A Magical Moment Weddings

I cannot explain how great Kayla was as our day-of coordinator, but I’ll try here. Our wedding was decently large and DIY. Kayla was absolutely *key* in making the day a success! To be honest, we waited probably too long to look for/hire a day-of coordinator, so the fact that she was available less than a month out was a miracle. She met with us several times to go over timing (thank God, since it turns out there are more details to a wedding than either of us realized), things to be prepared for, and to get to know us a bit as well. We had her at our rehearsal, as well. If you’re on the fence about that, do it. Having her herd our 9-person wedding party, plus family, through the ceremony beforehand gave us all peace of mind that we at least (loosely) knew what to do during the real thing. Day of, she and her husband absolutely crushed it. They handled the cake delivery, 3 food trucks, and a bartender, as well as coordinated with the DJ and photographer so that all my husband and I had to do was get ready. There were so many moving parts, I think I would have lost my mind trying to handle it all myself. In addition, they helped with the clean-up afterwards–more so than we expected, which is so appreciated. Truly, hiring Kayla was the best money we spent on our wedding. You cannot go wrong working with her and we’ll be recommending her to any/all friends getting married in the future!

We hired Kayla as our Day of Wedding Coordinator. Kayla and her team were amazing and so easy to work with! Since we were planning a smaller wedding, it was tough to find an affordable and reliable day-of coordinator to help with decor setup and breakdown. Kayla really brought our vision to life. The decor looked beautiful, and she also made sure to neatly pack everything at the end of the day. Highly recommend Kayla and her team!

Our wedding was a hit! Kayla graciously helped me through planning my wedding when I had basically no idea what I was doing. She helped with everything from simple etiquette questions to day of logistics and made sure nothing fell through the cracks! She was very reasonably priced too! Couldn't recommend enough.

Kayla was so helpful to stay within our budget and to still have a beautiful day! Everything ran smoothly, we were able to sit and relax and to be in the moment with each other. It was such a special day knowing she had everything under control.
