ence has been nothing but painful. The first event that caused concern happened about one month after we signed the contract. Les sent a note indicating he needed my credit card number to finalize the retainer when I had faxed him his own form with my credit card number on it a month earlier. Having been an ID theft victim, his lack of organizational skills caused me some concern which he explained away by saying he was actually looking for a separate piece of paper instead of the actual contract document. The following information provides a detailed timeline of the events that subsequently transpired to show how long and difficult it was to work with Les Howard and to obtain what was contractually due to us for our wedding. If we had to summarize our experience with Les Howard Productions, I can only say that we were extremely disappointed with the services we received. Les lacks any kind of customer service in his service delivery. Several of the wedding attendees stated that he was rude and it noted that Les appeared inconvenienced when others wanted to take personal pictures during our wedding events. He lacked a desire or willingness to communicate proactively with us throughout the process and only responded to us when prodded. At times, his responses were very short and rude. Once we reviewed the photographs, it became apparent that the majority of the quality pictures had actually come from the assistant he used during the wedding as opposed to Les Howard himself. Les tried to make use of various filters and fish eye lenses that produced some very inferior images. He also used some mosaic techniques to create additional images. This made us feel like he was reusing images to make up the 500+ images we were promised contractually. Despite all the delays, Les never took any personal responsibility for the significant delays in getting our wedding album delivered. Instead, he noted that his contract does not include a specific schedule of milestones because he does not control many of the actions in the album development process. If we had to do this all over again, we would not recommend using Les Howard Productions for any photography needs. Instead, we would opt for some of the higher priced options we explored initially in our wedding planning process.

t Point. Our photographer Bill was amazing. He captured everything we were looking for. We cannot wait to share the photos with family and friends.
