She was very kind and easy to work with, while also being very efficient and respecting how busy we were leading up to our big day. On the day of the wedding, Sarah completely took all of the stress out of the event. While we were being whisked from one thing to the next, it was such a relief knowing that she was there to help with any questions or surprises brought on by the vendors and guests. Need a band-aid? Sarah's got it. Someone's boutonniere is falling apart? Sarah's got glue. Need a drink or some food during cocktail hour? Sarah's already got your seat prepped with both. And all of this while staying patient, calm, and approachable. I really can't imagine what we would have done without her. She was there from the time we were setting up that morning to the time the last guest left and decoration was cleaned up. She made sure every minute of our time was accounted for (including breaks to rest and recharge) and that it all ran smoothly. If you have any reservations about hiring a day-of coordinator, know that it doesn't get better than Sarah!

She read the room so well, ensured that everything went off without a hitch, and helped make sure my husband and I got to eat and drink everything we wanted to. She also knew to let me eat my dessert before starting dancing which was much appreciated. She was the perfect amount involved and had the perfect balance of offering professional advice when we wanted it but first and foremost allowing us the freedom to create our own event how we wanted. We are so thankful!

During that walk through, her immaculate spreadsheet and corresponding questions made us feel that every detail was considered, and also cared about. She listened to our vision, and was prepared with thoughtful suggestions for our day, as if she completely understood and embodied what was important to us. When it came to the wedding day, Sarah was an actual fairy godmother. She was somehow ever present, made the space into a wonderland, and had every detail covered while also not being on top of us. One of our favorite details about working with her was that she created space in the day so that we could have moments where we were alone. Immediately after the ceremony, we had a secluded moment to enjoy our appetizers and cocktails (that she lovingly prepared). During dinner, Sarah organized the buffet so that our guests were ushered to eat, while our food was brought to us and we had a moment of normalcy eating together. When we came back to our little cabin at the end of the night, she made our bunk beds, and decorated the bunk with candles and flowers; such a magical touch for the end of magical day. We should have known what an incredible talent she was when all of the other vendors raved about her, but she really is the best investment you can make for the best day of your entire life. Sarah made us feel so enveloped in love, comfort, and calm; we are so Incredibly lucky that she was a part of our wedding day.

Leading up to the day, Sarah was extremely professional and very on top of things. She essentially took care of everything the week-of and handled all of our vendors for us. The day-of was just amazing because of Sarah and we didn't feel like we needed to be anywhere or do anything unless Sarah was telling us to do it. We essentially kept track of nothing during our wedding and Sarah scheduled everything perfectly. The timeline she developed was perfect and made the night flow so smoothly, we really couldn't have been more comfortable with putting everything in her hands. What more can I say? If you are considering Sarah as your coordinator, you wont be disappointed. She is professional, attentive, kind, and knows how to do her job extremely well. It was some of the best money we spent in our wedding budget.
