Everything about working w/ Roy and his wife was awesome. They were on time and seemed to be everywhere! He was awesome at rounding up everyone and making sure every shot combination was taken care of. He was creative too! We got so many awesome shots and were always on time. I couldn't have imagined a better photographer! He did one of my bridesmaids' wedding too and it was just as perfect!

Our pictures turned out to be amazing! We will cherish them for years to come!

Roy & Jill did an excellent job =) They were extremely helpful but not overbearing. We haven't gotten all of our photos back yet but the first few were beautiful!

Roy was so easy to work with. He listened to the suggestions I had for different poses. He seemed to be at the right place at the right time for every picture perfect moment. He even stayed later than we expected. I can't wait to see the rest of the pictures he took!

My husband was in charge of choosing the photographer, and he did a great job. Roy is very professional and accomodating. He contacted us before the wedding requesting a shot list and delivered on every request. We love his pictures because we feel they really captured the emotion and happiness of our wedding day. Roy's wife Jill was a second photographer during the daytime -- having the both of them was a plus. We heartily recommend A Moment in Time!

Roy and his wife were there all day with us, and he stayed until the DJ stopped playing music! The amount of pictures was great! And great ideas too.

Roy Teubl is the owner of the business. He's great to work with! Very personable, and easy to talk to! Roy has a very classic style of photography. I noticed it after our engagement photos. He does a very good job if you like classic photography. When we were looking for a photographer, we met w/someone who had a photojournalistic style of photography, that was an extreme, and I think it initially turned us off from that style, and is why we turned toward the more classic look of photography for our wedding. Once I got the photos, as I look at other's photos, I would have really liked the photojournalistic style a little bit better; they are more of the "magazine cover" type pictures. Roy took a lot of really great photos, but looking back, we didn't get some pictures that I would have really liked. I never said anything, because I tried not to be a control freak, and remind myself that they (the vendors) know what they're doing, but we didn't get a picture with him dipping me and kissing, or him holding me "bridal style", or that "carrying over the threshold" type picture, and I would have really loved those! Roy's base package I think is around 1600, but we also decided to get an album from him, which is why I rated the total cost of service what I did. He takes very good classic photos though, please do not think he's not a good photographer! We actually booked him as a referral from friends who had him for their wedding and liked him and we liked their photos!

I don't have any complaints about the photography on my wedding day. Everything was as smooth as could be. The night before the priest told me I was not aloud to take pictures in the church and the photographer worked with me. Also we only had about 30 minutes to take pictures and Roy and his wife were calm and made sure everything ran smoothly. It is 3 and a half weeks after my wedding though and I still don't have any pictures. I am not sure how other photographers work so we will see what they look like when I get them!

Roy is a great guy, very sweet and easy to work with. They have many sample albums to browse through and throw in a complimentary engagement photo session with a handful of prints to keep. He was on time and thorough. We had 2 photographers for the ceremony and Roy stayed at our reception until very close to the end of the night to ensure he captured every big moment. Roy also made sure to photograph impromptu moments between me and my husband, as well as many artistic shots of the cake, placecards, ice sculpture, etc. The pictures were all shot digitally and we were able to make any of our photos color or black and white, and we could choose other effects as well, and photos were available in a range of sizes. The turnaround time was really quick compared to other wedding photographers I've heard of. Photos were also available for viewing and ordering on the photographer's website by the time we got back from our honeymoon, and stayed on the site until our 2nd wedding anniversary. Thanks to Roy, we got some great shots - the area where we were married was unfamiliar to us but Roy suggested a gorgeous backdrop for our photos within short walking distance of our ceremony venue. Also, Roy offered an excellent personal touch. The album we got was HUGE (thanks to Roy throwing in a few extra sheets for us) and several months after receiving the finished product, half of our sheets fell out of our album. Roy fixed the problem incredibly quickly, for FREE!!;A few shots I really wanted were not taken. These were all candid shots though - ie, we stopped for a kiss as we were walking out of the ceremony while our friends blew bubbles, and we have no picture of that. (We have pictures of us walking through the bubbles, but no picture of the kiss.) Also, we only got one picture of my dad lifting my veil and it was a distant shot that had to be cropped. Roy explained that it's sometimes difficult to get this shot, but if you use them as your photographer and this is an important shot to you, be sure to notify Roy that you want plenty of close-up pictures of this moment. Other than those two candid shots, everything else was PERFECT.
