Ari took the time to read about our love story on our wedding website before our first intro call before we even booked her, which really impressed us. She was always on time, punctual, and even met with us a couple of extra times at our venue to do walkthroughs. I am very type A, so I knew that I didn't need a full wedding planner. I thought I would have everything covered up until the day of, but Ari was so good at complementing my planning & filling in the gaps. Every meeting with Ari was so organized, timely, and professional. She allowed me to be as involved as I wanted to be and filled in the rest. She brought up things I would have never thought of. She is such a delight to work with! We got married in October, and the forecast was showing clear skies up until the week of. Then, a downpour. Ari texted, called, and worked diligently to make sure we had a rain contingency plan in place while being conscious of our budget, and she made sure to make us feel supported and that we could trust her to help our vision come to life, despite the weather. She went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. She pulled off our vision perfectly! Her team was also phenomenal and we felt really taken care of on the big day, because there were 2 of her teammates at each location (Church, hotel, and venue) to make sure everything went according to plan. You need to hire Ari & team for your event!!
