These are the nicest, kindest, most down-to-earth, and anointed marriage officiants we have come across. We are about to hit our 6-year anniversary and we are glad God led us to choose them.

The ceremony was beautiful and we loved that Minister Michael personalized our ceremony which made it more intimate. Second, we chose them as our pre-marital counselors because they are Christian-based, but we stuck with them for post-marital counseling because they approached it much in the same way they approach officiating - unconventional, but effective, fun and memorable. Their faith is always present and is incorporated in their advice and homework, but they don't judge and beat you over the head with scriptures or act like simply praying will make your marriage a success. They can also be hilarious and relatable - and can make you laugh or smile, even when you don't want to. Oh, and they're married too - so they have empirical knowledge about the good/bad/ugly of marriage, which absolutely helps! I also love how they start and end their sessions because it sets the tone for the conversations you're about to have from the beginning and then sets the tone for your journey back home to the real world at the end. And their advice, homework and coping skills prepare you to deal with the banality of everyday life, as well as any rocky situations that may arise. We are stronger in our marriage and our faith for having counseled with them. And are better prepared to deal with conflict than we were before. We HIGHLY recommend Larraine and Michael as officiants AND counselors. =) We love them for who they are and everything they taught us!!!

From the very first meeting they were so warm, welcoming and transparent that we were immediately put at ease in their care. aine and Minister Michael, we knew all hearts and minds were aligned. Not to mention how they assisted with writing of vows and were very accessible for pre wedding jitters. What was awesome is that though we did not complete pre marriage counseling (which I would highly recommend) they have been our individual and couples counselors for years. They are flexible with scheduling and offer video sessions.Their presence allow you and your partner to be comfortable. They are committed to revealing truths. They encourage each person to have a voice and will not force any decision about your relationship. Simply put, they can assist with tools to make the relationship work if both parties are committed. Thus, be committed to counseling and be open to the fact that there may be other issues and other layers that need to be revealed over time.

on they were extremely judgmental and critical towards me. They instantly gravitated toward my significant other and singled me out. We sought counseling under my suggestion and I chose them because I knew I wanted God fearing believers as I am a God fearing woman. My significant other at the time claimed that he believed in God but he did not have a personal relationship with Him at all. By the end of our sessions it was revealed that my ex was a habitual cheater, liar, manipulator, and a lost soul. He has hurt many women in his past. Instead of discerning my exes motives and his character, they were focused on my up bringing and my flaws. I will say that the only positive was that they suggested we begin praying together daily. My ex would call me daily and he would cover us in prayer. I do believe that because we invited Christ into our relationship, many things were revealed and as a result we ended the toxic relationship. I am very thankful for that outcome, however, the counselors never took the time to really assist my ex with his many issues that he was hiding. They were biased and constantly reminding me that he was a good man. They were leading me to believe that I was problem. Because I know who I am and whose I am, I was able to pay attention to areas of my life that did not serve me well and ask God for restoration but more importantly I did not allow their negative perceptions to taint my spirit. Well after beginning my healing journey I can now write this honest review that they were not beneficial in counseling for us. When we ended things, because of things the counselors filled his head with, my ex walked away claiming that the reasons we didn’t work out were because of me and the fact that we weren’t meant to be instead of owning the fact that he had made terrible decisions and he was the very drama he was trying to escape. I have no hard feelings nor do I hold any grudges, I would just caution other dating couples before selecting their services after their one sided tag team approach in my previous relationship.

Our wedding was EXACTLY what we envisioned. At times spiritual and reverent, and at times happy and playful - it was us. We loved it and so did ALL of our guests who are still remarking how different and beautiful our ceremony was. I think God led me to the Forresters because they were a big part of making my day so perfect!!! Thank you!!!

Also, I absolutely loved how before the wedding we had a brief conversation of what I wanted for the ceremony and A.R.M. did not miss a beat in delivering exactly what I wanted for the ceremony. We added in a ballon release and the words to go along with the balloon release we spot on. Lastly, I at first I was hesitant to use another officiant outside of my Father, but it was such a great idea because it allowed for him to be a Dad that day. A.R.M ministy took all of the stress off me as the Bride and allowed for me to enjoy the special moment of exchanging vows with me and my husband. Again, I highly recommend A.R.M. !!! You will not regret making the decision to go with them.
