Michael was quick to respond, and we both called and texted, depending on which would be more effective/appropriate. The price was a bit much, but that's what I get for getting married the same day as Preakness and in the middle of prom season. The SUV was absolutely spotless, and looked brand new, inside and out. Our driver, George, was early and patient, extremely professional. He was such a careful driver that my wife and I forgot that the car was moving. He even took a short video for us leaving the venue, which my wife and I appreciated so very much. If I need to hire another service, it will be Platinum Plus, and I sincerely hope that George will be our driver again.

From booking me at the last minute, to providing excellent customer service, A Platinum Plus made transportation on my wedding day so simple. Sam was awesome!! He waited patiently when we got a bit behind schedule, and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed for our day to be perfect. My dress had about 12 layers of tulle, and I could not have traveled without this company's stellar service!

Michael Greene was great to speak with in booking and was very flexible in our slightly complicated plans. His reliability definitely put my mind at ease in booking, and both limos...

we requested arrived early. Our timeline was crucial, so it was important to me to hire someone who would be there on time! The limos were in great condition and the drivers were professional. The only disappointment was that although I, the bride, got red carpet service, my husband did not. I wanted him to feel special too, and it was in our contract. Speaking of the contracts, if you have two limos it is a pretty confusing contract. I would recommend to Michael that they streamline the contract so that you have a total cost, especially if you have two limos and you book months in advance. I forgot the total cost months later and couldn't figure it out when I looked back at the contract.

nd nice and friendly, I go for it. Two other limo companies were unfriendly and slightly rude, this company was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I loved them!;This isn't really a warning, but I had asked for a black limo and the day of the wedding they called and said they were having a problem with the black limo they were going to use for us and could we please use a white one instead. I didn't really care so it wasn't a big deal at all, and that can happen with any limo company.

They were very easygoing. They gave me an internet special which was extremely cheap and even upgraded me for free from a standard Lincoln Towncar to a Chrysler 300 C.
