Where to even start!! There is a true magic in the air when Morgan and Blake step behind the camera. They did so much more than just capture our wedding. They captured the essence of our relationship. They’re incredibly thoughtful, insightful, kind, have impeccable taste and have a way of making every moment effortless. They’re talent is truly immeasurable! They are poets. I felt like my heart exploded when I saw the photos. We feel incredibly lucky to have been able to work with them. Our wedding was scheduled during the pandemic. (psa - the vendors you hire for your wedding are people, too... risking their own health.) We had intimate conversations and check ins with M+B about the safety precautions we were taking, including downsizing our total to 11 people. They have been SO gracious, communicative and present with us. We absolutely adore them!!! Place your trust in this team. They will not disappoint. <3

We were so excited to book a sea of love for our wedding. 9 days before the wedding (and the day after I had completed my final payment to them) Morgan and Blake reached out and asked, “at what point or what plans do you have to postpone your wedding ?” Huh? After not hearing from them for an entire year after booking, they decided they didn’t feel comfortable shooting our wedding. Completely unprofessional to let is know that the week before. Imagine being a bride and finding out your photographer doesn’t want to work your wedding at such late notice. It was unfortunate as we were super excited about them the whole year. We were able to re-book with an incredibly talented photographer so it was actually a blessing. I’m sure Morgan and Blake take great pictures, but if you are looking for someone who will uphold their contract, look elsewhere. Oh, also they advised us upon booking that they don’t like working with videographers so we never hired one because we trusted their opinion. Honestly laughable.

Where do I even start— Morgan and Blake are the absolute best. Worth every penny (and even more, tbh). Not only do they capture every single moment... but their eye for emotion, love, and truly capturing the essence of the moment in every photo is insane. Every picture was incredible, and everyone who sees our wedding and engagement photos says that they look like they’re from an editorial shoot. BOOK THEM. Most importantly... Morgan and Blake are both incredible humans. The sweetest. They were always professional, punctual and even picked up the slack from other vendors (which they DEF didn’t and shouldn’t have to do.). I can’t imagine our wedding without them, to be honest!

Morgan and Blake helped us the entire way and our photos are perfection! They were extremely professional helping us plan, set expectations, and answer questions. We had a total change of venue and plans thanks to a tropical storm, and last minute they staked out the new venue and locations to shoot. They stayed cool and calm which helped everyone else do the same. Their work has a creative edge I greatly appreciate as an architectural designer, giving special consideration to buildings and landscapes in the shot. They are an absolute joy to work with, and I'm so grateful we found them! Highly recommend!

Blake and Morgan are unbelievably talented and are easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! During our engagement session, they made us so feel comfortable and treated us like we were their favorite couple – they were the best cheerleaders! Witnessing their excitement as they captured the moments in different angles, lighting, poses, perspectives, etc., was an amazing experience. We kept constant communication with them throughout the months leading up to the wedding day and they completely understood our vision. They show up early to scout the different locations so that no time is wasted during the actual shoot, which leads to a more organized shoot and better photos! This is such an important detail that I could not appreciate more since it took the burden off us and allowed them to work freely. Our ceremony and reception were at two different locations, but Blake and Morgan were more than accommodating to the situation and logistics. They went above and beyond the entire day and worked so well with our entire wedding party and guests. Blake and Morgan worked the entire room capturing all the best moments from our guests with us. At one point, I pulled Morgan onto the dance floor and shared a moment of joy as we all danced together and let loose. I couldn’t be more grateful to have Blake and Morgan throughout my journey to marriage. Their energy radiates onto everyone around them and made our wedding day so much fun and effortless. They are wonderful humans who are kind, thoughtful, and are so passionate and dedicated to their craft. I am so in love with all of our photos and can’t stop looking at them in awe! Their art is inspiring and unique and truly breathtaking. They are the best to work with and I would highly recommend A Sea of Love to anyone. I can’t wait to hire them again in the future!

Blake and Morgan are truly amazing people. They make it a priority to meet with potential clients ahead of time to establish a rapport and set expectations to ensure a successful relationship. The couple proactively scouts locations ahead of time to streamline the shoots, which allows for better use of the allotted time and more quality photos! Our engagement shoot and wedding were unforgettable experiences and the photos far exceeded our expectations! They are able to capture moments in such a way that each photo tells its own story, which is an artistic characteristic that the amazing couple brings and I’m grateful for since I don’t have a creative bone in my body. We aren’t much for photos but Blake and Morgan somehow took away our insecurities and helped us feel comfortable enough to express ourselves without any judgement. My wife is always reluctant to share the everyday photos that we take because she focuses on the flaws and is never happy with them. In contrast, now she is obsessed with all the photos taken from Blake and Morgan and cannot stop appreciating their work by sharing it. It may sound cliché, however, A Sea of Love’s talent really is special and they do illustrate the quote of, “a picture is worth a thousand words”. I'll never forget how Blake and Morgan voluntarily stayed after the reception to capture our solo dance as we had the entire venue to ourselves. It was unexpected and the best present we could have ever asked for as the perfect ending to our memorable night. This just proves how our relationship with them started out as purely business but naturally grew to one with respect, love, and friendship. We can't thank Blake and Morgan enough for all that they did during our engagement and wedding and can't wait to hire them again in the future!

We had a great experience at first with the engagement photos, but when it came to the actual wedding they cancelled on us a day before the wedding date. As you can imagine, few days before the wedding is high stress for everyone involved and while every vendor was accommodating in this time, a sea of love was not. We had to reschedule a meeting to fix up the shooting schedule because we were an hour over and they got combative about us having to reschedule a 5 minute discussion. If you think your wedding will be stressful and don't want any added stress I would recommend staying away from A Sea Of Love.

THE BEST! I knew I would using them before I even got engaged just on their work alone. If you haven’t checked out their Instagram, prepare to fall in love. Their work is so refreshing and different. We just got a sneak peak from our wedding A WEEK after (talk about fast) and I cannot wait to see how beautifully they captured our favorite day. I plan on using them for family sessions in the future!

A Sea of Love was nothing short of a-ma-zing. Morgan and Blake were extremely professional, upbeat and engaging with us and all of our guests. They were never-cheesy or overbearing, while managing to somehow corral our massive amount of relatives and friends into gorgeous photos. They captured so many important moments while maintaining a low profile and working together seamlessly. They have impeccable attention to detail and got our photos to us earlier than the expected date! Lastly, there was something really special about being photographed by a married couple who clearly enjoy spending a lot of time together. They were perfect in every way and we are jealous of anyone who gets to work with them in the future!

We had a great experience using a sea of love for our wedding - Blake & Morgan were super professional, prompt, and just great people to work with. They gave us a little preview very soon after the wedding which was great, and the rest of our photos exactly when promised! On top of it all, their contract price was very reasonable - they are a great value!

I remember the first time I stumbled across Morgan’s Instagram account, blown away that such high end talent would come from my hometown. I followed her for a while and finally forced my then-boyfriend into a couple’s shoot with Morgan and Blake. Our experience with them was effortless. Their style is what i’d call “art directed candid” — they won’t pose you outright but they provide subtle cues for optimal shots. We both left the shoot that day knowing we wanted A Sea of Love as our photographers when we got married. Two years later, we were honored that they flew to Guatemala to shoot our special day! They cheerfully shot around our videographer (read: my father-in-law who was all up in their frames) and made everyone at the wedding feel at ease. As others have said, you really feel like you’re their favorite couple or it’s the best wedding they’ve ever shot. They bring such a sense of awe, wonder, and lightness to every shoot. We treasure every single photo from them and got WAY more photos than we anticipated from each shoot. Everyone at our wedding went out of their way to compliment Morgan and Blake. WE LOVE YALL SO MUCH!! PS if you’ve gotten this far, just hire them already.

Morgan and Blake were the perfect fit for us. I had followed them on Instagram for a while (when I was single) and dreamt that maybe one day they would shoot my wedding. We had a weather change last minute and they were so accommodating. I felt like the most beautiful bride, and we were treated like their favorite couple. I’m sure this is how they make everyone feel. Their attention to detail is amazing. They are thoughtful, kind, funny, and really good at creating peaceful, comfortable environments for you to relax and be yourself in front of the camera. Morgan and Blake are the best there is. They are so cool and, as previous reviews have mentioned, make you feel SO at ease. If you’ve had the pleasure of seeing their art you already know they are incredible photographers! For our engagement pictures they were able to catch some amazing moments of my fiancé (now husband) and my dogs. They did our wedding a couple of weeks ago and we just LOVED having them! We cannot wait to see the pictures and I have no doubt they will look stunning. They are also incredibly responsive and never made me feel like I was being needy or asking too many questions (although I definitely was lol). They are true salt of the earth people and also happen to be immensely talented.

These two captured our day so completely perfectly. Little moments, big moments, in-between moments.... all of it memorialized in a collection of photographs we'll hold tight for a lifetime. Not a typical bride, I genuinely just wanted them to do what they do best. We didn't want anything planned or typical or cookie cutter, and Morgan & Blake more than delivered. My husband and I have worked with A Sea of Love 3 times now, and we cannot say enough about this dynamic duo! Morgan and Blake are as invested in each photo as we are, and we are always blown away. I believe Morgan has a sixth sense that allows her to capture the essence of our relationship on camera. She never tries to fit us in to a concept that doesn't feel right. Morgan and Blake exceeded our expectations. They were professional, on time, and took time getting to know us to better understand the look and feel we were going for. We had a destination wedding therefore they traveled all the way to Tulum Mexico to accommodate us. We went over the property early that morning to place out looks before hand and they worked in a timely manner to get all the shots we wanted. Our guests didn’t even notice them as they seemed to fit right in. They were such a lovely couple to work with and their photography is simply stunning! They asked me why I chose them for our wedding, and after following them on IG for over a year, well... their work speaks for itself. We can’t say enough about Morgan and Blake. A Sea of Love did our engagement pictures, my wife’s bridals and our wedding in Dripping Springs. We did a lot of research before choosing our photographers and something about Morgan and Blake’s photography made them stand out above the rest to us. The authenticity they’re able to portray in their photography is incredible. Every time we look at a picture we can imagine ourselves at that exact moment as it happened. They were always on time and ready and had an idea in their minds so everything always flowed great. My wife was nervous before our engagement pictures as well as her bridals but she said Morgan made her feel more comfortable than ever. Blake came to hang out with me and the groomsman while we were getting ready and instantly hit it off with everyone. All of the bridal party was so impressed with Morgan and Blake that many of them mentioned using them for their future weddings. We got our wedding pictures back over a week ago and haven’t stopped looking at them. Morgan and Blake were able to capture every tear, smile and laugh from our wedding day. I couldn’t recommend them enough. And we can’t wajt to schedule them for our family pictures with our dogs!

MAGICCCCCCCCC is the first word that comes to mind with Morgan and Blake. They truly capture the beauty in any setting. We were lucky enough to have them for our wedding and an engagement session. Our jaws literally dropped when we were given our pictures.... both times. We had so many natural "in-between" moments that were so sweet to see. Not only do they take amazing pictures they are some of the best humans to work with. I can be pretty awkward in front of the camera and within the first five minutes I felt so comfortable. Morgan does such a great job of making you feel beautiful in front of the camera and I know my husband loved having Blake around with his boys on our wedding day. All of my bridesmaids and even my mom commented on what amazing vibes Morgan & Blake brought to our day. The biggest bonus is that they are so much FUN to be around. Wow! A sea of love was absolutely everything we could have dreamed of for our wedding and engagement pictures. They were so attentive to the groom and I, and each of our bridal party/family members, and made each of us feel completely at ease throughout both days. I have shot with a sea of love 3 times, bridal portraits, bridal boudoir, and anniversary! I absolutely love Morgan and Blake. My favorite thing about them besides their super chill personalities is the way they work together. Morgan is THE BEST at giving directives, which I think is super important and a quality that most photographers don't have. Blake is like a camera ninja, moving around and getting shots from all different angles. Love them to death and feel so blessed to have such personal moments captured by them.

Morgan in one word is amazing. Booking Morgan for my wedding day was the easiest decision I made throughout planning. She is so talented, easy to work with and has the best personality. To save money, my husband and I were only going to do wedding day photos, but I finally talked him into doing the engagement shoot. BEST DECISION. We were BLOWN away. Legitimately blown away. From the unlimited coverage time at the shoots to guiding us naturally the entire time made us feel extremely and incredibly comfortable at every turn with Morgan and Blake. We shot our engagement photos with Morgan and were over-the-moon with how they turned out. They were so good they even garnered national attention. Then comes the wedding day and we've now got Morgan AND Blake of whom compliment each other with a creative eye so finely-tuned that it doesn't even seem real. Plain and simply, they just know exactly what they're doing at all times - it was picture-esqe in our minds. If you're a bride/groom to be, you won't fully understand how much of a blur your day will be. Without tripping over anything/anyone, Sea of Love basically acted as a coordinator in addition to our wedding coordinator which ensured that every picture was set up right as we were going through the motions of our day. If you read this review and somehow don't end up trying to book them, you'll remember reading this and be beyond upset because photographers like this are rare and make all the difference in the world. They captured our wedding with a timeless feel and even as a guy, I am still sentimentally caught by surprise when I see the pictures - they're just unbelievable. Telling a story photographically is an art that is grasped by like .0001% of photographers and Morgan/Blake are THE BEST. Don't be like everyone else you know and skimp on pictures for your wedding thinking it won't matter because aside from the physical act of actually getting married, you will realize that top-tier pictures were the most important decision you made. Do yourself a favor - do whatever you can to get Sea of Love, period.

Morgan is the photographer you want for your wedding, she is absolutely amazing! Her work is so dreamy and romantic and tells the true story of your perfect day! We were immediately in love with her work the first time we saw her portfolio on her website and were pleasantly surprised when we learned of her pricing, she is an absolute steal for the quality of work and the time you have her on the day of! We continued to be amazed with our engagement, my boudoir and our wedding pictures. She is incredibly flexible with scheduling sessions and is easy to work with on payment scheduling. She definitely has the eye as well as the talent for gorgeous photography. We were nervous about taking our pictures because we had never had a professional session done before but Morgan was so organic, full of positive energy, she set us at ease immediately with her laid-back & happy nature, it was as if we had known her our whole lives. Her second photographer/fiancé Blake was super cool to work with as well and incredible like Morgan, the complete dream team of photography. Morgan was also up for anything and was totally excited about our idea of going to Whataburger after our reception, she had an immediate vision of what she wanted to do for our photographs with this unusual ending to our night and we were totally excited about her enthusiasm and vision! We received our wedding pictures early and we are amazed at the artistry and how incredible our day looked. We loved working with Morgan and Blake! We had planned to meet with several other photographers after them, but our initial meeting went SO well, that we cancelled the others because we got such a great vibe from them. I loved so much about our wedding, but the photos by a sea of love were easily one of my favorite things. I've known Morgan for a while now and she is one of the kindest and most creative people I know, and that definitely translates into her work. As soon as I got engaged I knew for a fact that I wanted to get my engagement and wedding photos done with her. I have never had professional photos done so I was a bit nervous, but the way Morgan directed the shoots made me feel so comfortable with myself and instead of taking photos with a stranger she makes you feel like you are with a good friend. Where do I even begin... If I could give A Sea of Love 100x stars I would! Morgan has such a great energy about her, which is exactly what I wanted in a person capturing all my wedding festivities. Blake was also AMAZING! She was so excited to get our photos to us, we had some previews the same night, and the rest maybe a day later. I'm not one who likes to be behind a camera but Morgan made me extremely comfortable for my bridals. Her energy radiates onto everyone around her and puts you in the best mood, making your photos incredible. On the day of our wedding, she was so sweet. Words cannot describe how beautiful and perfectly artistic Morgan's photos are! We just recently did our engagement shoot with Morgan and got our pictures back literally within 48 hours and then edited, within a few days! We chose to work with a sea of love for our engagement and wedding photos. Morgan and Blake were our wedding photographers and they were wonderful from start to finish. Not only were they fun and pleasant to work with, they were very focused and passionate about their work. I loved how they captured all the subtle beauties and the candid moments. We didn't hire a videographer for our wedding and we didn't need to.. because their photos are very dynamic..you can actually feel the emotions and the movements. My husband and I are both very happy with our photos! Highly recommend!!

Morgan really was incredible. She did my bridal portraits and wedding day and they are flawless. She has a flair for a really artsy style and is super talented. Within 24 hours of both my bridals and wedding, she had sent us some preview shots and they were amazing! Morgan is super easy to work with, a great communicator, and is able to make decisions and execute them well! She can take control of a situation without being pushy or overbearing but still make everyone feel comfortable and listened to. She is a great choice for your wedding photographer!!

A Sea of Love did an amazing job capturing all our special moments from engagement photos to bridals & boudoir to the wedding. Morgan is so easy to work with and extremely creative and talented! Her vision for each shoot was spot on. My bridals were some of my favorite photos because she uses sunlight and nature as a canvas for the photos. I'm so glad we were referred to her! I cannot give Morgan Chidsey or A Sea of Love a higher recommendation. Morgan is so incredibly talented. She did our engagement photos, a boudoir session, and our wedding photos. She made me feel so comfortable each time and really took control of the sessions, which was crucial for someone like me. I needed step-by-step directions on how to stand, where to have my arms, what to do with my face etc. etc, and Morgan just took it in stride and calmly directed me to do whatever it was I needed to do, which is something that is so helpful on your wedding day. Morgan has clearly been doing this long enough to know exactly a bride needs. And, the best part? You would never tell that I am as uncomfortable in front of a camera as I am or that I was as nervous as I was. I owe all of the credit for our beautiful pictures to Morgan. Everything about my pictures (especially the wedding photos) is PERFECT. I have received endless compliments on them, and several people have asked me who my photographer was. Like I said, I cannot recommend her enough. While, I did not have the experience of working with other photographers at A Sea of Love, I have no doubt that they are equally as talented. Morgan and Cameron were the perfect duo for our special day. Their easy-going and fun personalities worked so well with the flow of our day and they captured unique shots that highlight the best points of the best day of our lives! NOT ENOUGH WORDS TO DESCRIBE HOW MUCH I LOVE MY PICTURES AND MORGAN! Morgan was recommended by a friend and my fiancé and I hired Morgan to take our engagement, bridal, and wedding pictures. We just took our engagement pictures and I am soo THRILLED with the pictures! I couldn't wait to share with my family. My fiancée and I were really looking for someone to capture those candid, non staged, pictures that are so poignant and based on the engagement pictures we've received I am SOOOO EXCITED for the wedding pictures to come. Neither one of us is really comfortable in front of a camera, but Morgan put us at ease and really made it fun. We both said after the photo shoot that we felt like models, and Morgan made this curvy 5'2 girl really feel like one. I used Morgan for a boudoir shoot yesterday and absoluely loved her! She made the whole experience (that I was very anxious about) so fun and relaxing. She send me previews of about 6 shots hours after the shoot and I absolutely love them! It's very rare that I have photos of myself that I actually love and want to share with people, and she really nailed it. The pictures are so beautiful and I can't wait to get the rest! I'm so excited to work with her on the wedding, and I have zero doubt I will love the outcome of those photos as well. She has been so helpful and so responsive throughout the whole process and I would absolutely recommed her. I cannot tell you how happy I was with Morgan! I used A Sea of Love for both my engagement and wedding photos, and it was the best purchase out of everything for the wedding. I used A Sea of Love Photography for our engagements, bridal portraits and wedding. I searched and searched for a photographer that took photos that were organic and natural, and when I came across Morgan Chidsey's page, I fell in love! Her photos and editing style was exactly what me and my now husband were looking for. We are the type of people that love the colors of nature, and hate posey photos. We like to let things flow and thats exactly what Morgan and her team did with us. We had Nicolas, who was a bit quiet which made me nervous at first, but when I saw the photos from our engagement and our wedding, I was so happy. He really captured our relationship in our engagements, and our wedding day was so perfectly displayed in each photo. From the moment I saw a Sea of Love's photo advertisement in The Knot, I knew whomever took that image had to be our photographer. Morgan and her team have a way of making you feel a visceral connection with these images (and not just because they are capturing you and your loved ones!) I cannot say enough positive things about Morgan as an individual and about how easy it was to coordinate, communicate, and get our "wants" across to her team. We had our preview soon after the wedding and images within two months. You definitely receive individualized service which makes a huge difference when distinguishing between vendors with a huge staff on hand and perhaps not as much time to devote to you. I would hire Morgan for any upcoming events; my bridesmaid loved her so much, she is booking a Sea of Love as well. Across the board, one of the best vendors we had the opportunity to work with.

I have been blown away with Morgan since the first time I met her. We found Morgan through my dad, My mom and I met her and just by looking at her pictures on her iPad we were in love. She was the only photographer we met with and on the first day we knew we wanted her to take pictures of our special day. What's great about Morgan, other than her calming personality and talent, is that she provides you with two photographers and they are not paid by the hour but are with you for your entire day, which was about a 12 - 13 hour day for us. We also booked an engagement session with her because my husband and I do not like taking pictures. The weather wasn't the greatest on the day of our shoot and she told us that it would still turn out perfect and she was right. Everything was so natural you almost forget that she is there and it is just you and your husband in the moment. She sent me the engagement pictures about a week after the shoot which I was so impressed with the turn around time. She took the most beautiful pictures of us on our wedding day, that I have not been able to stop looking at them every day. Morgan and her time somehow manage to truly capture the love that is felt on your day without interrupting any moment. She got incredible candid shots not only of my husband and I but also of all of our families throughout the reception. The way she edits her pictures are so soft, they never look like staged pictures and she is so easy to work with and talk with. She sent me a preview of our wedding pictures just a few days after the wedding and everyone I have shown have said they are blown away with her work. She told me she has over 700 pictures and I cannot wait to see them all. I am so glad that I found Morgan and her team and they were the ones to capture our wedding day. I searched for a long time for a photographer that was not outrageously expensive but still had good taste. When I found Morgan and A Sea Of Love, I struck gold. Morgan was not only the most professional vendor I hired, she listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it with grace and a wonderful presence. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Morgan for a recent anniversary photo session. I don't even know where to begin with Morgan. I should probably start by saying my husband and I both absolutely hate being photographed.
