I honestly can’t recommend Xavier enough. We had a backyard wedding with about 70 guests, and I had no idea how many details went into making this actually work. From the beginning, Xavier broke everything down into manageable pieces. He gave us a week-by-week timeline of every decision we needed to make and every task we needed to complete, so we never felt like we were scrambling or wondering what came next. He also created a detailed schedule for the wedding day itself, which kept everything running smoothly.
What stood out most to me was how organized and calm he was. I’m an anxious person, and wedding planning can obviously be overwhelming, but Xavier always made it feel manageable. Even when things didn’t go according to plan, like a catering mishap on the day of the wedding, he handled it without making it our problem. I didn’t have to worry because he already had it under control.
Xavier coordinated all of our vendors, greeted our guests, kept everyone on the same page, and somehow made the entire day feel effortless. He also helped us stay within our budget, which was really important to us.
The best compliment I can give is that I got to actually enjoy my wedding instead of spending the day putting out fires or worrying about what was happening behind the scenes. If you’re looking for someone who’s organized, professional, and incredible at keeping everything and everyone calm, Xavier is the person you want.
Xavi worked so hard to make our day special and succeeded. We got married in an intimate friendsgiving and he felt like one of the group. He got to know us and weaved us into the vows so well. It felt like being married by a close friend. He is warm and wonderful.

A Nice Little Wedding provides wedding coordination and Guided Wedding Planning for small weddings of 90 guests or fewer in Easton, PA, and throughout the Lehigh Valley. We help couples build a workable plan or confidently hand over the one they have already made.
We built this company because small weddings are often treated as though they should run themselves. They do not.
Restaurant weddings still have vendor arrivals and timing to manage. Backyards bring weather, parking, power, rentals, and setup questions. Parks, breweries, private homes, and smaller venues may not have an event team handling everything behind the scenes. Small does not mean self-running.
Still planning? Guided Wedding Planning includes the A Nice Little Wedding Kit and five structured sessions. We help you work through priorities, design direction, vendors, logistics, ceremony flow, setup, timeline development, and guest experience. You make the final decisions, complete the planning work, and communicate with your vendors. We provide a clear process, candid guidance, and a useful next step. You can plan it yourself, just not by yourself.
Already planned it? Our coordination services begin with a formal handoff before the wedding. We review your plans, clarify responsibilities, build or refine the timeline, confirm key logistics, and prepare the ceremony, setup, and end-of-night handoffs.
On the wedding day, we become the point of contact for the venue, vendors, wedding party, and designated helpers. We keep the timeline moving, cue the ceremony, oversee the details included in your coordination scope, and handle logistical questions before they reach you. Your cousin should get to be your cousin, not the person cueing the ceremony music.
We care about how the wedding looks, too, but good design is not about filling every empty space. It is about choosing what matters, carrying a few strong ideas through with intention, and making sure everything can be set up and enjoyed as planned. We care more about your wedding feeling like you than looking perfect.
We serve Easton, Bethlehem, Allentown, and the Lehigh Valley, with select weddings in the Poconos, Bucks County, Philadelphia, and New Jersey. All couples are welcome here, and your celebration does not need to follow a traditional wedding script.

Wedding Planner
We got married on Halloween in 2020, in a park, over brunch, with 25 people.
The original plan had 105 guests, far more moving parts, and a spreadsheet that had begun to feel vaguely threatening. Then COVID made everything smaller, including the wedding.
What remained felt more like us: practical, a little theatrical, thoughtful without being precious, and not trying to resemble anyone else’s celebration. We planned and designed it ourselves, and would not change a thing.
That experience shaped A Nice Little Wedding.
Xavi is the planner, with a background in public service, community organizing, policy, logistics, and people with strong opinions. Jared is the artist, trained in graphic design and unusually good at knowing when something looks wrong.
We understand real budgets, real families, and real limits.
