This organization ahead of the big day made everything seamless for us. 3) He had an innate ability to read the crowd with our song selections, and infuse his own repertoire of music, to keep the party going. We talked to some of the larger DJ companies but didn't like that we wouldn't be assigned a DJ until closer to the wedding date. Jimmy came recommended to us by our photographer and after our first phone call with him, we could immediately tell how professional and passionate he is about his job. Jimmy truly cares about each and every one of his clients and takes the time to get to know you during the planning process - and the best part is that you get to work with him the entire time so you really feel comfortable knowing that he is on top of everything and knows how you want the night to go. His online planning tools are so easy to use and helped us stay organized. We gave him a playlist for both the cocktail hour and dinner which he put on his iPod to play for us. For dancing music, he played so many of the songs on our list and the songs he mixed in fit so perfectly and were real crowd pleasers. We also discovered during our phone calls that Jimmy and his wife were married on the Hawaiian island we were going to for our honeymoon and he gave us several travel tips and a map of the island that we used many times. He also took a video of my husband and I dancing surrounded by a big circle of our family and friends and it was so nice of him to capture and share this wonderful moment with us! Jimmy really does go above and beyond and it was a true pleasure to work with him!

We wanted him to be able to do his thing and he didn't let us down. He had a great mix of older hits for our parents and more modern dance tunes that kept everyone happy and on the dance floor. He also does a great job of keeping the event as formal or as casual as you'd like it. I've been to other weddings, where the DJ booth was decked out with signage promoting themselves. With Jimmy, it's totally professional. He's all about making your day perfect, not promoting himself. And he even took and posted some videos of us walking down the aisle and dancing together. We didn't hire a videographer so this was much appreciated. Jimmy's the best!
