Amanda did an absolutely amazing job! We had a relatively complicated DIY wedding, and provided a daunting 50 page guide. She not only read the guide, she printed it out into a binder, she embodied our vision for our wedding, she (& her assistant) helped set up, she made sure everything went smoothly, made sure everything was on time, solved last minute issues , enforced rules, and became the all knowing single point contact protecting the Bride and I from the onslaught of questions. I could not have asked for more. She was worth every penny.

Amanda was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, she was always available whenever I had a question or concern. No matter how big or small, she responded quickly, reassured me, and made the entire planning process feel so much less stressful. On our wedding day, she was absolutely incredible. While we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment, Amanda was behind the scenes making sure everything ran flawlessly. She handled every detail with such professionalism and care, and I know there were countless things she took care of that we never even had to think about. The perfect example of this is something I didn’t even find out about until a few days after the wedding. A family member told me that our cake was about to be cut and served before we had done our cake-cutting ceremony. Amanda caught it just in time and handled everything so seamlessly that I had absolutely no idea anything had happened. That’s how amazing she was. If there was ever a hiccup, I never knew about it because she took care of it before it ever reached us. She allowed us to be completely present, soak in every moment, and truly enjoy our wedding day without a single worry. I am so incredibly grateful for Amanda and everything she did to make our wedding perfect. She gave us the gift of a beautiful, seamless, and genuinely stress-free day, and that is priceless. If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator who truly cares, anticipates problems before they happen, and goes above and beyond for her couples, I cannot recommend Amanda highly enough.
