I had the pleasure of hosting Phantom Gala at Quixotic, and I can honestly say that it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Eric (the owner) made sure that everything was perfect for my event. He was responsive, flexible, and accommodating, and he went above and beyond to meet my needs and expectations.
The venue itself was amazing. It was spacious, and elegant, and it had everything I needed for my event. It had a beautiful decor, a great sound system, a long bar, and a lovely stage with stage lights, smoke machines and a separate suite for dressing up and lounging. It was also very clean, well-maintained, and secure. It was the ideal place for my event, and it impressed everyone who attended.
I highly recommend Quixotic to anyone who is looking for a wonderful and memorable event. He is a great host, and his venue is a gem. You will not regret booking with him, and you will have a fantastic time. Thank you, Eric, for making my event a success!
Quixotic World was the absolute BEST place to have our wedding♡ We had an insane amount of last minute changes to work through when our ceremony & dinner site fell through, and Eric worked his butt off for us to change our after-party spot into a setting that could accommodate our ceremony, dinner, and reception/dancing. Everyone Loved it and raved about what a unique place it was and our it absolutely fit us as a couple. I could not recomment Eric and Quixotic World more, if you are looking for a unique venue and someone who will put in the Work to make your dream come alive you dont need to look any further!
We found Quixotic after I had spent months spazzing about the lack of unique, albeit beautifully traditional, venues around the DFW area. I got in contact with Eric through the website and from that first point of contact up through our reception, I knew that I had found the perfect venue. It's beautiful and Eric and Billy are some of the most calming influences ever. I never had to wait more than maybe a day for a response to any questions I had and they were always willing to make time in their schedules for me to do a walk-through with my mother or day-of coordinator, even when they were in the process of setting up for another event. They have fantastic decorations for events (outside of the basis amazingness of the venue) and will consistently make sure that things are going well and you're having fun. Billy took care of our reception and not only made sure that we always had water (and alcohol!), but also would dance with us and occasionally pull me aside to make sure that everything was going perfectly and see if I wanted to change anything up. I think my parents loved Billy as much as any of our guests because he was interacting with everybody and enjoying himself as well (no frowny-faced event managers who are no fun at Quixotic!). You can hire a DJ through Quixotic and any of their Quixoticians (including caricaturist, belly dancer, etc.) for extremely reasonable fees. Plus Eric will make sure that you have the DJ of your musical dreams...he set us up with our DJ because we wanted 80's, 90's dance music, heavy on the Michael Jackson, and our DJ was hands-down perfect for us. Everybody literally danced the night away. Also their Quixoticians, at least the ones to which I had exposure, were absurdly talented. We had a caricaturist and she was absolutely fantastic, even going so far as working with us to put all caricatures in a book we got specifically for the occasion, even though it meant she had to fiddle with different pens and pencils to make sure nothing bled through the pages. Even after the event, they were still caring and awesome--Eric even emailed me to make sure that we had a fantastic time and everything went off perfectly. There are so many wonderful things that I can say about Quixotic, but it all boils down to an absolutely phenomenal staff and a beautiful, atraditional venue that everyone will love. Seriously, best decision you can make is to have your wedding at Quixotic because they work so well with you that everything will just breeze by so easily.
The Quixotic World was the perfect venue- not only was it in our price range, but Eric (the owner) is a treat to work with. If you want to do something personalized, fun, and different from the mainstream, then I definitely recommend this wonderful place! Our guests could not stop raving about how cool it was and how much fun they had!
If you're looking for something out of the box this is definitely the place to go! Not your run of the mill wedding venue but special nonetheless!
Amazing venue for a quirky side to a wedding, perfect for an Alice in Wonderland theme!
Loved working with Eric! Everything went smoothly and prefect. Would recommend it to anyone who is thinking of having thkeir wedding here.
Eric Sacks was very helpful and nice in giving me a tour of his facility. This place is definitely unique & fun. Unfortunately, it did not fit my needs but I would love to have a party here in the future.
This place is awesome! In the heart of Deep Ellum, this venue is gorgeous and unique. If you want something different and theatrical, this is perfect. Quixotic Eric is wonderful and so helpful. Soooo happy with my reception here!
