A Star's Limo

we liked. They arrived on time and stayed on site as we requested. Since it rained after our ceremony, we had to leave earlier than planned and the limo driver drove us around for a while so we could enjoy the limo. She was very nice and took us on a special stop that we requested to take pictures in front of. We had absolutely no issues and were very happy we chose to go with A Star Limos for our wedding day transportation. We highly recommend them!

ars for our wedding (which was in their contract that they could do). From the start we found it weird that the wrong bus showed up but not a big deal, we moved past it. The colors were completely wrong, slightly irritating. Then the half hour drive from the ceremony to pictures was awful, the back of the bus kept bottoming out, the driver was swerving all over the lane, he missed his turn and had to turn around right into oncoming traffic! To top it off, once we got to the reception the driver said we were past our contract time and owed $200. Our contract clearly stated we had it until 6:30 and it was 6:15 when we arrived at the reception. When my husband asked him to show his copy of the contract he somehow couldn't get it. He called the owner of the company who told my husband that unless he paid the driver $200 he would call the cops. It was our wedding day and with people waiting to greet us we didn't want to deal with it and just paid it and we'd figure it out later. We were going on our honeymoon in the morning so my husband had $200 cash on him that he gave the driver, HUGE mistake. Once we got back from our honeymoon we called A Stars and explained the situation. Right off the bat they were extremely rude to us and kept saying we're lying about the contract, that we modified it, and that we only paid the driver $100 and had told him to take the rest out of his tip (mind you my husband tipped him $140 that morning BEFORE he even picked me and the bridesmaids up not knowing how the drive would be but trusting it would be good since we had a good experience for his sister's wedding). We had to call multiple times, my mother-in-law had to call and each time we spoke with them they were extremely rude. I have worked in retail and currently am in healthcare and could never imagine talking to a customer or patient the way they spoke to us. We kept offering to come to their location and meet with them and the driver who was accusing us of only giving him $100 when there were multiple witnesses who saw him get $200, when we shouldn't have even paid because we didn't go over our contract time in the first place. They agreed to have a meeting with us but two days before we were supposed to drive down there they magically found the contract and sent us a check for $200. The entire time they kept saying "this is not our fault" and kept blaming Exquisite Limos for all the mess ups, including the colors for the bus which was clearly listed on the contract they had, and saying there was absolutely no way there was anything wrong with the bus. This "family business," as the owner kept repeating, is a bunch of liars and thieves and if they want to have drivers that are very clearly stealing from them and hoping to get away with it then that's their problem (the driver obviously was smart and didn't think we would contact them since Exquisite subcontracted with them and since we paid him in cash there was really no "proof" just our word and witnesses versus his). If I could give them 0 stars I would but fair warning, stay away! More grief than what it's worth, especially on a special day such as your wedding. If you are going to go with them, DO NOT USE CASH!

e was a misunderstanding regarding the children using the wine glasses to drink from because no plastic cups were available but Elvira called me personally to apologize the day after. Overall happy with their service.

we got was to fit 22-26 people. With the cooler for drinks, and everyone in dresses and tuxes, this only fit 18 comfortably and we weren't extra large people. Some of our party had to drive separate transportation.
