She was very thoughtful and organized and ultimately, she helped to bring our vision to life. I truly didn't have to worry about anything on the day of my wedding and I am so thankful for her work! I can't thank Danielle enough for making our wedding day so special.

wer a few questions I had related to planning and provide me with some guidance on selecting some vendors and decorations. The month of the wedding, Danielle was easy to contact and helped me organize all my vendors, the timeline, and my overall vision. She collected all my vendor’s certificates of insurance to submit to our venue and provided me a great Excel spreadsheet to create my table and seating chart. Danielle gave me realistic suggestions for my day of timeline that worked with what I wanted (more dance floor time) but what was also doable, from her experience. She helped with our rehearsal and made things efficient and smooth. She had the timing of our entrance down to the tee and came up with some creative ways to enter the ceremony since the doors were not centered as usual. On the day of, she went above and beyond, even driving to my house which was luckily only 5 minutes away to pick up a late delivery (which she does not offer in her services or usually do). I am a super organized person so I couldn’t help but check in with her to make sure certain things were taken care of throughout the night, which they already were, so I really had no need to worry. I really appreciated her going the extra mile to make sure my day went as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend Danielle and A Love for Detail for your wedding coordination needs.

wanted to do everything myself but I'm so glad I didn't. After we booked our venue and date, we worked with Danielle throughout the planning process and she helped to keep us on track so that we never felt overwhelmed or got behind. She was always available for an opinion or to run ideas by, and helped bring our vision together. I always felt better after one of our calls! She joined us for vendor calls, our venue walk through, floral sample and rehearsal dinner, on top of being there the day of the wedding. She made the entire process more enjoyable! Danielle is organized, professional, kind and an expert at what she does. On the weeks and days leading up to the wedding Danielle was in contact with our venue and vendors to ensure everyone had the final timeline and were prepared for the day. She took care of things I didn't even know we needed. She allowed us to completely enjoy our wedding day without worrying about anything that didn't go smoothly and she took care of all of the little details. Our wedding was everything we wanted and more, and we have to thank Danielle for executing our vision so flawlessly! Her assistant Ester was also wonderful. n I realized that I was the only one who knew any of the wedding details and if I was going to enjoy my wedding day, I needed help. We chose to hire A Love for Detail for Day of Wedding Coordinator services and this was the BEST decision, and in retrospect I should have hired her for full wedding planning services. Right away Danielle helped me find a new photographer, helped me with the venue (Key Biscayne Yacht Club) and answered all of my questions. Leading up to the wedding she confirmed with all my vendors and we did a walk through of the site. Danielle helped me work with the venue and figure out how to set up the ceremony and reception space exactly how we wanted. Danielle was extremely responsive, professional and always kept our best interest in mind. Now, for the day of the wedding. When people say things do not go exactly as planned - this is why you need A Love for Detail. First, our cake was confirmed and scheduled to be delivered at 5 PM. 5 PM came and went and the cake did not show up and the vendor was M.I.A. However, Danielle worked with the venue to have desserts passed out to all of our guests (the only dessert we had planned was wedding cake). Next, what was a perfectly sunny day rained only during the time allotted for the ceremony. So that we did not waste time, Danielle moved our guests into the bar/dance area for cocktails. Then she had all our guests form a circle around us while we had an intimate ceremony. It honestly was perfect. My guests felt so involved in the ceremony and I got to see all their faces when I walked into the room. Danielle worked so well with all our vendors so that our wedding night was the best night of our lives. What we loved the most about Danielle was that she stayed calm (kept me calm) and came to us with solutions. When things are not going as planned it is easy to let it get to you. Having Danielle there made me know that things would work out, and they did! We had the most amazing time and all of our guests did too.
