We thoroughly enjoyed working with Kate and Joel throughout our wedding week. We had two ceremonies and they filmed both and had a short highlight film of the first one available j...
ust a few days later for a larger ceremony. The compassion for their clients is next level. They truly want to make sure you have the best day possible and get the necessary footage to have an amazing video.
Throughout the day, Kate provided me with emotional support as well as encouragement. She was 100% there for us and put us as the clients first. I have only amazing things to say about this team and they were so amazing to work with. Hands down would book them again!
While wedding planning it was important to my now husband and I to find a videographer- We knew that you never regret the photos/videos you take but the ones you do not. We didnât...
want just anyone-we were looking for someone experienced with attention to detail, organized, professional and fun! I searched for several videographers in the Omaha area and the search finally ended once I found Joel and Kate with A Final Take. By watching their videos you can see just how passionate they are about their work.
When I contacted Kate she was more than helpful and went above and beyond for me, answering questions, and figuring out what meant the most to us to capture on our day. Kate went over prices and packages and helped me figure out which was best for us.
When we met with them they were so kind and welcoming-They had the best charcuterie board ready for us which was so sweet! By choosing them- I instantly knew I made one of the best choices for our wedding. My mind was put at ease when they answered our questions and helped put together a timeline for our day.
Before our wedding they even sent us a sweet card and gift. That was so thoughtful of them and so fun for us! On our wedding day they were right on time, incredibly helpful, and even helped keep us in line. Our teaser was released soon after our wedding and left us and our families completely speechless. It was absolutely stunning and the small clip reminded us just how beautiful the day was. How could our actual video top the teaser? Itâs easy to see they put their heart and soul into their work! We could hardly wait for the video.
Once our video came out my husband and I were completely blown away and left in tears. It was more than what we could ever dream of. They captured the day so beautifully and made sure all the moments we wanted were included. Weâre so blessed to have found the best! Not only are we in love with our video- but our friends and families as well. We get to relive our day every time we watch our video. If family is important to you like it is to me-you can watch your video and see the emotions on the faces of those your shared they day with. I got to see my dadâs happiness, pride and even sadness when walking me down the aisle. The joy and support our friends and families expressed for us. And the excitement, and nerves of a couple about to become husband and wife. Itâs also something to remember your loved ones with. Itâs going to be something so special for not only us to look back on- but to share with our future children and grandchildren.
I always hear brides say one of their biggest regrets is NOT having a videographer for their wedding. If you are looking for a dedicated, exceptional and passionate videographer-*DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STOP YOUR SEARCH NOW!*Kate and Joel are the BEST in the business and you would be lucky to have them on your day.
Joel and Kate were the most accommodating and flexible people! Their happiness and excitement during the wedding was contagious. They caught every single moment of our wedding perf...

Thanks again A Final Take for capturing the most unforgettable day!
Joel & Kate are phenomenal! From the first inquiry I sent to the final film they exceeded my expectations. They were incredibly helpful during the planning process. They went above...
and beyond to make sure everything was in place for our special day. They assisted with our timeline, recommended vendors, and visited the property to plan shooting locations and drone footage! Because of all their prep work I didn't have to worry about a thing on our wedding day. Joel & Kate were everything we could ask for from a vendor the day of. They were early, they made us feel comfortable in front of the camera, and they were really fun people to have at our wedding. We received the highlight teaser TWO days after our wedding and received our full videos in a timely manner as promised. All the videos are amazing! They're so talented! We're so grateful to have these videos and be able to share with our families and friends. Kate & Joel truly care about your special day and I think that shows in all of their films.
We used A Final Take for our DJ services at our wedding, with DJ Myles! Kate and Joel were so great to us these past two years, as we had to postpone due to COVID. Although they we...
re transitioning to their videography business, they still made us feel important as their client! DJ Myles was great during the wedding and made sure to play anything that we requested. Although we didn't get to hear everything from the Spotify playlists we sent it, the dance floor was packed all night long and no one had a problem with his music choices! :)
Joel and Kate were AMAZING! They made us comfortable and helped us loosen up for our love story film which everyone raved about at the wedding.

commodating when we had to postpone our wedding due to COVID and kept the excitement up as our day got closer after the long wait!
On the day, they were on time, incredibly professional, and communicative. We loved our teaser and can't wait for our full film!

appreciated the great communication from Kate & Joel in such crazy times! They worked with us to get the details down to make the wedding day and schedule go so smooth. They also make you feel so comfortable as if they are a part of the family and did what it took to make the experience a great one! All the little details meant a lot to us and we appreciate them for always going above and beyond. Their fun personalities are a bonus on top of their creative video talents! I would recommend them to anyone seeking a videographer in the future!
We had booked them for our original wedding date before the pandemic moved it back, but luckily we were able to find a new date that worked, and they completely understood what we ...
were going through. Kate and her assistant were amazing the entire day, they were fantastic to work with and I cannot speak more highly of them. Our final video turned out better than expected and they really captured our day well.
There are quite honestly no words to describe how wonderful and talented these two are as videographers. The film they created for our wedding day was beyond anything we could have...
ever imagined. They create more than just a wedding video, they capture the magic of the day and put it into a video you can treasure forever. If you are on the fence about whether or not to hire a videographer for your wedding, I hope this will be your deciding factor and that you choose to work with these two. You will not regret it!
We are so thankful for Kate and Joel. Our wedding film is so perfect and captured our day so beautifully. The film is just the right length and includes everything we wanted. Kate ...
and Joel took time to get to know us as people, which was SO amazing. I felt like they really wanted to tell our story, not create a video for two strangers.
Kate and Joel were extremely accommodating when we had to reschedule our wedding because of COVID-19. When I contacted Kate about possibly rescheduling she asked me if there was anything she could do to help (seriously, this was so kind during such a tough time đ). I would absolutely recommend A Final Take! They were the best!

THE BEST VIDEO/DJ DUO. Joel was an awesome DJ and Kate's videography skills are stellar!!
DJ: From the flow of our entrance delay to the very last song, our night was PERFECT! We...
have both received so many comments about the music and the sound. Also, we loved how the dance floor was packed all night - I don't think there was a single song with it empty. We could not have asked for a more enthusiastic, involved, and professional DJ.
VIDEO: We are blown away with our wedding video! It captures every single moment perfectly and with our exact emotions. Pictures are great, but the video is priceless. Kate is also amazing to work with and creative in every way! Video with Kate is a MUST.

o fast. I am so glad we decided to use A Final Take! Our video was so beautiful and still makes me tear up every time I watch it. I couldn't be happier with our results. They can work with your budget depending on the package you go with and the packages are customizable depending on how much footage you want. Overall, we had a great experience with A Final Take and will recommend them to anyone and everyone!

re obsessed with our video! A Final Take was hands down the best money we spent on our wedding!
You get a lot of advice while planning a wedding... and one thing we heard a lot while we were planning ours was "if you aren't doing a videographer you MUST change your mind" OR "...
if we could do one thing different about our wedding day we would have had a videographer." That being said - I am so, SO happy we had a videographer but more importantly, I'm glad it was A Final Take. My Now-Husband and I were introduced to A Final Take Music & Video at a Bridal Vendor Night and we were instantly blown away. Kate and her husband are so personable and easy to talk to. I had never seen wedding videos like these- so unique and so personal to each couple. This was something incredibly important to us- we wanted our story and our relationship to come through in all aspects of the day. Kate was so friendly and fun - our wedding party was completely comfortable around her. We all had a blast. Danny and I totally trusted Kate with all those special moments throughout the day and she, without a doubt, captured every single one and more. Rewatching our wedding video, I notice details and pieces I might have missed because you blink and the day is over. Our video is so special to me, we'll be able to show this to family and friends decades from now and I'm sure I'll feel all those same emotions watching it again and again. The video captured audio from gifts and letters that we wrote to each other, speeches, pieces of the ceremony, and a surprise shout out/dance from the Moms that cracks us up still. Even more, there were all the beautiful details of the floral and decor, my dress, the venue, getting ready, cutting the cake, and partying on the dance floor. It's everything I could have possibly imagined in a wedding video and so much more. The way A Final Take layers these moments together and adds the perfect songs is absolutely flawless. I keep thinking of that part in Titanic where the old lady says "he exists now only in my memory"... but not us! We have this amazing video of our wedding day and we can watch these magical memories unfold, crystal clear again and again. I cannot say 'Thank You' enough!
Tina was our DJ and we could not have been more happy with her service. She met with us a week prior to our wedding and went over everything with us and listened to what we wanted....
She was prepared on the wedding day and kept guests well entertained before the wedding party got there. She kept the party and reception going all night, the dance floor was never empty. Furthermore, Tina helped get my wifeâs food and brought drinks to our head table. She really does go above and beyond, needless to mention she is just an overall great person and was so fun to work with. I would recommend her to anyone.
Kate was our videographer and she was amazing as well. She made sure she was there to capture all of the special moments and her presence was barely noticed ( which is hard to do as a videographer). She was really personable and easy to work with. I would recommend her service and Final Take as a company to anyone looking for a DJ and videographer for their wedding.
Tina was our DJ and ceremony coordinator, mistress of ceremonies for the reception, personal assistant, coordinator, she did it all! She made sure everyone was lined up, cued them...
when to go for the ceremony and ran the music perfectly. Perfect choices for the cocktail hour and dinner. The reception was so much fun! She played the perfect mix of music to get everyone out dancing all night! if we needed anything she was there. Tina made sure we enjoyed our special night and not worry about the details. She is so much fun and full of energy! She is the only DJ we will hire if we need one again.
We never had experience with a videographer before. Our photographers recommended A Final Take, we went to the website, met with Kate, and immediately felt at ease. Kate met the br...
idal party at the hair salon in the morning. Being an anxious person and bride, Kate's presence helped me relax and begin to enjoy the day ahead. As we lived in the moment, it didn't feel like we were being filmed. We couldn't believe when Kate told us she was spending her BIRTHDAY filming our special day. The trailer teaser we received was AMAZING and cannot wait for the final video!

We utilized A Final Take for both our DJ as well as our videographer. And let me tell you, these two do an amazing job! During our reception- our DJ (Joel) did an amazing job keepi...
ng everyone out on the dance floor. I received so many compliments about the music. Joel played a variety of songs/ genres that adapted to everyone's likings, while also playing our favorites. Joel went out of his way to make sure our wedding night was care-free. He carried my plate during the reception dinner so I could focus on not falling! He worked with the videographer (Kate) before the reception to help her capture our big moments. The duo does an amazing job working together to make sure the bride and groom are taken care of on their big day! Kate worked on our video and did an amazing job! She took each moment of our day and turned it into a ten minute video that we will cherish forever. She did an amazing job!! I would highly recommend A Final Take to anyone!!
What a gorgeous video for the new Mr. & Mrs. Sankey! We've seen a lot of videographers in the business being in a live wedding band. A Final Take has a high level of professional...
ism, a wonderful attitude, and preparedness we have rarely seen. You barely know they are there, yet they got great shots. Even made me look thinner in the video somehow. :) We hope to work with them again in the future!

If you want your reception to run so smoothly and not have a worry in the world you need Joel as your DJ! He did so many little behind the scene things that I never would of thought needed to be handled. I had numerous people come to me during the reception and even after our wedding how awesome of a job he did!

ith, I had all day coverage so I am super excited to see the final product. Kate was so easy to work with, super nice. Videography is worth every penny, I wanted all the small details captured that as a bride I worked so hard and long to have in my wedding day. Joel was my DJ and let me just say total professional- he kept the night on track and flowing perfectly. Also my dance floor was packed until the very end. He did something really cool and unique to keep the children in attendance with their parents and not on the dance floor during all the spotlight dances. He also did the wedding ceremony music which I added on about a month before the wedding, everything was perfect and exactly how I wanted it.

as completely worth it! My now-husband and I chose to do a slideshow with a same day edit of getting ready and the ceremony. (He refused to do the love-story interviews and Kate and Joel worked with us and adjusted our contract.) Kate was there already at 8am to film us getting ready and she captured our day beautifully. The video was ready to show at the reception and I've only heard wonderful things about our video. It is something we will treasure forever. Thank you Kate and A Final Take for giving us something to always remember our beautiful wedding day!
Our DJ was going to be my groom's brother, when he couldn't make the wedding due to work we were in a bind. This couldn't have been a better twist of fate. We found "A Final Take" ...
online and were attracted to their low costs for just a DJ. We met with Joel and were immediately put at ease! He has a great personality and clearly loves being a DJ. In our initial meeting (about a week and 1/2 before our wedding) he immediately picked up on the type of 'vibe' we were going for. We sent him a big playlist that we had picked out for our original DJ and he added great stuff that was exactly in line with what we wanted played. I feel he went WAY above and beyond his duties and directed the entire evening! Which was a huge load off our minds since we were busy enjoying our wedding. We had a sparkler send off at the end of the evening and he jumped in and lead the whole thing, which was great. My grandfather and both my parents were very impressed by the quality of the music he played during dinner, I would definitely recommend using "A Final Take".
Kate filmed my wedding and she did a fantastic job! She was very friendly and got awesome footage of our wedding. We will forever remember how wonderful of a day we had because of ...
the great footage she got.
