Nikki was amazing. She found the dress I wanted that I didn't know how to describe. Very reasonably priced.

I told her I loved Hayley Paige and she pulled a very similar design which I ended up customizing for my big day. As a bride I got anxious awaiting my dress (amid pandemic shipping concerns) and called Savvy 2 weeks before my dress was supposed to be in. They called back quickly and said it would be in that week; which it was. I had a blast trying everything on and the stylists even dressed a mannequin in my wedding colors to show what my groom would look like next to me. Top notch!

This first dress was bought at a different store, not Savvy. And if course, cancelling it. I was just going to go with it bc on my first experience I didn't have much of a reaction to the dresses and just thought it was me. Well time passed and somehow I stumbled across the designer Casablanca and found out certain store's that carry them r able to customize their dresses. Mix bodice from one with bottom of other, add sleeves, different color not listed etc. A Savvy Bride is one of those stores that can do this, I was intrigued. The first appt at the other store was a bit overwhelming. so I went to Savvy alone. And at Savvy, I felt comfortable and had an amazing experience. I had been in communication with Nikky at Savvy before my visit. She pulled dresses based on my likes and alsiones I liked online. She nailed it, the two dresses I loved, she picked. I wanted to bring my friends back to help me decide. Our return trip to decide got pushed off due to an unplanned surgery for me. Nikky was a doll keeping in communication, always patiently responding to my MANY questions. The day finally came...I made my pick. And best of all it is being customized to be my dream dress. I am so in love with it and can't wait to c it. I could not have done it without Savvy or Nikky, very highly recommend!!

from here because the bride got her dress from there.... Well they took all of our measurements. Turns out they screwed up every bridesmaids dress. I received my dress, once i tried it on, it was HUGE in the bust (which is shocking since i have a huge bust myself), and the length was too long (i expected that much). I took my dress to the seamstress that my family uses. Once she had me try on the dress, she told me this will be an extremely difficult alteration due to the lace on this dress in the bust area. They had to tighten my shoulders as well as the bust. Well because of these complicated alterations due to the lace, my originally $215 dress is turning into nearly $400!!! I was the last bridesmaid to reach out to the bride because I was the last one to get my dress. Well the bride reached out to Savvy, and Savvy reached out to me and told me it was normal to have these alterations. First of all, when we were there trying on dresses they said alterations would not be too expensive. Another bridesmaids dress was a size 14 and had to get brought down to a size 8!!!! One, weight loss was not the factor as to why this dress was so large. It was because they sent in wrong measurements. Another bridesmaids dress wasn't even completed!!!!! They didn't even sew a whole side of the dress. Savvy told us all to order dresses that were way too big which is now causing ALL of us to have close to $200 dollars of work done which SHOULD HAVE not been the case. Another bridesmaid had to get her dress fixed, and her seamstress told her "we can fix it, it just doesn't fit you". Because of all of this now the bride is stressed because the dresses might not even look good on the day of the wedding. I personally got told by my seamstress that the lace on my dress still won't look perfect. I WILL REPEAT, DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS. Probably would've had better luck at David's Bridal... Wish I never supported this business.

the perfect gown. They stored my gown in the store before I had to take it for alterations and let me come in multiple times to try it on. Unfortunately, my wonderfully experience stopped with my bridal gown. Working with them for suits was horrible. We were charged too much for the grooms suit over the phone and had to call back to get refunded for the difference, the color of the suits was not what I wanted nor what I was told they’d be (comparing to a suit in the store), the grooms suit was ordered in a long so it fit funny and added to alteration costs, but it was too late to make any changes, ushers wanted to rent but were told they couldn’t because the bride didn’t want that, which was not right and not what was/should’ve been noted in our file, and so on. There seemed to be a lot of miscommunication between their staff members. Ordering suits through Savvy was a hassle and added a lot of stress when it shouldn’t have, not only for myself, but our bridal party as well. I would not recommend.

tux rentals at an incredible deal! They also help with all those random wedding knickknacks too! I love Savvy!

ome back and try on a specific dress and they made me feel right at home and I said Yes to the Dress at this appointment my third appointment was for my fiance he actually came in and we need it three very specific suits for cosplay ideas for Beauty and the Beast and Aladdin and they nailed every single suit perfectly he is so excited and we are purchasing them today. And now today I just had my Bridal party appointment by bringing both my mom's and all of my maid of honor and bridesmaids everybody got to pick a different dress it was such a beautiful experience Nikki somehow handled my circus of a family perfectly LOL I would recommend this Bridal Shop to everyone I would really really really like to advise people not to waste your time going anywhere else Savvy bride is the place to be

The salon I bought the dress at wasn’t even able to do this! Savvy didn’t even carry the brand that my dress came from! My bridesmaid dresses and suits were also at least $20 less than the competitors prices! AND my ring bearers parents could buy his suit for half the price than it would have cost them to rent it! They also got different parts of suits from the suit vendor just days before the wedding when things didn’t quite fit right. In the end all the men looked great!! No ill fitting suits for them! Kate always had an open ear and helped me to achieve many visions I had for my wedding! The poor girls even had to witness a bridal meltdown by me in the store! I felt like the whole team was personally vested in the success of my wedding! I’m very pleased!

I'd definitely recommend setting up the private appointment - everyone had a nice time sipping champagne and having treats while I tried on dresses. We decided to customize the dress - change the color, add straps and buttons etc. and Kate was quick with the drawing and kept me in the loop around timing. After months of waiting for the dress, it was perfect! Thank you Savvy Bride for a great experience!

We had fun and I tried on dresses even after I thought I had found "the one" and wanted to be sure. No one pushed me to purchase and I did not feel rushed at all during my appointment!

e environment and amazing selection that they have. I had made a mental note when shopping for my best friends wedding (5 years ago) that once I was engaged, I would go back to Savvy. I was just so impressed at their selection. Going back now that I am engaged, they still have the best selection, the best options for accessories, TONS of styles and colors of bridesmaid gowns, beautiful veils, etc. I never once felt like they were trying to sell me on anything, in fact they helped point me in the direction of ways I could save money. The girls there make it feel more like you're trying dresses on with your girlfriends, versus the other places that ask you a million questions and rush you along which is just too overwhelming. I ended up making another appointment recently just to try on accessories with my dress that i had purchased elsewhere. Even thought i didn't buy the dress there, they were still so accommodating and offered their opinions when needed but otherwise let me just play around with belts and veils to my hearts content. I ended up walking away with a veil and a slip for under my dress and will probably be going back for a belt in a few months. Highly recommend checking them out!

The Casablanca dress was sized to my exact proportions and fit me perfectly. My new husband says my dress was his favorite part about my look on our wedding day. the section where I found my dress! When my dress was ready, I came in and tried on the dress. The dress fit length wise but I was unhappy with how the top turned out since it was a little big on top and it was way too low and didn’t cover everything. The worker ensured me that the top was just a little too big and that once it’s taken in it would fit better. They gave me a list of seamstresses since they do not do their own alterations on site. I was already aware of that, however, I did not think it would be so difficult to find someone who would actually work on my dress. I called three places on their list as they were the only ones in the area. One of the places refused to work on my dress since it had delicate beading on the top. The 2nd place I called and could not get a hold of them. Each time it would ring four times and just hang up...I couldn’t even leave a voicemail. The third place I called didn’t even want me to finish talking when I told her about the beading. She said she doesn’t deal with dresses with beading. My wedding was only 2 months away and I was freaking out. Luckily I spoke to my maid of honor and she recommended me to a wonderful seamstress in Mequon. This is my first (and only) wedding dress purchase and since I do not work in the wedding industry I had no idea that most people will not work on dresses with delicate beading. It would have been nice if Savvy let me know ahead of time instead letting me freak out. Another big negative was that I walked out of Savvy with my wedding dress in a cheap plastic bag that reminded me of a garbage bag. It had a strong plastic smell to it. I told a couple of co-workers and they were surprised that I did not receive a garment bag especially since it’s a wedding dress and it should be treated better. I ended up on their Facebook page and saw pictures from only a couple of months before with brides holding up a pink garment bag with the Savvy log on it. I was astonished that I was never offered a garment bag or the option to purchase one. They let me carry my expensive wedding dress in a cheap plastic bag as I tried finding someone to alter it. One of my co-workers called the store and asked if she purchased a dress from the store would she would get a garment bag or if she would have to bring in her own. The person who answered the phone said all wedding dresses come with garment bags. I was so upset that I sent Lisa an email on how I felt that I was treated unfairly. She replied back saying that she would talk to her girls and that I could pick up a garment bag. I’m not sure what she would have to talk to her girls about since she was there when I picked up my dress and watched me walk out of the store with my wedding dress in a garbage bag. I also don’t think that she got the message in my email. At the end of the day I don’t care about the garment bag, I care about how horrible their customer service was and how they treat customers differently. Don’t waste your time.

I received a call asking if one of my girl's dresses should be shipped and this happened after she had already gone into the store personally to pick it up, and one of my girls received the wrong dress and it was too late at that point to order the correct one. Overall a positive experience with a few minor bumps in the road.

m had to return the morning of the wedding for completely new suits. It all worked out, but not something we wanted to have to worry about on the wedding day. I would definitely recommend them for dresses, but stick to shop that caters to men for the menswear.

e girls located all over the state and that we would not be ordering dresses during the appointment but wanted to look at accessories to purchase. The day of, I called to let them know I would be a few minutes late to my appointment and by the time I got there, I walked in to see my sister pulling a card out of her purse as the saleswoman was trying to force her to put down a deposit. I asked if my sister had even tried the dress on, and she DIDN'T!! The saleswoman hadn't even allowed her to try on the dress before she pushed her to purchase. I asked if she could try on the dress and the lady (clearly frustrated by the fact that I was not allowing her to purchase the dress immediately) stated that she MAY have the sample dress but she would have to check. (I called 2 weeks ahead to ensure that they would have the proper dress). Once she found the dress, she literally threw the dress into a fitting room, said "the fitting room is there" and walked away. We did not see her again. She didn't help to answer questions. She didn't help us with any accessories. She didn't say goodbye or anything. I was absolutely mortified. My sister who was previously so excited as she has never been in a wedding before was nearly in tears. It was quite possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Overall, the dresses were great- there was one which was definitely the wrong size when it came in and it took some long correspondence back and forth to get it back correct but we were successful. I wish there was a way we could tailor the tuxes a little more as my husband's tux after the second time returned still fit weird and you can tell in pictures. But overall, they worked well with us and good quality options for this area!
