ue location, boat access, lots of moving parts—and they handled it all with such calm, care, and competence.
From the early planning stages and SOS calls, to the final breakdown, they were there for every detail…..helping guests on and off boats, setting up, tearing down, and quietly taking on tasks that weren’t even part of their job description. They just saw what needed to be done and did it—with grace and patience.
What really stood out was how much heart they brought to the day. They weren’t just coordinating an event—they were supporting a family. Their presence made everything feel smoother and more joyful. We’re so grateful to have had Kayla and Gage help put together the wedding our bride and groom dreamed of, and for making it such a beautiful experience for all of us.

super helpful with setup and breakdown, and available when we needed assistance for our first look to bring my bouquet and the boutonniere.
There were a couple of communication bumps during the planning process, but she addressed them thoughtfully and professionally. Overall, we’re so glad she was part of our day and would happily recommend her!

o be honest, we waited probably too long to look for/hire a day-of coordinator, so the fact that she was available less than a month out was a miracle. She met with us several times to go over timing (thank God, since it turns out there are more details to a wedding than either of us realized), things to be prepared for, and to get to know us a bit as well.
We had her at our rehearsal, as well. If you’re on the fence about that, do it. Having her herd our 9-person wedding party, plus family, through the ceremony beforehand gave us all peace of mind that we at least (loosely) knew what to do during the real thing.
Day of, she and her husband absolutely crushed it. They handled the cake delivery, 3 food trucks, and a bartender, as well as coordinated with the DJ and photographer so that all my husband and I had to do was get ready. There were so many moving parts, I think I would have lost my mind trying to handle it all myself. In addition, they helped with the clean-up afterwards–more so than we expected, which is so appreciated.
Truly, hiring Kayla was the best money we spent on our wedding. You cannot go wrong working with her and we’ll be recommending her to any/all friends getting married in the future!
