes. We spent so much time and money planning our wedding, only to have these completely avoidable issues overshadow it. The food may have tasted good, but the unprofessionalism, poor service, and refusal to take responsibility were unacceptable. You only get one wedding day. Please think twice before trusting this company with yours.
