Krista was INCREDIBLE! We met with several day of coordinators before deciding to work with Krista, and our wedding day truly could not have gone any smoother. Krista was quick to answer any of my questions and helped me to bring my wedding vision to life! She has so much experience and was so patient throughout the entire wedding planning process. She has such an eye for all of the little details that often get overlooked or forgotten about. Once we were a month out from our big day, Krista took on full communication with all of my other vendors, which saved so much stress on our end. I truly could not recommend Krista enough!

Krista Lee was absolutely amazing for our wedding!!! She was great on keeping things going. Was very relaxing to have her there for us on a very special day. Too many compliments to fit in this little box. I am the mother of the bride and was going to try to do everything on my own. But my daughter said she hired someone I first was insulted but now I know it was a blessing. Krista did so much that I did not Have a plan for. She allowed me time with my daughter and family and friends to enjoy the wedding. She made sure everything function like a clock. At the end we had to clean the venue up since we brought in all the decorations and alcohol. She did not stop in fact, her energy level increased, and she took care of so much of the clean up on her own as well. The woman is a dynamo. Highly recommend her spend the money. Working with Krista as our day of coordinator was THE BEST decision! Brides- don't think twice about this. You need Krista by your side! We spoke to several coordinators before deciding to hire A Signature Event. Krista was always available to answer any questions we had during planning and made great recommendations for other vendors. 1 month before the wedding, she took over all of the vendor communication and scheduling, created our timeline and itinerary and sorted out all the little details we certainly hadn't thought of. Krista has a very calming presence and as an anxious bride- this was much appreciated. No idea was too silly or unattainable. Whatever we wanted- Krista made it happen. She is so kind, professional and truly cares about her couples and making their wedding day beautiful and stress-free. Believe me when I say she goes above and beyond. My husband and our families are still talking about how perfect the day was and how wonderful Krista was.

Krista is a literal angel on earth! Even though she was my day-of coordinator, she always offered to help me with finding any vendors or anything I needed leading up to the wedding. She did amazing helping everyone understand their place during the rehearsal. On wedding day, she made sure everything was in place exactly how I wanted, gave me her opinion when I asked, and was the point of contact for every single vendor. She handled talking to every vendor when they arrived and made sure they knew when to come back. When we had some hiccups with my decorations, she offered to run to the store or go to her house and pickup what she had to use. Every single question I would ask her on wedding day, she had already taken care of and thought about it for me. She checked on us multiple times during the night and always asked if we needed anything. People are still talking about how great our wedding was and I couldn’t have imagined it without Krista. People even talked about seeing how much Krista was helping me out and how she packed up everything after the wedding was over. I knew everything was in good hands with her. I will forever cherish working with her on the best day of our lives. If you are debating if you need a coordinator or not, let this be your sign to finally book with Krista! You will not regret it.

Krista did an amazing job ! She was so professional and helpful throughout the entire planning process. We had our videographer cancel on us a week before the wedding and she assisted with ensuring we got a refund and helped book a new one in time; which, we could not be more grateful for. At our wedding she went above and beyond helping set up last minute decorations, acting as a liaison between the vendors, and kept everything organized/timely so we didn’t have to worry about a thing on our big day. If I could only leave 1 vendor a review from my wedding, it would be Krista. Krista took our wedding day from good but stressful to amazing, fun, and stress-free. We hired Krista pretty early into the wedding process back in 2020, in fact she was the very first vendor we hired. As a result, she was involved in every step of the wedding planning process, including budgeting, recommending, communicating with & managing vendors, timeline development, wedding day, and more. The day of the wedding, Krista handled EVERYTHING. She was the first person to arrive to the venue, managed vendors, set up the decor I rented through her and the personal decor I provided, passed tips, + more. She kept things running smoothly and on time. If there was a problem, she didn’t make a big deal about it and simply handled it. She cleaned up throughout the night (ex: started packing things up from the ceremony site during the reception), which made cleanup after we left a breeze. Everyone keeps telling me I was such a calm bride, and it’s hands down due to Krista. We actually got to enjoy the planning process & wedding day because of her. If you’re considering hiring her, do it!! She is worth every penny and your future self will thank you!

Krista did an AMAZING job on our special day! She helped coordinate the day perfectly and kept us on track with all the traditions we wanted to do and budgeted plenty of time for us to greet and chat with our guests. We were able to do everything we wanted throughout the day and still had time to enjoy the reception. She helped our family set up and breakdown all our personal items at the reception and helped coordinate our private last dance and helped send us off in style! She was wonderful to work with and we highly recommend her!!

Krista was amazing! We’ll put together abs organized, we had a lot of moving parts and a no traditional way of our ceremony and she went with it no questions asked. Trust me when I say you need to stop looking for another coordinator and go with Krista! She helped me out tremendously for my big day and it allowed me to relax and be with my family. I didn’t even have to convince my bridesmaid to go with her for her own big day because she was able to witness it on her own how great she is. The funniest part of it all was after my husband and I did our cake cutting and fed each other it got all up my nose and KRISTA HELPED MAKE SURE I GOT ALL FROSTING OFF!! Krista is a phenomenal event planner! She helped me plan a bridal shower for my daughter on a time crunch (4 weeks). She is prompt, efficient, and she is extremely good at communicating with clients. She also has excellent connections with local vendors and I would most definitely hire her again for event planning!!

Krista was recommended to us by some friends, and she was one of the best decisions I made for our wedding day. Even though I had done most of the planning myself, I’m so so so glad I hired Krista for my day of. She brought up things I didn’t even think about, or things I didn’t even know I needed. She is well organized, keeps things on track and moving, makes sure you get everything you need by the end of the night. Even my mother commented on how great she was because she helped keep me calm during our big day.......even with the rain! She was a trooper and helped with our photos by carrying the train of my dress to wherever our photographer wanted us to go. Can’t say enough good things about her. Krista is the best asset to your wedding day. She made me feel the most at ease during my wedding and throughout the wedding process. I’m so glad I hired her more than just the day of. Even though I’m super type a and well at making decisions but having a sound board to make sure I was doing everything right was exactly what I needed. Krista was absolutely amazing. For a bride that has no clue what she is doing and no clue about all the details involved in planning my special day, Krista was ALWAYS available to answer all of my silly questions and concerns. Krista is absolutely amazing! We thought we could do everything our selves, but quickly found out we needed help. We hired Krista for our day-of a little more than a month out and she definitely did not disappoint! She coordinated with the vendors the week of and made sure everything was perfect. I cannot thank Krista enough for all the help she contributed to making our wedding so special. We were supposed to get married in April 2020 but due to COVID, our wedding was postponed to July 2020. A signature event by Krista really lives up to its name! We couldn’t have chosen a better coordinator for our big day. So much detail went into the planning of our wedding and Krista showed us she was very well prepared to handle it all and even down to the details we hadn’t thought about. As we made our vendor selections, many of which had worked with Krista before had nothing but great things to say about her. She is diligent, professional, and always made us feel at ease knowing that she had everything under control. It's taken me a little while to sit and do this since busy life kept moving! BUT! It reflects nothing of the awesome job Krista did being our day of coordinator. As really an overall DIY bride and being on a tight budget-it was an answered prayer that my sister put me in touch with Krista. And an even bigger answered prayer that they gifted me with her service! I don't think I could have managed the last months/weeks of planning without her help and the questions. My husband wasn't completely sold on "needing" a wedding coordinator that day. But as we were sitting down and she asked us what we needed, what we would like to drink, and gave us our upcoming ques-he looked at me and said 'you were right and she has been a great help!'. We are so thankful we chose Krista as our day-of wedding coordinator!! It took a while for me to convince my fiance that one was needed, especially because our venue did offer a coordinator for the day - but even he was so thankful for Krista! She made our day as smooth as possible, she was there for the WHOLE day, from noon to midnight making sure she could do everything possible for us. Krista is AMAZING! She put together a custom package that included a little more than a day-of-coordinator and on the wedding day, she took charge of everything. She coordinated all the vendors, decorated all the tables, kept the wedding party on schedule, cleaned up at the end and had a smile on her face through it all. As a wedding DJ who performs 70+ events every year I can honestly say Krista is easily one of the best coordinators in South Central Texas. First I want to say that this review is way past due!! (1 whole year and a new baby, for Krista, past due) I cannot say enough good things about Krista! My husband and I were engaged for a year and we quickly realized that we (Ahem.. I) was going to need help planning this wedding. From the FIRST time we were double booked and got the short end of the stick, to the florist canceling, a photographer double booking/canceling, an awful ETSY scam artist that screwed me on invitations, Krista was always there to clean up the mess. She has a list of great vendors who love her, and she truly has a calm about her which always made me feel like things were going to be OK. Krista truly went above and beyond for us, especially through our invitation ordeal. When I realized I was being scammed I called her up, cried a little, and the next day she hand delivered me 250 invitations she printed herself. On the day of the rehearsal when I realized we didn't have a ring box, she went to Hobby Lobby and bought AND stained a ring box for us! Krista is definitely someone you want to have in your corner. Throughout the entire planning process, we always felt like we were her only clients. It became obvious that wedding planning is not just a business to Krista- she is passionate about making sure your day is one to remember. Krista came highly recommended by multiple vendors, so I knew I was in good hands. Not only does she have a calm demeanor which will help you feel stress-free on your big day, but her attention to detail is unparalleled. In the words of my family, she seemed to be everywhere at once during my wedding: she was ushering guests into the reception hall, she was checking on the groom and myself to see if we needed any water or beverages, and she was always ready for the next item on our schedule. She also fixed my broken bustle in a matter of minutes with an emergency sewing kit! I would strongly consider hiring Krista for your special needs. Krista is literally THE BEST!! As many of you know, planning a wedding can be extremely stressful.
