We waited 10 minutes in the hotel then proceeded to the street corner to try to speed things up and waited another 10 minutes, but after getting in touch with the limo driver we realized he was nowhere near and would not make it in time. So yes we did tell the driver we would walk to church because we had no choice. It was either walk or be late for the wedding waiting for the limo driver. You are not being honest in your reply. We waited way longer than a "few minutes."

n. We chartered several large buses for my wedding and so many things went wrong. The biggest error occurred when the driver contacted me as I was taking wedding photos to let me know they didn’t pick up my dad at his hotel. I had told them multiple times to contact my wedding coordinator in case there was an issue, but instead they left voicemails on my device. Later that night, we had one of the buses contracted to come to the venue to pick up guests that would’ve liked to have left early. My wedding coordinator had to fight with the driver to get them to come back out, even though it was in the contract. We also had a bus leave early that night before my walk out from the event. These errors were completely avoidable. When I spoke with them about these errors, they told me the buses are contracted out, and not run by Royal Coach themselves.

ey said they were still in business so they would not refund me my money. My wedding was originally scheduled for April 18th and it got canceled indefinitely so we will no longer need this service. I feel like these are special circumstances and they should offer a refund for these situations; it’s not like we canceled the wedding, this virus did. We are in a pandemic. Upon emailing them, they were not helpful and had an attitude throughout the conversation. They were nothing but rude to me and very condescending. I received no understanding or sympathy. I emailed repeatedly and they refuse to refund me. Eventually they agreed to refund me a small portion of my purchase back(like $100, I prepaid nearly $400) about 2 months ago and still have not received it. When I called back to inquire about it, i was told it would be 90-120 days. I would not recommend giving this company your business. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. #RoyalCoach

We requested a short ride up and down St. Charles from our wedding venue and they were accommodating. After we left our wedding with a sparker exit, the car was waiting at the end of the line (would HIGHLY recommend this set up). It was perfection. Honestly, getting into the gorgeous, classic car after the huge high of our wedding, and listening to its low rumble as we drove up and down historic St. Charles in New Orleans, it was like the perfect fairy tale ending. Our driver was super friendly, let us chill in the back and talked to us a little bit (but only after we initiated - he was super nice!). If you are looking for an excellent professional service and a beautiful vintage Rolls Royce, look no further. We'd highly recommend Royal Coach!

They navigated without issue and overall were a fabulous experience. He showed up early, in an upgraded vehicle, and even helped put a difficult "just married" decal on our exit vehicle. We would certainly recommend Royal Coach for wedding transportation or any other limo/bus rental needs. They took great care of us.

there was anything I needed in the car. Everything was ready to go for us when we made our grand exit, and riding in a classic was so much fun. The driver, Bill, was so pleasant and it was an overall great experience. Highly recommend!

about 45 minutes early, but were ready whenever the bride and group was ready. They like to get there early, in case everyone is ready ahead of time, I think. They waited until the bride, father & bridesmaids were ready. They helped everyone get inside the vehicles, including the flower girl & junior bridesmaid. When arriving at the ceremony/reception location, they again waited until no one could view the bride before the ceremony, and then helped her out of the Rolls. The Rolls returned on time (again a little early, just in case) for the bride and groom's ride to their hotel. Great service; very polite and helpful. Would use them again.

a shuttle bus, limo and two town cars and they were right on time. The drivers were all very very friendly and accomadating as well. They actually were very busy the day of our wedding with a ton of other jobs, and they ran out of town cars to bring my husbands grandpa home that night, so they sent him a limo! ha ha! It was soo funny seeing glenns grandpa pimping in the limo! he got a kick out of it! too cute!
