From the moment we met Kimberly, we felt comfortable and at ease that she understood our cocktail hour and reception vision at Saint John’s. She not only understood our vision, but her creativity enabled us to make it even better! She encouraged a bolder colored cocktail hour linen which ended up being fabulous and a different vibe than the reception. She went above and beyond procuring linen samples, various candle votives, and bonnet (seat cover) colors for chairs. I gave Kimberly a few photos of the backdrop that I had envisioned – to match our initiation envelope liner – and she absolutely blew us away with her attention to detail and execution of our vision. We can’t thank Kimberly and her team enough for bringing our vision to life, beyond my wildest dreams, and bringing me to tears when I saw the Grand Ballroom on my wedding day. We are eternally grateful for your talent, time, and kindness. Thank you.

Hiring Kimberly from A Special Touch was one of the best decisions I made during my wedding planning process. We were invited to her showroom and were able to visualize how our tables would look and she listened to what we wanted along with giving her professional opinion. My venue only allowed three hours for set up time and it relieved a lot of stress knowing Kimberly and her staff would be the ones setting up the tables and chair sashes along with coming back at the end of the night to take the items back. A Special Touch put our vision together perfectly and it was money well spent! If you’re looking for a stress free element to add to your wedding, A Special Touch is the right place. I can’t thank you enough!

e. I diffidently plan on using her again. I wanted bishop columns, she was the only one that had them. Her drape and pole work is wonderful, with lighting and greenery. Anything you might want.

A Special Touch did our special linens on our head table (with amazing lights underneath :)- sooo many compliments on this and would recommend this x10) as well as linen on the cak...
e table , colored napkins and plate chargers. We had our wedding at the Inn at St. Johns and A Special Touch did amazing at decorating the reception area. I had so many compliments from my guest saying that the decorations and complete set up were magical. The planning process was so easy and the team was so helpful at helping me pick the best options for my wedding. Thank you so much and I would recommend this team to anyone
