to someone we'd known for years. I didn't know if we'd find someone who could embrace both our view that love is unequivocally love, and that Christianity doesn't have to stand in contrast to that. She helped us craft a wedding ceremony that mixed in enough spirituality to please religious family members (and make things special for me, a progressive, liberal Christian), but didn't feel so drenched in religious overtones to make things uncomfortable for the numerous non-religious guests in attendance. Lynn lets you customize every part of your ceremony, so you can create a wedding that truly fits you as people and as a couple. No cookie cutter wedding where you maybe ask to leave out the "obey" part of the vows. She has pages of suggestions for each part of the ceremony. It made it all so much more special and personal. We weren't just committing to a form sheet list of wedding requirements. We were able to craft a ceremony that really said what we were about as a couple, and really made it feel like we were committing to each other, in what that meant to us, in the ways that were specific to us and our relationship and us as people. It was personal in a way I didn't think a wedding ceremony could be without writing your own vows, which we didn't do. And Lynn is such a sweet, understanding, caring person. She's a very comforting presence full of good ideas and advice for all aspects of the wedding, not just the ceremony. I never dreamed I'd find someone so delightful and fun and who gave us the feeling that we were being married by an old friend. She's really wonderful and cares so much about her couples. I can't thank her enough for giving me such a beautiful, meaningful wedding ceremony.

When my original wedding planner backed out on us, I called Lynn in a panic and she knew just who to recommend. She knew the city well and helped us pick out photo-opt places as well. When covid-19 ruined our original wedding plans, she was so calm and there to help us create special memories for our new, much smaller elopement-style wedding. iage. My husband asked me why we had to hire a officiant because we were already married and I told him that this what I wanted and it was amazing and he agrees. I finally feel like I had the wedding of my dreams. We included our children and we planted a tree in front of our house, celebrating our renewal and our family. It was the perfect day and when I sit on my porch and look at this tree, I am reminded of a beautiful day. I can't recommend Lynn enough. I always thought a wedding was a big party, a celebration, but in talking with Lynn, she expressed that the wedding is the ceremony, your vows and commitment to your partner. The party after is to celebrate this commitment. Our wedding day was just myself, my fiance, now husband, Brian and Lynn and it was absolutely perfect. Her system of how to organize a ceremony is easy to understand, fully customizable with tons of great content to get started with. She’s also incredibly kind and very easy to talk to. Unfortunately Lynn was not able to ultimately officiate our wedding, as she had family obligations that were out of her control. She gave us plenty of notice and profuse apologies, but more than that, she still helped us put our ceremony together and was instrumental in helping us create our own vows over email and phone calls. When my now husband and I met with her, it was as if she was tailored made for us. The options she provided for our ceremony was incredible. them cried when we honored our Mother's when they lit our candles. We ran late because my bouquet was not delivered with the rest of the flowers and Lynn said not to worry, she wasn't going anywhere. I knew when I booked Lynn that she only did one wedding a day and boy am every grateful. If you want a ceremony that you will cherish you whole life call Lynn. few bucks that would be great! This turned out to be the biggest mistake I ever made. Not only was our ceremony nothing special, but he messed up our marriage license (not to mention, never showed up for our rehearsal)!!! While Lynn was at the Clerk's office filing a marriage license for a couple she married Saturday (mind you, our officiant signed his name on the license, gave it back to me and ran out the door) I was being helped by another clerk and she overheard him tell me that my officiant filled out the license wrong. Not only did he sign the wrong place, we didn't have any witnesses sign it either. I freak out. He's the professional, isn't he suppose to know what he's doing? I've never done this before. As I asked to speak to a manager, Lynn calmly said to me "I'm sorry for intruding but I am a wedding officiant and if I can help you in any way, please let me know." The manager came out and told me I needed to purchase another license and get in touch with my officiant and have him resign the license in the right spot as well as have my two witnesses sign it. I started freaking out and crying. Lynn was done and came over to me and gave me a hug and told me not to worry and gave me her card and told me it would all be okay. I purchased another license and went out to the parking lot to call my husband (heck, I wasn't legally married so I was calling my fiancé). To say the least, he was furious. We spent the night calling, texting and emailing our officiant and he did not return a single message. Tuesday morning I called Lynn crying and again she said "Don't Worry! I'll meet the two of you today and will sign your license for you." Lynn took time out of her busy day to help strangers. Both our mother's came with us to be our witnesses and we met Lynn in the parking lot of the clerk's office. Lynn made everything so special and even gave us a packet she gives to all her couples. Lynn is the most beautiful, loving and caring person I ever met. I am so sorry I let money come into my hiring someone for the most important moment in mine, my husband and our families lives. Trust me when I tell you, hire a true, loving professional who you know will not only give you a beautiful ceremony but will handle all the legal stuff effortlessly.
