lections we knew were going to be in good hands with ALCC. They quickly adjusted plans without a fuss setting up appetizers in a different location then they had anticipated. They took time to save some appetizers for wedding couple as they were off taking pictures and would have missed them entirely. The presentation of dinner was beautiful, including additional little touches to match the wedding colors. During the dinner, they went above and beyond helping to clear plates from tables and keep the drink dispensers full despite that not being part of the deal. They even helped to set up all the dessert even though we did that ourselves. We would definitely hire ALCC again! Thanks for being a part of making the day amazing!

We had them update the menu/invoice several times along the way and appreciated that they were sure to list things like a severe peanut allergy on the invoice just to be certain there were no issues, and they were great with special requests like having plates with all of the entree options (so that we could try all of the delicious food we had available) prepared for my husband and I at the start of dinner service to give us a little more of a chance to sit down and eat before we had to be off doing the rest of the events for the night. We also really appreciated Stacy taking the time to go through some of the details unrelated to the catering service (e.g. our colors, linens we would be using, etc.) just to make sure that they could do everything they could to fit in with our event.
