A Family Limousine

ng up myself and my parents on our wedding day two weeks ago. This caused great stress, and I highly recommend NOT to use this company. Over 2 weeks before our wedding, I emailed an extremely detailed schedule to A Family Limousine's email address that included pick up/ drop off times and locations with addresses. The company completely ignored my timeline and almost ruined our wedding. It is extremely disappointing to see such a lack of customer service in an industry that is based around positivity. Their website, www.AFamilyLimo.com, guarantees "on-time service every time. If you don't show up on time, your service is free." A Family Limousine does not uphold this promise. I will never recommend this company to a friend, and I highly suggest using another company in order to avoid the possibility of such terrible service and lack of respect for their customers. Here are the details: The driver to the black limo arrived at the groom's house 20 minutes late. The groom and his groomsmen were waiting outside for the limo, and they got into the limo right away. The driver then proceeded to take extra time to change into his tuxedo on the street, which was extremely unprofessional and a waste of time. Because the black limo was scheduled to drop the groomsmen off at the church then proceed to the brides house, he was late arriving to the bride's house. He was extremely unprofessional speaking with us in the car on the drive there, blaming his delay on the groom. It was wrong to put my parents and I under such stress on our way to the church where I would be married 15 minutes later. The most upsetting aspect is that I emailed A Family Limousine 2 days after the wedding with a detailed account of our grievances. The owner of the company called and refused to acknowledge any of his company's wrongdoing. He denied receiving my email (although he somehow received my complaint email right away) and said that he emailed my husband a timeline before the wedding day. Conveniently, the company had emailed the schedule to the wrong email address, so we never received it. It was discouraging to hear his lack of respect for his customers and his disregard for his company's service.
