A Four Brothers Event

AWESOME! AMAZING! Four Brothers were great to work with for our daughter's wedding. It was a "DIY-Destination" wedding. Without Steve and Ashle to help us it would have been nearly impossible. Steve - the chef did an outstanding job with the food and presentation/serving. The Bride and Groom chose a Mexican dinner served family style. Steve made it work beautifully. The food was freshly prepared onsite and served warm. Ashle was so supportive to me as the MOB in trying to find different vendors such as a hair stylist. She allowed me to have flowers shipped to her where she unpacked and provided buckets and such to get them in water immediately. On the day of the wedding Ashle and her wrap-around assistants came out to our Beach House venue to do all the flower arrangements - bouquets and table decorations as well as get the reception area all set up for the evening. The wrap around service Four Brothers provides is well worth it. I would highly recommend them! They felt like family and I appreciated their warm southern friendliness.

I selected Four Brothers to cater my wedding because they were local, working directly out of the city of my wedding venue (Gulf Shores, AL) and were familiar with multiple other vendors in the region. I had previously worked with the chef when I lived in Gulf Shores, so I knew he would provide amazing food (and I was completely satisfied with the results -- my guests all raved about how delicious the meal was -- and who actually compliments the wedding buffet?). His wife literally became my wedding planner and helped with all the other aspects of the wedding that I needed -- everything from the tables, chairs and linens to helping set me up with a great photographer and local officiant. She worked with other local vendors to get the flowers and cake done, and they were able to work on everything within my budget requests. I would say I was a pretty flexible bride (and this was a destination wedding of sorts), and that really came in handy because Four Brothers worked to find me the best deals possible based on what I generally wanted to have. In the end, they provided every request we had for our menu -- everything from a raw bar of oysters in April to crawfish in our lowcountry-style boil. Our guests all talked about how much they enjoyed dinner (and the chef made sure I was first down the buffet line -- so I DID actually eat dinner on my wedding day). At the end, the wraparound staff helped bring everything back to the way it was originally and left the place looking spic-and-span (more or less). For the value, this was a great service. Four Brothers truly helped bring our wedding day full circle and did everything in their power to not only make US happy, but to also please all our guests in attendance (even if that meant running out to buy different soda, and to get more bugspray for our outdoor venue!).
