Ashley and her team are fantastic. She was the kindest and so on top of everything, she really made planning a wedding from the east coast enjoyable. Our experience with Ashley was outstanding. Ashley literally saved our wedding. We had to change our wedding venue several days before our wedding due to the Maui fires. Ashley and her team were phenomenal! The communication leading up to the wedding was excellent. Where to begin?! I can’t give enough praise and appreciation to this team. My husband and I are beyond grateful we were referred to work with A Dream Wedding Maui!! It was the best decision we could’ve made in the wedding planning process!! We live in Ohio, so planning a destination elopement was daunting to me, as I am not a good planner for day to day things, let alone for a wedding in a different state with traveling guests! Ashley and Lindsey immediately made the planning feel like a breeze and calmed any anxiousness I was feeling - some of the sweetest gals! They answered my many questions and helped focus in on our wants and needs for the wedding to make it all come to life - all while on a tight budget! We chose to get married on the absolutely stunning Ironwoods Beach in Kapalua and it is a beautiful place with lava rock! Chantel was our lovely wedding coordinator the day of and I was so happy we could include her in our lei ceremony! I may be biased, but Charles Nahale is the best officiant we could’ve ever asked for, making the whole ceremony so fun and memorable! And the talented Tyson from Better Together Photography was so fun to work with and made my husband and I feel so comfortable in front of the camera! It was amazing that Ashley and her team were able to be so diligent in helping us on short notice and get so many amazing vendors on board, as we started planning in December for our February elopement. I loved having a February wedding in Maui - the weather was great! We had sun and 79 all week with just a sprinkle of rain over a rainbow in the morning sun and then a little overcast for the wedding itself, which was nice so we weren’t overheating while on the beach for the ceremony. And there’s whales and turtles you can see each day, so magical! My wife and I were married on Maui June 30, 1997. We were invited to spend a week in Maui with friends the first week of February 2023, and I saw the perfect opportunity to arrange a surprise vow renewal. Luckily, I still had the information from our wedding, so I searched the internet to see if "A Dream Wedding" was still in business on Maui. I found the company and reached out to Ashley Ulery to see if a vow renewal ceremony would be feasible. Thus began the super secret planning! Ashley arranged for the ceremony to be conducted at the same place where we were married and found that the officiant from our wedding could also do our vow renewal. Everything happened as planned, and my lovely bride was shocked and streaming happy tears when she found out what Ashley, our friends on Maui and I had arranged. Ashley and her team are absolutely the best in the business and created a wedding beyond our wildest dreams. She coordinated a multi-event, multicultural wedding for us with grace and ease. She was able to encapsulate all our visions into reality with very little guidance, since we are both busy professionals in California and could not visit Maui in the year leading up to the wedding nor spend a lot of time meeting with her online. She was able to quickly understand our personalities and tastes, and her recommendations for vendors were spot on. She accommodated many last-minute requests (her father even hand-delivered extra sparklers to the venue on our wedding day!). I think where Ashley shines the brightest is her day-of coordination. Both our main events were executed flawlessly thanks to Ashley. Everything was paced perfectly, neither too slow nor too rushed. She was able to simultaneously blend into the background and be everywhere all at once. As my husband said, “I would start to have a thought that I needed something, and out of nowhere Ashley seemed to be right there with exactly what I needed.” She is absolutely professional but also warm, gentle, and caring. Our guests all remarked that she was such a pleasure to be around, and she handled any potentially stressful situation with a big smile on her face. In terms of financials, she was incredibly reasonably priced compared to the other planners we spoke to before we found her. She was also very honest with us—she never tried to upsell us, instead making trips to Costco for better deals on beverages and helping us figure out which elements of the wedding were most impactful and which ones we could skip. She will help you accomplish the classiest wedding possible on whatever budget you have. We would not hesitate to hire Ashley again, and feel like she is part of our Maui family now!

Where do I even begin! Ashley was the best decision we made when booking our destination wedding at the Sheraton resort and spa in Maui. When we met her the September before our wedding, we knew it could be no one else. She instantly set herself apart with her genuine nature and you instantly got a feeling that it would be a friend planning your wedding. There was no one else that could have taken her place. Our wedding simply would not have been the same without her. In more ways than one she went above and beyond for us and continues to do so even post wedding. Not only was she incredible with the planning of our wedding, organized, supportive, detail oriented, she was my absolute pillar on the day of. Whether it was for moral support, running between venue sites and our room to grab things, moving flowers between venues, or simply to be that calmness on a very overwhelming day, she was that person through and through. There was probably so much also behind the scenes that we didn't even know about and for that I am eternally grateful. Words can't even express how perfect our day was and she is largely to thank for that. Despite the many details and many moving parts (we used three venue sites at the Sheraton for ceremony, reception and after party) of our wedding, the transitions on the day were seamless. Our guests also showered her with endless praise and could all see that she was a large part of the days' success. Everyone has told us it was the best wedding they have ever attended and she was at the heart of it. I could absolutely write a novel about how she is more than a wedding planner, she is an incredibly genuine and caring individual and I am grateful to now call her a friend. I am going to miss our weekly communication dearly ( I couldn't even count the number of emails she responded to from me), and this just may be the saddest part of the wedding being over. Living in Missouri, the idea of planning a Maui wedding seemed daunting to me, but Ashley from A Dream Wedding made it so wonderfully easy for us. From the first video call, she was so sweet and charming. She completely understood our wedding goals and made all of our worries disappear. We decided to have our destination wedding on the beautiful island of Maui! My husband found this great team online and I can not express how satisfy we are with the outcome of forever meomorable wedding! She also designed the beautiful decorative marriage certification which brings my memory back to lovely time in Maui every time I look at it. We renewed our vows on September 24th 2019 which was 25 years to the day of our wedding in 1994. Tracy did our wedding in 1994 and we were thrilled that we were able to contact her once again to arrange our vow renewal. Tracy is all we could of asked for and more in a Wedding Planner and made our renewal so special for us. She was able to arrange everything in a short period of time, was professional, through, warm and welcoming. Tracy was amazing especially planning our wedding a year in advance from Canada it was a big relief to just tell her what we did or did not want and she delivered. It was stress free, it was perfectly timed and everything was above and beyond our greatest expectations for the most amazing wedding day ever!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tracy and her staff, especially my day-of coordinator, Sarah. They far exceeded all expectations I had and gave me the perfect dream wedding. They are true professionals who love what they do and it shows in every call, question, detail and organization of a wedding. They did everything- I did not have to do anything or even double check to see that all things were lined up etc. I just told them what I wanted and what my “dream” was, and they made it happen! They arranged for the photographer, videographer, officiant, and hair and makeup stylist. All arrived on time, even early, with smiles and hugs and clearly happy to be a part of my day. Each of them was a true professional and every detail was perfect-. I was even given a day of schedule with what time each person would arrive. My hair and makeup was gorgeous, the photos and videos blew me away, and the officiant made the ceremony so very special, even surprising us with an impromtu version of our favorite song. Everyone was so wonderful to me and made me feel special and beautiful. Sarah even was able to fix a last minute dress crisis ( the hook and eye went missing) with skillful use of safety pins. I was upset, but she was calm and reassuring and kept that wonderful smile on her face. She is a true pro. If you want the absolute perfect Maui wedding, do not even shop around for planners-hire this company. I have been to many many weddings with many planners all over the country—these are by far the most professional and delightful to work with I have ever seen. My husband and I were married at The Wailea Beach Resort Marriott on June 2, 2018. From the first phone call to Tracy I knew I was in good hands. She is the utmost professional, sweetest, kindest person I’ve ever met. I had no idea what to expect and every detail was in Tracy’s hands and EVERYTHING was perfect! More than I could even had imagined. I think about my wedding every single day! Her vendors were wonderful! Jackie did mine and my daughters hair and makeup and she was so much fun to work with and did everything we asked. Our photographer Cassie did an amazing job, she was wonderful and our photos are gorgeous. The officiate did above and beyond what we expected and our musician was a perfect touch to our ceremony. I can’t thank Tracy enough for all that she did for us and to make our wedding truly magical.

Tracy and Chelsea were both wonderful to work with. After we decided on the package we wanted, the contract spelled out everything and every detail was noted. Payment terms were clearly outlined and there were no surprises. Essentially we gave them the date and which resort we were staying in, and they chose the beach venue for us, arranged the beach permit, arranged the officiant and musician, scheduled hair/make-up, provided the link for the state of Hawaii to apply for the marriage license, scheduled the marriage license appointment based on our travel schedule--everything! On the day of, everything was on time. Chelsea came early with our leis and walked us downstairs to our beach. The photographer they chose for us was FANTASTIC. The officiant was a joy. We were ready for any kind of problem / snafu / delay, but everything went perfectly. It could not have been more simple and stress-free, which was what we were shooting for. Thank you, Tracy and Chelsea!

Tracy was fantastic! The day went better than I could ever have imagined. We ended up having the wedding at a resort overlooking the ocean and beautiful golf course because we had more than 20 participants. Glad we went with this option. The reception followed at the same venue. The photographer, officiant and musician Tracy chose were wonderful! Have to say that the total cost for everything, including sit down lunch reception with open bar, was much less than we had budgeted for. Highly recommend this company for anyone looking to get hitched on Maui! Thank you again for everything Tracy!

We traveled from Sweden to get married at Maui, with our two small children, and we decided to go a little less than two months ahead of the planned wedding date. You might imagine we needed a little help... And did we get it! From paperwork to including our children in the ceremony, Tracy made it all happen. All of our requests and thoughts were answered swiftly and carefully. Coordination was flawless, from the hairstylist to brilliant photographer and loving officiant.
