Tyrone and Gemal were great to work with! We had a bit of a tricky set up with an outdoor ceremony and dance floor, but indoor dinner, and they took that completely in stride and m...
ade it work! Not only that but our guests had SO. MUCH. FUN. thanks to the playlist. Gemal kept the mood up and people absolutely loved it.

Tyrone is the ultimate party entertainer and an exceptional DJ! He managed everything from the ceremony and reception to providing a hugely popular photo booth and entertaining yar...
d games. Guests continually praised how fun our reception was and how amazing our DJ, Tyrone, was!
The only setback was that some of Tyrone's team members didn't show up, leaving him to handle everything on his own. Hearing this in the Bridal suite initially caused me a lot of stress. However, Tyrone truly rose to the occasion! He expertly managed our large wedding at a spacious venue with numerous additional features. It’s remarkable how he pulled it all off solo. Despite the unforeseen challenges, Tyrone ensured our wedding day was not only seamless but also incredibly fun!
We would 100 % recommend Tyrone with a party’s favorite entertainment for any event or wedding. (:
We cannot recommend A Party's Favorite Entertainment enough! They were so helpful during the planning phase, offering suggestions and recommendations, and was easy to get a hold of...
any time I had a question. During the ceremony and cocktail hour they played sweet instrumental music, and for the reception he kept the dance floor packed the whole night! He was also a great MC for the day's flow of events - family photos, introductions, speeches, releasing the tables for dinner, and cake cutting. He took initiative during down time and ensured the entire day went so smoothly. We've had several guests mention to us how good the music was and how FUN it was! Overall, we couldn't have been happier with our DJ choice, and would hire them again!
My HUSBAND and I had an amazing time at our wedding because of Tyrone's professionalism and energy! He kept people engaged and on the floor, he played the correct song for our firs...
t dance and on cue (you'd be surprised at how many weddings I've been to and this was an issue), he stayed true to the timeline, engaged with us as the couple, and his process before the wedding was very simple and efficient! The photobooth and the lawn games were all a hit with all ages and were definitely worth every penny! We 10/10 recommend hiring him and his team!

ant played. Tyrone let us use our own spotify playlists we made for cocktail hour and dinner and then we let his creativity take over for the party. Tyrone did a great job listening to our preferences and the dance floor was full ALL night!!! 100% recommend booking Tyrone with A Party's Favorite.

nd getting to take home pics as a souvenir. We got a flash drive of all the pics after the ceremony.
The kiddos (and parents) loved the games during cocktail hour and during the reception. (Large Jenga, tic tac toe, inflatables)
His up-lighting was a great addition to the ceremony and reception as well. Really helped with the mood for dinner and then dance/party time!
He also provided mics for the ceremony and for use in the reception.
I also was pleasantly surprised that he brought props and a back drop for a Photo Booth station near the printer for the selfie WiFi.
After our wedding, we also got a very sweet slideshow of some photos Tyrone and his team took during our wedding.
Look no further. Book them ASAP!!
We had Tyrone as our DJ and he was incredible! He chose the perfect music for each part of our wedding (seating, cocktail, dinner, etc.), and kept our guests on the dance floor the...
entire night. He even divulged in some of our sillier song requests, which was a big hit among our friends.
We loved our experience with Tyrone from the moment we booked him. He trekked all the way to a wilderness resort in the middle of a hurricane to DJ our wedding. Tyrone was professi...
onal, responsive and fun. He was extremely prepared and worked with our other vendors amazingly. He even stepped in when we butchered the electric slide and gave us all an impromptu dance lesson, truly the definition of above and beyond. What more could you ask for! Thanks again to Tyrone and A Party's Favorite Entertainment for being a critical part of our special day.

ough to the actual wedding day, he helped make everything extra special.
On our wedding day, he did everything we hoped for and more. We had some pretty specific requests for our processional/recessional and cocktail hour music and he hit everything perfectly. He did an amazing job with announcements and kept things running according to our timeline. He was also very flexible and made sure to touch base with us throughout the day to see if wanted to stick to the timeline or mix things up at all.
He did a great job keeping things exciting on the dance floor. Even though we had a small wedding, there were people on the dance floor throughout the day. Tyrone was great with taking requests, but also knowing what to play and when to play it. He kept people hyped and moving.
Five out of five stars!
Tyrone was such a personable, friendly DJ. We cannot imagine anyone else doing such an amazing job. He went out of his way to connect with family and guests, talking with them and ...
making sure they were having a good time. There was no lull in the fun. Once the dancing started, he kept the party going. We wish the party could have gone on for hours longer because it was just a blast for everyone!

te Entertainment! Tyrone helped me out with music selections and really helped keep our dance floor popping at the reception! If I were to plan my wedding again, I would pick A Partys Favorite Entertainment every time.

e room when it came to the party. My favorite part about Tyrone was that at the end of our reception when he asked folks to go outside for our exit, he surprised us that while we waited for folks to get set up outside he played one last slow song for us to dance to and left the room. My husband and I were able to have our first moment alone, dancing in the empty ballroom to just take in the moment and what just happened. It is our favorite memory from the entire day and have Tyrone to thank for it! I would highly recommend his services.
Tyrone was professional, punctual, and extremely fun! We were extremely impressed with how fluid things went with him as our DJ! Filling out the questionnaire was probably the hard...
est part of all and that was only because we just had to think about what we really wanted, but once that was done, the day was a breeze! He was very accommodating, and able to keep all of our guests entertained throughout the night! We thoroughly enjoyed his music selection, ability to read the crowd, and truly appreciated his photo services as well which allowed us to capture so many hard copies of guest photos! It was truly a blast and we could not be any happier with the money spent. He is a true professional worth every dime!

ction he chose and his ability to get people to the dance floor. He was very easy to work with and answered all of our questions very quickly.
He did not meet my expectations. He act as though he did not want to be at my wedding. I did not enjoy his presence nor did my guest. He never smiled. He did not interact with the ...
guest, to make them want to dance. I am very disappointed. A DJ is suppose to be the life of the party and he wasn’t. I hired him because of the reviews. His service was a let down. This was my special day and I depended on him to hype the crowd and he did not. Thanks for nothing.
So, if I were to leave a review solely based on Tyrone Chavers and his interactions with us, I would have ABSOLUTELY left a 5-star review. He was very professional, had worked at o...
ur venue before, and was willing to give us advice accordingly. However, I think that his associate who handled the music at our venue might have been a little nervous. There was a snafu with our recessional music (he just played the rest of the processional, which was really only noticeable to me), and I wound up asking a friend to request some songs so that more folks would dance.
Ultimately, the event was wonderful and they did a great job. Would hire again.
This DJ did a great job with mixing songs, keeping the party flowing, and playing music we actually requested. He curates each event to truly fit what the customer wants and he has...

ng but the truth. It was the party's favorite entertainment, we danced all night! He got family members on the dance floor that claimed to hate dancing, had smooth and clean transitions, fun lighting, and played music that meshed well with the different age range and personalities of our guests. He is the professional, kind, go with the flow DJ you dream of having at your wedding. He's on time, prepared, and handles MANY conflicts with ease.
