nd they just crammed stuff in there. The ribbon was yellow because they soaked it in water. The lady was extremely rude to my mother she picked them up. All of the flowers were redone by someone else the night before my wedding. This was the only problem we had the entire wedding which is something I will take, but I will never use them for flowers again. Their warehouse is huge and they have plenty of options for table cloths and glassware and things of that nature. I would use those again, but I will never order flowers from them.

our table order and it was problematic. My flowers were hideous and not what I asked for at all! I received revenge flowers they were so bad I threw them away that night! I was only compensated for my bridal bouquet even though all of my flowers were in poor shape and not even the florals I ordered! I would suggest having photos sent to you of your florals once they are completed. I am highly dissatisfied with this vendor as I know they are very cape able if gorgeous work, I literally could have done my florals better myself. I wish I would have known.

o have a few items that would have made our experience better:
- Kelly is brilliant and she’s done this 1000 times; however, she can sometimes appear as if she isn’t *actually* listening to you or the details that are important to the bride. For a bride that was very detail-oriented, this was frustrating.
- The team was very slow to respond, especially via email; it was by far the hardest contract to get signed because of their email response time.
- My flowers weren’t exactly as I wanted (making my first point even more frustrating). While they were beautiful, I definitely was left wondering if another vendor would have paid more attention those details that were important to me.
- Some of my rental items were missing or were replaced with items of another size. I ordered 45 glass cylinders of varying heights and we were shorted the smaller sizes. We found a way to work around it, but those centerpieces were not able to be setup like I originally would have liked.
- My mother wanted a charm put on my bouquet that had my late father’s photo in it; Kelly and team accommodated, which was awesome, but they placed the charm incorrectly, even though my mother provided a photo of how she wanted it.
Overall, my wedding was great and the flowers were pretty; however, A Perfect Bloom’s attention to detail is not the best and I can’t say that I wouldn’t seek another vendor if I had to do it again.

I asked for complimentary blue flower to be put on my grooms boutonniere (like a baby blue one that was supposed to match my bouquet) and I got a dark indigo flower that didn't match anything we had discussed. I had to pluck that flower out of the boutonniere and just keep the groom in ivory colors. Some flowers were ivory and some where ivory with pink hues or pink centers that did not match the color scheme. I would choose a different florist if I could go back.
