We hired A Perfect Bloom for our wedding flowers and rentals. For us, it was easiest since we were able to get everything we needed in one spot at an affordable price. However, I do have a few items that would have made our experience better:
...- Kelly is brilliant and she’s done this 1000 times; however, she can sometimes appear as if she isn’t *actually* listening to you or the details that are important to the bride. For a bride that was very detail-oriented, this was frustrating.
- The team was very slow to respond, especially via email; it was by far the hardest contract to get signed because of their email response time.
- My flowers weren’t exactly as I wanted (making my first point even more frustrating). While they were beautiful, I definitely was left wondering if another vendor would have paid more attention those details that were important to me.
- Some of my rental items were missing or were replaced with items of another size. I ordered 45 glass cylinders of varying heights and we were shorted the smaller sizes. We found a way to work around it, but those centerpieces were not able to be setup like I originally would have liked.
- My mother wanted a charm put on my bouquet that had my late father’s photo in it; Kelly and team accommodated, which was awesome, but they placed the charm incorrectly, even though my mother provided a photo of how she wanted it.
Overall, my wedding was great and the flowers were pretty; however, A Perfect Bloom’s attention to detail is not the best and I can’t say that I wouldn’t seek another vendor if I had to do it again.
