Deneen is the owner and designer at A Flower Basket, with almost 30 years of experience in the floral industry. She first learned her craft while working as a bucket-stand florist on the streets and beaches of San Diego. She went on to Nebraska where she put her design skills and knowledge to good use, designing and managing for local florists in the Omaha area for the next 20 years. Her passion for blooms and love for the city and its community, led her to A Flower Basket in 2009.
By providing consultations, samples, delivery, and set-up and clean-up services for the big day, they guarantee couples a streamlined service. Themes, styles, and preferences can also be accommodated into the floral designs. Deneen’s business is more than a florist; to her, A Flower Basket is a promise.

I used A flower Basket for all of my bouquets, cake flowers,flower girl petals bouts and corsages.
The flower girl petals were perfect and so was my bouts and bridesmaids bouquets....
However, my bouquet(which in my opinion was the most important one) was not!!
I arrived at my venue only 1 hour before showtime, becuase I was running a little late. When I arrived, I noticed my bouquet was small. My point of contact called A Flower Basket and informed them of the issue. Not only did they not take ownership of the mistake, they made it seem like it was my fault when we were communicating by email and phone calls only.
she informed me that my picture matched my bouquet perfectly, but my point of contact counted how many roses I had and I only had 12.... my bouquet had 45.
That's a huge difference from what I orderd.
my cake flower petals were not by the cake like it was previously discussed. so my cake decorator only set up one tier of cake flowers.
Poor customer service.

I am sorry that I wasn’t able to come to the venue with more roses to add to your bouquet as it was not physically possible with the time frame given. I also wanted to apologize that all the bags of rose petals were not on the cake table I think two of them were left in the bridal suite by mistake. You should of had 6 bags of rose petals for your cake and 3 bags for your flower girls.
I am happy to hear that the rest of the flowers were what you envisioned.
I am more than happy to refund the cost of your bridal flowers in cash. Please let me know what else I can do to help resolve this conflict?
