All the meetings and prep sessions were so fun and seamless. Our day of coordinators (Leah and Deshone) were heaven sent!! I felt so calm and happy because we were taken care of every step of the way. The space itself is stunning and really doesn’t need extra decor from the Ultimate Affair inclusive wedding package. The marble floor, the fairy lights, the table settings and flowers, all stunning. From communication, to the space, the every single person we dealt with, seriously we are so grateful for a Simple Affair. Our wedding felt easy and fun, like how it should! THANK YOU! I also highly recommend Push Play entertainment for DJing, and Sassy Snaps for photobooth. they did an excellent job and made our wedding so fun!

I would definitely book with them again if I had another big event plenty of room, we had 100 people and there was definitely space for more.

y when you’re coming out of town. Maddy was with us every step of the way from zoom meetings our first view of the venue to our final walk through appointment. Maddy was the best through it all. This is really a quaint space to be married in. Not to mention they have an awesome Dj they’ve been working with for several years who helps keep the magic on track (Thank you DJ Tony). Come day of wedding Jessy and Jennifer did a phenomenal job behind the scenes of making sure everything went as planned. And I mean behind the scenes, Jessy and Jennifer were a part of our whole night but they blended in so well. You’d think there were magic fairies orchestrating the evening.  When it came to the food we choose the tacos. BEST. DECISION. EVER. So delicious.  The set up of the space was beautiful.  Their decor is truly amazing, with the most attention to detail. Pick and choose your style. They have everything.  A Simple Affair made my little girl dreams of getting married better than I had imagined.  Don’t hesitate, book your wedding and events with them!

The only two complaints that I have from working with the team here was not getting a special approval for a unique send off which was denied by the owner of the building (not A Simple Affair.) The request was pretty close to the event, despite being discussed several months in advance. The second complaint is also related to the owner of the building putting a decibel limit on the party, which is certainly noticeable for a large event. Apparently, the only place open near A Simple Affair, the 24 hour bar next door that seemed very closed for my event, doesn't appreciate the noise! Anyways, Dahnia and Maddy were awesome and I definitely do recommend the venue for your event! Thanks!

ecided on this venue at our very first tour, as we were impressed by how beautiful the space is. It is also a very versatile space- the way the curtains are arranged to give you multiple spaces that transform into an event hall by the end of the night is fantastic! I was a type A bride in every sense of the word. No question was too detailed for ASA staff to enter within one business day, for an entire year, without fail. They even offered to measure the aisle for me so I could time the processional. It was so “me” I even included that in my vows! The vendors were top knotch. We had the taco dinner, and the bussing/table staff made sure my husband and I had full plates the second we sat down, but multiple people have told me the buffet servers were excellent. The food was delicious! For the second add-on we went with DJ Tony. Any fellow kid who grew up in the older Henderson area went to public school dances knows that we essentially had a local celebrity as our DJ. I’m pleased to report he translates just as well over to adult parties! He MC’d the reception perfectly based on my detailed timeline which A Simple Affair had shared with him after our final walkthrough. I had provided a pretty detailed playlist, and he crushed it with his own personality mixed in as well!!! Our package was completely customizable and A Simple Affair was willing to work with us for taking off decor as I wanted to do my own, and switching head counts around as RSVPs came flooding in before the final walk through. We had the open bar, and our bartender was incredible!! She was there early to set up and even helped fluff my veil and train right before I walked down, and she had our drinks waiting in her hands as we walked back up! She was fast, accommodating and funny and everyone had their drink in their hand all night. In some of the more negative reviews I see a lot about the alcohol rules, noise, and the day-of coordinators. There are signs clearly posted for no outside alcohol on the doors (outside) so it’s clear for your guests. We also made sure to include that on our RSVP page of our website and in a reminder message a week before we sent through the Knot. The bar was so delicious and fast that there was no need anyway! The noise levels were great to me, as I said everyone was dancing all night but I also didn’t have to scream to say goodbye to guests as they left. Our day-of coordinators were fabulous and even had some of my emails printed out for reference. We asked a close family friend to be our “wrangler”, someone who has the timeline down and we introduced her to the ASA staff upon her arrival so she could be our point of contact. That worked out fabulously and I would recommend it for every bride. But, all I personally heard from the venue staff was if I needed anything, that I looked beautiful, and answering any technical questions I had. Our wrangler says they were lovely and accommodating as well! To conclude, BOOK HERE! We had a 10/10 experience from start to finish and they made our day so magical. Photos to come!!!

And because of the event’s place flexibility we were able to be more personalize on what & how we want our wedding reception. If you are looking for a wedding venue that gives you freedom to be more authentic & personalize, We would definitely recommend “a simple affair” Sevice was top notch! Staffs, specially 2 manager coordinator who assisted us on the event were absolutely amazing! They also referred the best DJ (DJ-JAY). We will definitely comeback for future events!

FINALLY GETTING MADDY IS WHAT SAVED MY WEDDING. another reason for leaving my 4/5 stars is I was very unhappy with our DJ. my fiancé and I did the all inclusive so he was pre booked and paid for we added in an extra 3 hours, & I just feel like he didn’t read the room when it was his job. There were moments everyone was standing around.. and he wasn’t playing dancing music. He didn’t play anything upbeat or moving until after all my guest had left and it was just the wedding party. Other than that… everything else was perfect and amazing. We truly enjoyed ourselves and our beautiful day ❤️

a perfect wedding day. Both our families had an amazing experience and the setting was perfect. If you are planning on using this venue i would highly recommend it. The staff was amazing and I for sure had the biggest nerves but they made everything go so smoothly. I would also recommend any officiant they use, ours was so funny and helped us understand what we needed to do. His name was Scott. We are so grateful for A Simple Affair Events and HIGHLY recommend them for anyone (especially those that are out of town).

all of our questions timely. They were very patient with us and accommodating as we changed our mind constantly. It was really nice that they allowed outside vendors as we had a specific caterer we wanted. They do however have recommended vendors that we absolutely loved! The wedding day could not have ran as smoothly as it did without their help. It was also an eased my mind that they took care of table set up and breakdown. I would definitely have an event here again.
