They arrived on time, prepared and friendly for our session. Ashley amazed every one of the women with her incredible talents when it comes to makeup. She was extremely personable and was able to help us decide the best hairstyle for our various hair types. She also took into consideration weather conditions we might have and how that might impact the hairstyle we chose. She was able to create a hairstyle look every single woman loved! The owner, Melissa, was very attentive and quick to respond every time I reached out. She was very accommodating and thorough as we prepared for our big day. I booked A Flawless Image for my engagement photoshoot, hoping that I would love them and hire them for my wedding. Unfortunately, that is not the case. I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment, but no one was there. I contacted Melissa and she informed me that my artist would not be there until 20 minutes AFTER my appointment time. I understand things happen, but the artist could have at least reached out and informed me she would be late. How would I have known had I not reached out? My appointment was at 4. The artist did not show up until 4:30 when I was literally walking away. Also, they say they will charge you a fee if you are more than 15 minutes late but no such fee was discounted to me. It sort of felt like she didn't value my time and I ended up having to rush everything else to get to my photo session on time. My makeup looked great, for the first hour and a half, and then the foundation started to oxidize horribly and I looked like a cakey mess. Melissa is very sweet, and I know this is not her fault. Just sharing my experience.

The ladies with A Flawless Image were extremely professional and showed up on time. We did not have access to our venue until 11AM, so they met us at our Airbnb to start early and moved to the venue with us. I really appreciated how they worked with us on the location with no problems. The girls looked fantastic and everyone loved their makeup! Highly recommend them!

I wanted to have someone make me feel beautiful and have hair and makeup that would last the whole night, and they did an AMAZING job. I got my hair and makeup done as well as all my bridesmaids, my mom, fiancé’s mom, and some friends (over 13 people). They managed to do all of us with everyone’s different style of hair and makeup and they slayed every single look. Please trust me when I say they will make sure you are 100000% happy with how you look and it brought tears to my eyes because I felt beautiful. Melissa was always communicating with me to make sure we had the right amount of people and the timing to get all the looks done. These girls did sooo good! I usually hate when I get my makeup done professionally because I never wear makeup, so I feel like I always look so different, but they were very attentive to what I wanted and it came out perfect. My bridesmaids all loved their makeup as well. You can definitely trust these girls to make you and your squad feel beautiful!

I found this company on Instagram and from start to finish they were the best decision I ever made! I showed them what I wanted for my look and they knocked it out of the park! And the best part...they came to me!!! They were so nice/professional I’m so glad I came across them! If I ever need to get my hair and makeup done for another event they’re now my go to! Hands down the best makeup and hair artists! They were able to do myself and 8 others on time for my wedding. My makeup was amazing and my eyes popped (and I have brown eyes)! My pores looked nonexistent and my makeup lasted all night and even through tears! I ended up ditching my Pinterest hairstyle I picked out after I saw some of my bridesmaids hair. So beautiful and elegant!

I knew I wanted hair professionally done, but I was so very nervous about wedding make-up. I did not want to look like a different person, especially as someone who wears minimal make-up most days. I did a make-up trial with Melissa to decide, and I'm so glad I did- it gave me peace of mind that I would look like myself and very beautiful on my wedding day! All of my bridesmaids, myself, and my mom had their make-up and hair done at our venue and I am so happy we went with A flawless image. I had an idea of what I wanted with my hair, but the hair stylist gave me some ideas of her own that she thought would look good and it turned out better than what I envisioned. I had major nerves when I finally sat down in the make-up chair, but it was actually very calming experience- mostly because Melissa is VERY good at what she does, but also she is very sweet and exactly the kind of calm but fun presence you want on your big day.

We had a bridal party of 5 women and all of them were raving about their hair and makeup. Our stylists were great at communicating beforehand and they arrived early and in great spirits. We were laughing the entire time and had a blast. I am so impressed by their ability to take what we asked for and give us an amazing result. I have never felt more beautiful and my bridal party members looked like goddesses. If anyone ever asks me where I would recommend, I hands down will recommend this company. I want someone else I know to get married so I can get my makeup and hair done again! A Flawless Image did an OUTSTANDING job with hair and makeup for my wedding day. My husband and I flew in from out-of-state, so I never had the opportunity to do a trial run. I showed Melani and Mandy pictures of what I liked and they nailed it, better than the photos! My entire wedding party raved about their hair and makeup all night as well. I had a great experience with Melissa and her team at A Flawless Image. The ladies travelled to us which was a HUGE plus. Further, they did makeup and hair for 9 bridesmaids and they all came out FLAWLESS (true to the company name, ha!). But seriously, my ladies looked incredibly gorgeous since the makeup and hair was done unique to each girl. The services are also reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this company to any bride/bridesmaid!

Melissa brought my vision to life. Growing up in the make-up business industry, I was ever so particular about my make-up ideas. I was referred to her by another bride and when I scrolled through the photos on her Facebook and website, I was impressed with two things: 1) she has experience with many different type of faces, let's be honest some girls are a bit more flawless than others and 2) these transformations were not only flawless but also natural - I still want to look like the woman that my fiance proposed to at the altar, not someone completely different. Flawless she did deliver. The journey there did not happen by chance. I'd like to try things first before I buy them and so for this very special day of mine, I had a couple of trials to get the exact look that I wanted (didn't I say I was particular?) Honestly though, one trial would have done the job. I was able to get it done on the day of my bridal photo shoot so points for killing two birds with one stone. The day of the wedding, I had three bridesmaids that got their make up done. One girl was Chinese, another girl was Indian and another girl was Caucasian - all with different facial profiles and needs. Never did I doubted Melissa, but oh man, all of my girls looked stunning and each of them were extremely satisfied with their looks and felt comfortable in it (even my sister who doesn't typically wear make up). I had an outdoor ceremony so humidity, and tear, played a little role in a chance of jeopardizing my make-up (oh, and we also danced all night long) but low and behold, I did not have to touch my make up not once... I did touch up my lipstick though but that's just a given. Melissa is professional, courteous, and most importantly she listens and delivers! Thank you Flawless Image for bringing my vision to life.

Melissa and her team were amazing!! They did an amazing job for myself, bridal party, MOB and MOG. I was a little concerned with our moms, (MOB is difficult and MOG NEVER wears make up!) but they both absolutely loved their looks! I was so lucky to find Melissa when I did. It was two weeks before my wedding (my wedding was on May 11th, 2018) and the person that I wanted to do my makeup had a falling out with one of my bridesmaids (it was my bridemaid’s sister) and decided that she wasn’t going to do my makeup anymore. I had already tried two other makeup and hair artists that did not work out very well at all. The day that we found Melissa, I had come to San Antonio all the way from Austin (I had to take a day off from work to do this), because I had made an appointment at Madame Makeup downtown for a trial, however, when I arrived, they said that I did not have an appointment and there was nothing they could for me. So for the next 2 hours, my husband and I spent in the car searching for hair and makeup artists. We ended up finding Melissa right before we were about to give up. Melissa was able to accommodate us that day, so we went to her house that evening for my trial. Melissa did my makeup and Leslie did my hair and I absolutely loved them both and I loved their work even more! I have very dry skin, mixed with rosacea- and Melissa made my face look and feel so good at my trial and on my wedding day. Leslie did so much with my hair and made it look beautiful and elegant. The day of my wedding, both Melissa and Leslie arrived on time and immediately started doing hair and makeup for 4 of my bridesmaids, my mom and myself. They started at 9am and we were all ready to go by 2pm. Before leaving, Melissa made sure she applied touch ups to my bridesmaids and made sure that I loved her work before she left. (She also calmed me down while doing my makeup because my florist decided not to make bridesmaids bouquets). My makeup stayed throughout the rest of the (hot) afternoon and evening- and this may sound gross, but I never washed my face that night and in the morning when I woke up, my makeup still looked fabulous. Melissa’s work is absolutely “flawless” and gorgeous. I am so grateful that we found her and she was able to fit us in on such short notice. I wish I could give more than 5 stars to her, because she truly deserves it. The only suggestion that I will make, is switching to a cash app transfer (such as Venmo, WhatsApp, etc.). It would make things a little easier for people like me who never carry cash- only a suggestion

Melissa is phenomenal!!! I was nervous about my makeup being too "Kardashian" - which is great for some people, but not the look I wanted on my wedding day. I wanted something more natural, while still looking glamorous, and Melissa NAILED IT! My makeup even got my mom's approval (lol). Melissa was SO kind and professional. She and her team did a wonderful job on my makeup AND hair...I must say, I looked great all through the night - long day, dancing, and all! All the makeup and hair turned out fantastic. She also ensured we were ready to start on time, which was a great thing for me because if we were late starting I would have had to pay my Harpist extra. She also was very responsive when I needed advice on hair and makeup ideas, including hair extension. I would recommend her to anyone. She is amazing.

THE BEST DECISION EVER!!! I did my trial run for my bridals and was so in love with the look. That same day i also took boudoir pictures and my husband loved them. Melissa did an AMAZING job for my wedding. I showed her pictures and told her what i was wanted to do and she was able to make it happen. On my wedding day she did a couple of my bridsmaids as well as my mom and myself, and everyone's makeup lasted all night. She was able to give wonderful looks for each person, she listened to what they wanted and she delivered. I have received so many compliments on my makeup as well as my bridal party. She applied makeup to 7 bridesmaids, the mother of the bride (me!), step-mother of the bride, and the bride, of course, all within 6 hours! My daughter and her bridesmaids were stunning! Each of them were thrilled with their makeup! One of the bridesmaids said she'd been in several weddings and this was the best makeup anyone had ever done on her. Another loved that Melissa applied makeup based on her skin tone and never knew she could pull off the colors that were used. The bride was radiant and loved the fact that her makeup not only looked amazing, but lasted the entire night! (She even wants to get the names of the products Melissa used so that she can wear for special occasions!) I loved the fact that I didn't even have to reapply lip color after eating dinner! Melissa's makeup shows up beautifully in pictures. I'm so glad we didn't use someone that uses an airbrush application. Melissa uses a traditional application which we all liked much better because if you use an airbrush, it'll look like you're wearing "everyday makeup" in your pictures. Melissa's application will make you HD camera ready and looking glamorous all night long! You have to ask yourself if you want to look like you applied your own makeup or if you want to look like you had a professional apply your makeup. Let's face it, this is your wedding day, and you want to look your absolute best or your groom, your guests and family, your photos (that you'll look back on for years to come) and most of all, for yourself! All eyes will be on you and you'll feel totally confident while looking undeniably ravishing! My daughter and her bridal party received countless compliments on their makeup and all of them loved the way they looked. There was not one complaint from anyone, only praise for Melissa and her artistry. They could not stop talking about how wonderful her work was and I would definitely not hesitate to use her again for another occasion. Her price is remarkably reasonable and she is an "on-location" artist which means she will travel to wherever you need her to go to do your makeup. She did an AMAZING job! I had hired another girl to do my makeup on my wedding day and Melissa (who I had never met) was going to do my bridesmaids makeup. Well after hours of waiting on the other girl I knew I had to get my makeup done so Melissa stepped in and something that could've ruined my wedding day ended up making it better! After she was done dolling me up I realized she did a way better job than the girl who I had initially hired who was a no show. Week after week I see new Brides makeup on her Instagram now and I'm stunned every time. I would highly recommend her and I'm so picky when it comes to makeup and hair. :)
