A Moment In Time Event Co. offers customizable packages. These bundles include day-of coordination, as well as partial and full-service planning. For the day-of option, assistance begins about one to three months from the big day when the team takes over the couple's detailed wedding plans. The other bundles generally start about six months to one year before the wedding. Be it a simple celebration or a more intricate event, this team is eager to make it happen.

A Moment In Time was co founded by me, Paige, and my gift for putting together unforgettable parties for our loved ones. After having a family of my own, I started to grasp how meaningful all of your events should truly be. This put a purpose behind my passion. My goal is to share this same feeling with all of my clients and make each and every event a special moment in time.

Paige was absolutely amazing to work with! We had the full planning package and we feel that it was our best investment! Paige was with us from the very start. We had access to her 24/7, which really eases the stress levels when the planning process begins. She is professional, friendly, and amazing at making your perfect wedding vision come to life. We had a fall themed wedding that was executed flawlessly from our ceremony to our reception thanks to Paige. We are very blessed that Paige was able to be apart of planning our special day. She is very much a master of her craft. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly encourage and recommend A Moment in Time Event Company. Thanks Paige!

Simply the Best
Paige & Whitley were our favorite vendors to work with throughout the wedding planning process! They were our best decision and we cannot imagine what the big day would've looked like without them. They are proactive, creative, so kind, and extremely thoughtful. They have so many ideas and resources that allow your dream to come to life in a way that's feasible and even more immaculate than imagined. As soon as we booked with A Moment in Time, we knew we were in great hands. No time was wasted, a group chat was set up immediately. In communicating, it was apparent that the team genuinely wanted to get to know us and our story as a couple. Not only that but they wanted to create a day that would reflect us. So many ideas were offered up and questions were answered in that group chat. They also provided recommended vendors and timelines for each milestone leading up to the wedding. AND both Paige & Whitley responded more promptly than any other vendors we worked with. Paige & Whitley offered to meet up with us multiple times and ended up taking some of the DIY projects off our hands. They truly went above and beyond their roles as day of coordinators. As the wedding drew closer, Paige & Whitley took over everything communication-wise and then some. It was such a blessing to have them carry out our vision while we kept our peace of mind. I'm still not sure how they were able to take the mess of details and decorations I gave them the morning of, and turn it all into a beautiful fairytale-like scene. All the while, they were both reassuring and present. This still baffles me but somehow they even captured the details of the day by taking some pictures and video. This was truly the first footage we saw of our wedding after the fact. As we were waiting on photographers and videographers, we were able to get a small preview of what the day looked like to our guests through the Instagram reel Paige & Whitley compiled. It seems like anything they touch turns to gold. And they leave things better than they are found. Besides the seamless setup and orchestration of the entire event, the team was also there to clean up. I cannot say it enough... Paige & Whitley are amazing. They think of everything, they somehow can do it all. A Moment in Time is a class act and the best of the best.

Paige did our wedding and she went above and beyond. We did a simple backyard wedding on a small budget and she turned it into something we couldn’t have imagined. She helped us everyday to stay on track with what needed done, and came up with unique and interesting things from start to finish. I honestly don’t know how we could have done it without her. I cannot recommend her enough!

I highly recommend A Moment In Time event planners. We were so fortunate to find this amazingly talented team!! They made our daughter’s wedding an incredibly beautiful, fun, and unforgettable evening, and all of this, at a very reasonable cost. With Paige and Whitley, the process was seamless!
The girls were very detail oriented and left no stone unturned. They communicated with all of the vendors and coordinated the entire process. Paige and Whitley and kept a wedding chat going, by text, and would send weekly postcards as to what we should be doing on our end and what they were accomplishing on their end of the process. This really eased our minds as they made the process so simple and we could see what was happening along the way.
The event went seamlessly and was professionally run by this incredible team. They were there for the entire event, from start to finish, and it was an absolutely unforgettable evening.

You have to have A Moment In Time Event Co. for your wedding!! They did an amazing job for my husband and I’s wedding. They are very professional, personable and helped me stay organized from first contact with them all the way leading up to our wedding day! Also, my husband loved how they helped him and his groomsmen stay organized through the entire day. They really take care of all the details from big to small, can’t thank them enough for making our special day go perfectly! :)

I hired A Moment In Time Event Co. just a little too late on my end!! I should've done it WAY sooner! Even with hiring them only a month out from my wedding Paige and Whitley gave me back my sanity! They completely took all of my things that still needed to be completed and handled them all with only having to get my okay on a few things, I didn't have to worry about a single thing! And let me tell you I would pay anything to have that !! My wedding went so smoothly and if there were problems I'm still not aware that they even happened because the girls had everything handled! If you are a future Bride I would 101/10 recommend a A Moment In Time Event Co. So that you can completely enjoy every second of wedding planning and your wedding !
