Jasmine, the Director of Sales, guided us through the menu planning, tastings, and financials with such warmth and professionalism. The tasting itself was a blast—I was even able to bring a few family members, which made it extra special.
Chiara, the Events Manager, was a lifesaver when it came to logistics, rentals, and the site visit. She even joined us at the rental showroom to help select place settings and linens—her eye for detail and calm presence made the entire planning process feel so manageable.
And the food—wow. So many of our guests told us it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding, and I completely agree. The cumin salmon, in particular, was unforgettable—easily the best salmon dish I’ve ever had. Every course was fresh, beautifully prepared, and bursting with flavor.
Their entire team was fantastic on the day of. Service was thoughtful and polished. One server even made sure that I had a chance to try every appetizer during cocktail hour—a small but incredibly appreciated gesture. At the end of the night, the bartenders went above and beyond by helping load up leftover beverages and supplies into our van.
A Fork Full of Earth exceeded all expectations. They are talented, thoughtful, and deeply committed to making events truly special. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who wants truly delicious food and an outstanding, stress-free experience.

best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. We loved all the food but the highlights were the fried halibut tostada appetizer, the summer corn orzo risotto, and the tahini caramelized cauliflower. (Our only regret is we didn’t eat enough of it all.)
Jasmine and Chiara were wonderful to work with throughout the planning process. They were always very responsive via email and they were great about communicating with our wedding planner and keeping her in the loop. Chiara also attended our venue walkthrough with our planner, which was super helpful.
We realized a couple months before the wedding that one of our guests was vegan. Dinner was going to be served buffet style, but Jasmine and Chiara said it was no problem for the kitchen staff to prepare a plate for this guest with vegan versions of most of our menu selections. Much of our menu was already vegetarian but we still really appreciated this gesture and attention to detail.
All of the staff members working at our wedding were so approachable and friendly. They often checked in with us at our sweetheart table to make sure we had enough wine, water, and food. They even plated up seconds for us when we got up for a bit to visit with our guests during dinner. We also appreciated how they boxed up extra cake for us to hand out to guests at the end of the night.
If you’re getting married at the Outdoor Art Club, definitely select A Fork Full of Earth! They know the venue well and their menu and staff are amazing. I’ll be dreaming of their risotto forever.

was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. Not only was the experience on the day of our wedding incredible, but the teamwork and cooperation in the planning phase was absolutely unmatched. We had a whole team working closely with us and our venue to ensure that everything went smoothly. They were able to easily adjust our date when Covid required us to make changes, and when guests continued to change their RSVPs the week of (again, because of Covid) the team at Fork Full was incredibly understanding and accommodating. If you have the option of hiring Chiara, please do it. She was absolutely spectacular in helping us plan and coordinate our special day. If you are considering hiring them for an event, DO IT. I truly cannot say enough good things.

They worked with us to find fantastic, personalized options for guests who were vegan, dairy free, and gluten free as well as several kosher meals. Forkfull is staffed by down-to-earth, thoughtful, creative chefs, managers, and servers who were so kind throughout the process. On the day of, it truly felt like they were celebrating alongside us. (Also, extra thank you to the servers who made sure both of us got plenty of appetizers and one of each dessert, despite the busy day!) We were so happy with our choice and cannot recommend them enough. Thank you!!

We had many special needs and requests, including food allergies to avoid, preferred foods, religious dietary restrictions, and family recipes which we wished to include to honor and care for our loved ones. The AFFOE team listened patiently, was calm and supportive, and creatively exceeded our wildest wedding food dreams in their execution of our requests. We have heard from so many guests that the food was the best they've ever tasted at a wedding, and we agree. We love that the suppliers include many of our favorite local organic growers who we see often at farmers' markets. The tasting was so much fun, and very impressive, and each skillful professional with whom we came into contact demonstrated a personal interest in making us comfortable and happy. ny compliments on how good the food and service were during the reception. They were super easy to communicate with in the months leading up to the wedding, and their coordination with our rental company was seamless. They were incredibly accommodating regarding any dietary restrictions and table arrangements that we requested. We didn't get much of a chance to eat during the wedding itself, but they packed us plates to go and we got to enjoy the delicious meal and reminisce the next day. Our only regret is not getting to taste the desserts because we were too busy enjoying our mini ice cream cake during the reception! Wish we could eat food catered by AFFOE every day!!!

I also loved this vendor because I was able to work directly with Angela (the chef!) to completely design and customize our menu. No silly package deals or categories of predetermined dishes to choose from. Whatever I wanted, she made it happen and it was all delicious and perfect for our midsummer wedding. ed out one other caterer, which was "enh" as can be expected of most caterers, before we had a tasting with Angela. People say that no one talks about the food from a wedding. We knew as soon as we tasted her food that that wouldn't be true of ours! Angela cooks fantastic, organic, mostly local food and doesn't charge you an arm and a leg for it, either. She was super responsive by phone and email, had us back for two more tastings for free, and worked with us to figure out how to make the dinner within our budget. She also managed all the rentals (linens, etc.), and was extraordinarily calm when days before our wedding, our venue called to let us know they had 50 fewer chairs than they had told us they had. She also made us warm, homemade cookies at the end of our first tasting, and really, that's all you need to do to win me over. She also had her servers single my husband and I out at the reception to bring us food, knowing that we would be mobbed by guests and would never actually sit down and eat. I highly recommend going with her if she's available!
