avorite parts about the aesthetic of the day. She was so easy and enjoyable to work with from our initial phone call right down to her excitement and enthusiastic energy when delivering my bridal bouquet while we all got ready. She and her team put as much care and attention to some of the “smaller”, more intimate details of the day as they did the larger centerpieces - including the memorial flowers for my husband’s deceased father, floral halos for my 7 year old nieces, and including lace from my mother’s wedding gown in my bouquet at the last minute. I’m so glad I chose A Secret Garden and I hope you do too.

ought it together even better than we could have imagined! Karen fixed my boutonniere on the fly when it wouldn't work with my outfit and I had a new one before I knew it. We cannot say enough wonderful things about A Secret Garden and Karen! Our guests commented on the beauty of floral arrangements all night and the extra touches that Karen did to elevate everything. 5 stars isn't enough!

or what she does. Our flowers turned out absolutely gorgeous. I loved my bouquet and well as all the simple little touches she added- the quality of the flower was excellent! Our reception at the Sonnenalp looked magical- It was exactly how I imaged it, she really made my flower dreams become a reality. She handled my flowers and my decor for my ceremony, reception and cocktail hour. Her team set up and was extreemly professional and they delivered everything they said any more. The bouquet was perfect. Highly recommend working with Karen, just pop into her beautiful store in Vail to say hello! She was excellent!

ork with; we spoke on the phone about the wedding and I sent photos of bouquets I had in mind. The same day, I was sent a wedding proposal including the color palate, a description of my bridal bouquet, bridesmaid’s bouquets, groom’s boutonniere, and a breakdown of the cost. Flowers were ready for pick-up on time, and exactly as I imagined (if not better)! Working with A Secret Garden was stress-free, and as said before, the flowers were absolutely beautiful!

sent pictures, diagrams, etc). My mom traveled several times so we could meet in person to ensure all details were covered, and I thought we had a great thing going...until my wedding day. There were multiple errors made (my bouquet shape and colors were wrong, missing decor items, wrong centerpieces, and my bouquet/flowers were not delivered as specified for my next day brunch). It took 3 weeks of phone calls and emails for me to receive a proper follow-up and partial refund because there were specific services and items outlined in my proposal that were wrong or not done. Unfortunately I would not recommend them - they do produce beautiful flowers...but this ended up being one of the most stressful parts of my wedding.

s so friendly and such a pleasure to work with! She is really willing to go the extra mile to make your wedding special. Our flowers were absolutely beautiful! Although her prices were a bit higher than some of the other vendors we visited, it was so worth it to have the guarantee of fresh flowers! Susan has a great balance of listening to you regarding what you want, but also using creative control to ensure your flowers look the best! I would definitely recommend A Secret Garden to anyone getting married in the Vail area!

vague requests, just saying that I wanted the bouquets and arrangements to have lots of different textures, look pretty natural, and fit the color scheme of the wedding. I sent her a few pictures of things that I liked and she created beautiful, original designs that were just perfect for my wedding while staying within the budget that I had given her.
