A Do or Dye Salon and Day Spa

Do not rely on service! I had made an appointment with Do or Dye Salon three weeks before my appointment for Saturday, June 5th 2021 at 10:30 am. I received a confirmation email along with which stylist I had an appointment with after I scheduled. So, I go to my appointment and arrive 15 minutes before my appointment. They have no record of my appointment, so I show the confirmation email and the girl at the front desk claims that she doesn't recognize the format of the email. So, I ask is this your email address? Yes. Is this your logo? Yes. So, how is this not your email? I don't know what to tell you. Okay, so can you fit me in or not, my engagement photos are on Monday? She leaves to go check with someone in the back for over 20 min. She never returns, so I ask the other girl at the desk, is she coming back? She looks at me like a deer in head lights and says, I don't know. Okay, so I leave because clearly they're not going to help me or honor their appointments. I'm getting in my car and get a call from them. The girl tells me that she's found my appointment, it was scheduled for Saturday, June 5th 2020... I tell her that I called and made the appointment three weeks ago, and they scheduled me in 2020, on a date that doesn't exist, with a stylist that wasn't even working there at the time? So, I'm not sure if it is just incompetence or stupidity, but none of my she said made any sense. They do great work for hair, but if you have any expectations of good customer service go somewhere else! Great Clips would have at least seen me.
