Karen and A Secret Garden are fabulous! During our wedding planning, Karen was super thorough and made sure she really understood our vision. She was understanding and flexible (my wonderful mother wanted to be hands on with a few things that definitely added a level of complexity). And of course, the flowers turned out beautifully and were delivered right on time on the big day! Highly recommend!!

A Secret Garden did an incredible job for our wedding day flowers. They provided us with everything I wanted and everything was absolutely beautiful. The florists were so easy to work with; we spoke on the phone about the wedding and I sent photos of bouquets I had in mind. The same day, I was sent a wedding proposal including the color palate, a description of my bridal bouquet, bridesmaid’s bouquets, groom’s boutonniere, and a breakdown of the cost. Flowers were ready for pick-up on time, and exactly as I imagined (if not better)! Working with A Secret Garden was stress-free, and as said before, the flowers were absolutely beautiful!

Highly recommend A Secret Garden!! Karen did a phenomenal job! All bouquets, boutonnieres, and centerpieces were exactly what I envisioned for our mountain/rustic wedding! Planning was a breeze and communication was intentional and professional. So happy!

A Secret Garden created absolutely gorgeous florals for my wedding based on descriptions and inspiration pictures and it was everything I ever dreamed of! Very friendly and accommodating service. Highly recommended.

I was very disappointed in the poor customer service and miscommunication that happened on my wedding day. Leading up to my wedding I spent a lot of time meeting with the owners (I sent pictures, diagrams, etc). My mom traveled several times so we could meet in person to ensure all details were covered, and I thought we had a great thing going...until my wedding day. There were multiple errors made (my bouquet shape and colors were wrong, missing decor items, wrong centerpieces, and my bouquet/flowers were not delivered as specified for my next day brunch). It took 3 weeks of phone calls and emails for me to receive a proper follow-up and partial refund because there were specific services and items outlined in my proposal that were wrong or not done. Unfortunately I would not recommend them - they do produce beautiful flowers...but this ended up being one of the most stressful parts of my wedding.

Susan and Karen did a beautiful job with the flowers for our wedding in Vail- They did everything as asked and even delivered our flowers to our hotel. Great recommendations when I had questions and created exactly what I requested for a bridal flower crown with only a couple inspiration photos. And the crown lasted all day! Would hire again!

Karen and Susan are absolutely wonderful to work with! I LOVED my flowers so so much! Even just talking to Karen in the beginning about what I wanted she totally got my idea! I couldn't have been happier about the flowers!

Our venue was right across the street from A Secret Garden in Vail, Colorado and they were recommended to us by our venue. We loved Susan at A Secret Garden IMMEDIATELY!!! She is so friendly and such a pleasure to work with! She is really willing to go the extra mile to make your wedding special. Our flowers were absolutely beautiful! Although her prices were a bit higher than some of the other vendors we visited, it was so worth it to have the guarantee of fresh flowers! Susan has a great balance of listening to you regarding what you want, but also using creative control to ensure your flowers look the best! I would definitely recommend A Secret Garden to anyone getting married in the Vail area!

Susan and her team at A Secret Garden in Vail did the most incredible job on my wedding flowers. The flowers were more perfect than I could have ever imagined. I gave Susan pretty vague requests, just saying that I wanted the bouquets and arrangements to have lots of different textures, look pretty natural, and fit the color scheme of the wedding. I sent her a few pictures of things that I liked and she created beautiful, original designs that were just perfect for my wedding while staying within the budget that I had given her.

Susan of a Secret Garden did a fabulous job putting the arrangements together at a reasonable price with my initial input on the flower list. She followed up the best out of all the florists, even before I agreed to use her as the vendor. She seemed to genuinely care about me, my needs and my business. The flowers were wonderful and beautiful! Very happy with the service!

A Secert Garden did an amazing job with our wedding flowers and we were very pleased with the outcome. One piece of advice for every bride, make sure you know how big your bridal bouquet will be- i didnt ask and I wish I would have, I would have liked more flowers in it.

Didn't end up going with this florist. They do have beautiful arrangements though
