Debbie was absolutely amazing! I hired her for day of coordination and was not disappointed. As a low-key, no-fuss, last minute bride (I planned a wedding in less than 3 months), Debbie definitely knew that I wanted all of the glitz and glamour without the headache. She pulled together the decor, florals, and vendor coordination in less than one month's time. She transformed our very non-traditional wedding and reception venue into a cozy and chic location for our intimate affair. As with almost all weddings, there are kinks and issues that can send a bride into a spiral, but Debbie made sure that our day was everything that we had hoped for and helped this anxious bride stay calm. She and her staff even DJ'd our reception when our playlist refused to work! I am so happy that my husband and I chose Debbie of A la Mode Weddings & Events to execute our big day. I am truly thankful for her professionalism, creativity, and dedication on one of the most important days of my life! I HIGHLY recommend her services for all of your wedding coordination needs!

There are not enough words I can write to share how much I love "A La Mode" and Debbie. I was referred by another coordinator that was unavailable for my wedding date. I didn't have a budget for a full wedding planner, but I knew I needed some guidance, expertise and a day of coordinator. Debbie was that and plenty more. From day one conversation, I felt comfort as if she was just a friend. There came a time when I was no longer able to afford certain things and she did everything in her power to help me work around the numbers and still make my wedding vision come true. What I like most is that she was honest and upfront in a pleasant way, and came with a great amount of options and expertise that fit my vision. I loved even more that my numerous emails were answered in a timely manner and she never made me feel as though I was a bother. My wedding day had small uncontrollable kinks, but Debbie was my superwoman and made sure I was calm all the way through. I tend to be a micro-manager, but she took charge where and when I needed her to be. I honestly had the best day ever and it wouldn't have been possible without her.

Debbie was absolutely fantastic. She pulled together our wedding in one-month's time. She was professional, patient, grace under pressure, responsive, and a great negotiator and advocate with the various vendors. She did it ALL in such a short period of time without any stress or fuss. I would totally and completely recommend her to anyone.

Debbie is a God sent! I hired her for day of coordination, she literally walked us through the entire process from the 60 day mark. We had check-in calls and she even came to a few vendor meetings, to ensure we were on the right track. But, I will say, the professionalism and positive demeanor was evident and necessary on the day of our wedding. Debbie arrived before time to check on us. She contacted every vendor to check on their arrival time. I didn't pick up my phone to check on anything. Even when there was a moment of "Oh my goodness..." Debbie handled it. When I asked if everything was ok, she smiled and said yes. lol. It was truly a magical day and we owe it all to Debbie and A La Mode Wedding and Events.

We met Debbie at A La Mode on a fluke, while stopping by our venue several months before our wedding. After chatting with her for a few minutes we decided to bring her on board. Thank goodness we did! She made our wedding day (and the week leading up to it) so stress-free and seamless, and we can't imagine having done it without her! Not only did she pick up all the stuff from our apartment the week before the wedding, set it up, coordinate drop-offs with our many vendors, and keep us on schedule throughout the day; she was always professional and responsive, answered all our questions, and helped us relax and enjoy ourselves! She and her team even dropped everything off at the end of the night so we literally didn't have to worry about a thing. Going into the planning process we weren't sure if we were going to hire a day-of coordinator, but we are so glad we did. We'd recommend A La Mode to anyone planning a wedding. What a lifesaver!

Debbie was amazing! We got married at the Prospect Park Picnic House which requires everything to be brought in. She expertly coordinated all of our details on the day of and helped with setting up the room exactly to are tastes. She is organized and prompt with all her responses even when requests were last minute. Beyond her planning expertise, she is a generally a pleasure to be around and a calming presence in a process that can be chaotic and overwhelming!

Debbie did everything she could to keep me and my husband on track for our fusion Portuguese-Italian-Indian wedding reception, and the sangeet the week before. She did WAY more than expected and we can't thank her enough. There's no way we could've gotten to the finish line without her. Not to mention she was so graceful, kind, and comforting in those moments when I just wanted to elope (fusion weddings can do that haha). Thanks again Debbie!

Debbie was a phenomenal planner who went up and beyond to make our day as smooth as possible . From the first day we met she was warm and genuine and very thorough. What I loved most was she was always one step ahead of my process. I planned my wedding myself and used her “Day of services”. She was able to swoop in and take the reins effortlessly. She created on the spot solutions when I was stressed and was always caring and understanding. Last minute she saved the day with an amazing hair stylist reference as well as an ice cream vendor recommendation. Both of which added a special touch to my day. She was punctual with every meeting and very professional as she got along with all of our vendors. When our wedding ended she was there in the trenches helping the vendors pack and personally making sure we were ok. Thoughtful and caring is the kind of person she is . We made the best decision choosing Debbie to be our day of planner and I especially am ever so grateful for her services. I would highly recommend her with no hesitancy."

Debbie is one of the best event planner my husband and I could ever asked for. She has been such a great help from start to finish. She came all the way from Brooklyn to Philly and I watched her work for hours seeing my wedding vision come to life right before my eyes. She custom made my bouquet, my husband's boutonniere, my mother and mother in laws corsage. She also transformed my sister in laws living room, where the ceremony was being held. Till this day, my sister in law loved the decor Debbie created and won't take it down until after Thanksgiving. That's how much she loved the decor. On the day of my wedding day, Debbie made sure my husband and I were stress free. She catered to our family and made sure that everything else was handled. She is a woman of her word.
