Brittni has been passionate about her craft since she was young, honing her craft while studying at Johnson and Wales University. She now works with newlyweds-to-be to create delicious desserts that will add a pop of flavor to their big day.

AND she not only brings the desserts, she beautifully sets up the dessert table for you! With a look at your style she gets to work and brings that table to life. We were able to rent cupcake display towers and dishes from Piece of Cake and on the day of our wedding Brittni came and set up the entire display herself. the Death by Chocolate and Strawberry Shortcake fillings to make the perfect match of Chocolate/Vanilla for my husband and I. The top layer of our cake was real and the remaining 2 layers were purely decorative as we were offering an ice cream sundae bar for our guests, but still wanted to be able to enjoy the traditional cake cutting ceremony.
