e we were managing the triumphs and tribulations of planning. We met with him once via Zoom to review our ideas and vision for the ceremony, and he walked us through everything. Before the ceremony was written, he sent us two questionnaires to fill out—one for my husband and one for me. He used those to help craft a personalized and meaningful ceremony. During the ceremony, he accidentally called my husband the wrong name twice, but he sincerely apologized during and after. I had a cathedral veil, and it was very windy the day of the wedding. My veil almost blew me away during the ceremony, which understandably distracted him and caused the mistake. Once I removed the veil, everything went smoothly for the rest of the ceremony! Afterward, he quickly arranged for our marriage license to be mailed and kept us updated on the next steps. Overall, working with Mark was a wonderful experience, and he made the entire process as easy as possible. His personality is light, funny, kind, understanding, and compassionate. I would happily recommend him again.

He also dated one of my papers incorrectly which was a bit of an issue when trying to return my marriage license to the county. However, I am genuinely sorry about the anxiety and stress beforehand with the lack of communication and the confusion with the venue staff.
I wish I had heard from you before your wedding so I could have helped ease some of that stress. From previous experience at your venue, the staff there typically handles lining you up and getting you down the aisle. Walking you and Matt through everything would have made you feel more prepared. I'm sorry that wasn't an option since I wasn't involved in your rehearsal, and our package didn't include a meeting. I would have welcomed the opportunity to discuss things by email, text, or even a quick call had I known.
And wow, I can't apologize enough for the incorrect date on your license. That must have been a headache! I’m glad you were able to get it resolved.

He gave us such a beautiful and personal ceremony, to the point that people were shocked he didn’t know us outside of this. The love, joy, and humor that he brought to the ceremony is one of the things people have talked the most about and we’ve already had more than one reach out wanting to make sure they got his information for when they start planning their weddings. The day of he was cool and collected, bearing with the threat of rain, making sure we all knew our cues, and even held onto my vow book when I realized I hadn’t figured how I would transport it down the aisle without pockets. He truly made the ceremony so special and I wish I could give an even higher rating/recommendation.
