ption. My husband and I wanted a quaint wedding ceremony but an incredibly fun and big wedding reception. I had so many ideas that I wanted to execute including a cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeuvres to a magician, LED dancers, dessert cart, a live singer, and even more. I knew I wanted the reception of a lifetime! Once I started planning, however, I quickly realized there was no way I could do this alone. Finding the right coordinator felt overwhelming given how many options were out there. I had calls with several potential coordinators, but none gave me the reassurance I was looking for until I spoke with Alexandra.
From our very first conversation, Alexandra gave me complete confidence that she would be meticulous and do everything in her power to ensure our special day was a success. To say she met my expectations would be an understatement; she exceeded them in every way. She paid attention to every single detail, was always available, and brought incredible patience and understanding to the process. Plus, with her legal background, she made sure to thoroughly review all of our vendor contracts.
Ultimately, our wedding reception was a huge success, and my husband, our guests, and I had one of the best days of our lives. Alexandra ensured that my husband and I were able to relax and enjoy our day. I can say with 100% certainty that it would not have been possible without Alexandra. There were so many moving parts - the ceremony, the bridal party, the reception - and I didn’t have a planner or a day-of coordinator to help me execute the day smoothly.
Alex stepped in and became my anchor. She gathered every detail and built an hour-by-hour plan that carried us through the day, from getting ready to the end of the night. That included the procession of the church ceremony, the musical cues, the reception entrance order, the dj song list order, etc. She helped me create breakout schedules to give to each vendor so they all knew what part of the day mattered for them to take part in.
