I'm not sure the size of events planned prior to my wedding which was about 55 guests, but it was embarrassing when guests and vendors questioned if this was her first time being a... coordinator. She seemed very unorganized and flustered. She was late to rehearsal and late to the venue on the wedding day. She was still setting up about 20 minutes before I walked down the aisle and guests had arrived 30 minutes early. I was furious when I learned she had a groomsmen setting up the chairs and had my bridesmaids cleaning up. The aisle was laid on the wrong side and was not pinned or taped down so I nearly tripped while walking down the aisle. The groomsmen were lined up in the incorrect order. She told the Dj the wrong song for the bride processional even though it was on the timeline. Also, vendors were contacting me about the updated timeline which she said was sent. A vendor forwarded the email of when she actually sent it out which was way after she told me she sent it. She had her daughters who didn't want to be there do most of the labor. One of her daughters steamed my veil in a public area where guests could see it. She did not direct guests were to go, causing some guests to see me before the wedding. If the caterers set up the tables and the florists did the centerpieces, I'm not sure what she was doing. She complained to another vendor about how many vendors I had and did not know which vendors dropped off what so I had to drop off rentals the day after my wedding. She told my bridesmaid that "it is not her problem" as to where the dinnerware should go, but was quick to run off with the leftover alcohol (6 bottles of champagne, a handle of vodka) and favors (10 at least) after telling me that most of the alcohol was gone . She told me my favors were used to hold up the arch. Thank God, I had awesome vendors who knew what to do and what I wanted. Oh and the cherry on top of the cake, another future bride came to my wedding to see "what goes on behind the scenes." Her daughters and her got on the dance floor and were dancing, but she seemed to require help cleaning up. Not worth the money at all. I ended up paying my event designer more because she actually took over the job as coordinator. She should probably stick with doing small events like baby showers, etc. I would not recommend her for a wedding.
