A Soft Touch By Maria

me regarding the style of makeup that was being applied. We met prior to my wedding and went through a trial makeup session where we spoke extensively about my look. I was extremely satisfied with the end result and would definitely recommend her to my friends and acquaintances.

wedding Maria was great. She was timely, efficient and very calming. My girls, my mom, my aunt and I all loved our make-up! I loved that she had samples for us to purchase for the rest of the day and she even came to the venue right before cocktail hour to do touch ups! The photographs came out beautiful!

was to get married, I had no questions as to who I'd choose as a make-up artist. I was right. I couldn't be happier when I look back at my pictures. My makeup looked great even during our hotel after-party! Maria is experienced and prepared to make any bride, mother of the bride, bridesmaid, whomever, look her best. I looked sexy and elegant and didn't feel as though I was even wearing makeup. With all the running around prior to the wedding, I forgot to get my eyelashes! However, that day, Maria was calm and composed with (lucky for me) an extra pair of lashes in her trunk of goodies:)A couple of my bridesmaids already asked for her information for when their special day arrives! I would highly refer Maria to any future bride.

for all my bridesmaids, and my mother's make-up. She made my life very easy with all the stress a wedding could bring on she treated me like I was family not just a client. We were all happy with the amazing make-up job Maria did and the make-up lasted all day. We all came out beautiful in all the wedding photo's!! She will always be my personnal makeup artist for any occusion I have!!!

ant, amazing at her artistry. She did the makeup for all my bridesmaids, my mother, as well as my grandmother.. all were so happy with the way they looked. It was so pleasant having my makeup done at my home the day of the wedding. I also recommended her to several other people after my wedding, all of whom used her and were so happy with the results...highly recommend her to anyone interested in having their makeup done professionally.

y. It was one less thing I needed to worry about. All our make-up came out amazing and I would not hesitate to call her again. She acted very professional and seems to be very passionate about her work.

se Maria for my own wedding. I could not have chosen a better makeup artist!!!! For starters, she has a WONDERFUL personality!! So easy to get along with and willing to work with you. As far as the quality of the makeup, I could not ask for better at all!!! My makeup stayed the whole day, even through sweating while dancing, and that was without the touch-up kit! She helped me design a look that made me feel beautiful and confident on my wedding day. She accommodated any suggestions I had for certain things I wanted to tweak about my wedding day look during my makeup trials and gave me very helpful advice about skin care and what colors to use for the wedding day look. She did the makeup for two of my bridesmaids and it came out fabulous!! I had endless compliments on the wedding day about my makeup and the look she created for the big day. I wish I could always have her around to do my makeup!!! I definitely plan on using her for any future parties or even just a night out with my friends or husband, and she is my #1 recommendation for makeup to any of my friends or family who get married in the future, and any future bride who is reading this!!!! Maria, you are wonderful and such a natural with makeup!! Thank you for helping make my wedding day a wonderful one!!!

could be and all were very pleased with her pricing and service! She's an exceptional artist, I always will recommend her to anyone I know who is getting married! It didn't just feel like a business transaction, she is a really nice/fun person! My make-up stayed on all day and night and for the girls and my mom as well! She's highly recommended from me and I promise after a trial you will not say no!!!

nks to Maria, I never felt more beautiful! Maria was professional and gave me the perfect look for my big day. She not only made me look beautiful, but she also gave my bridesmaids the fun, edgy and yet elegant look they wanted. I highly recommend Maria to any bride! She not only made me look stunning, she also helped ease the stress of the morning!

akeup artists because professionalism has always been a necessity in my daily social life. While visiting NYC for some charity events I had to attend with Robert Kardashian, I had heard about Maria Berger who has done television work and has a team of artists who know how to do makeup, wardrobe, hair styling, and air brushing. Maria is very helpful in coordinating my wardrobe and giving me the Egyptian style smokey eye makeup I absolutely love. She also did an amazing job helping me accessorize. She knew exactly what I wanted and thanks to her I looked amazing in all the pictures that were taken while I walked the red carpet. I was showered with compliments, referring everyone to Maria. I would always use Maria's professionalism.... I just wish I could fly her out to CA more often.

g with it. Her makeup job was nothing out of the ordinary, but airbrushed the bride's face waaaay too much! Makeup was all over her shirt, my carpet and the poor dog that was sitting at the bride's feet! When she got to the bridal party, she decided she was going to do hairstyles that "looked good for the person's face." So what did that mean? Doing something COMPLETELY OPPOSITE of what I had asked her to do! Firstly, she is only certified in makeup...and knows nothing about hair! SO KEEP HER AWAY FROM YOUR HEADS!!! She doesn't know how to do a full up-do...or ANY DO, at that! She burned my sister's face with a curling iron and insisted that she didn't, but my sister's face is PROOF of it, and she used a billion pins and excessive hairspray in my hair and even with all that,my hair didn't even stay on the entire night! WTH?! She sprayed all over our face sand clothes and onto my carpet. In addition, she wasn't prepared supply-wise. Using all that hairspray on my face and clothes, she ran out...and asked to use my Sebastian hairspray!! On top of which, asked me for towels, water, etc. I was FURIOUS that I had to pay $85 for my sister and I to get JUST MY HAIR done...what she did could have been done by a 3 y/o without any thumbs! I DREAD to see the wedding photos and video from that day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND her to anyone! I didn't want to give 1 star...but it's required to give her some sort of rating....It's a shame that someone gives false information...and as a professional/certified makeup artist, I would never make a person look bad for a huge event like a wedding!

(because I found another artist who was less expensive, supplied everything but lipstick, and did comparable work) but was met with an emotional response that I was not prepared to handle and so stuck with it. Also, she gave me a very early start time, which didn't bother me so much until she was packing up before the photographer even arrived, which I wasn't too happy about. Overall, she does excellent work but make sure you're prepared to pay the price and that you have time to shop for all those extras you'll have to be responsible for.
